Research on Construction Technology of Prestressed Concrete Continuous Box Girder Platform 预应力混凝土连续箱梁平台施工技术研究

The design of large-scale cast-in-situ box girder platform has always been the focus of continuous beam construction, which includes such problems as whether the temporary support system can meet the requirements of bearing capacity, how to design an appropriate system according to the actual situation of the site, how to install and remove supports. The function transformation of the jacking support platform should be carried out in two stages. The beam making platform of the jacking beam should not only meet the requirements of cast-in-situ, but also bear the horizontal thrust in the jacking process, and the jacking process itself has higher requirements for the flatness of the beam bottom. Therefore, the design of jacking support structure needs to start from beam making ↦ jacking, and pay more attention to the function of jacking. Based on the stress requirements and stability requirements of the support, two schemes are adopted, namely the support structure design based on prefabricated stress and the support structure design based on jacking stress. The optimal scheme is selected through comparative analysis.

Study on the Material Composition and Engineering Properties of Flowing Mud 流动泥浆的材料组成及工程性能研究

In offshore engineering and river dredging projects, flowing mud is often encountered during construction. This kind of silt has the characteristics of high mobility and extremely poor engineering properties, which must be removed during the construction process, causing great trouble to the engineering construction. In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of flowing mud in coastal areas are analyzed through indoor tests. It is found that the flowing mud has the characteristics of high water content, high compressibility, low consolidation coefficient and low shear strength, and the shear strength of the flowing mud is significantly increased after the consolidation is completed, which indicates that the drainage consolidation method is completely feasible to treat this kind of soil in theory.
在海洋工程和河道疏浚工程中,施工过程中经常会遇到流泥。这种淤泥具有流动性高、工程性质极差的特点,在施工过程中必须清除,给工程施工带来很大的麻烦。本文通过室内试验对沿海地区流动泥浆的物理力学特性进行了分析。发现流动泥浆具有高含水量、高压缩性、低固结系数、低抗剪强度的特点,且固结完成后流动泥浆的抗剪强度明显提高,表明排水固结法在理论上处理该类土是完全可行的。

Test and Theoretical Analysis of T-section Combined Angles' Retrofitting Scheme for Transmission Tower 输电塔t型组合角改造方案试验与理论分析

In order to study the relationship between the failure mode of the transmission tower and the external load ratio, this paper designed the bearing capacity test of the scaled tower model, established the finite element model of the test tower, and compared it with the test results and verified the finite element modeling method. Based on this, a finite element model of the actual tower section is established, and its failure mode and horizontal limit are analyzed by changing the ratio of horizontal wind load to bending moment. The failure mode is carried out by using the horizontal load-bending moment correlation curve of the tower section. To evaluate the failure mode of the tower section, the bearing capacity of the inclined material and the main material are selected as the variable parameters to analyze the key coordinate points of the horizontal load-bending moment correlation curve to form a set of tower section failure evaluation methods. The results show that the finite element model of the test tower section can effectively reflect the test loading process; the bearing capacity of the inclined material and the main material bearing capacity are important factors that affect the horizontal and flexural bearing capacity of the tower section. The final evaluation method can effectively determine the weak location and weak rods of the transmission tower and clearly show the transfer path of the damage location, which can realize the rapid assessment of the wind-induced damage mode of the transmission tower.

Research and Application of Ventilation Method of Wind Chamber during Construction of Long and Large Tunnels 大型长隧道施工中风室通风方法的研究与应用

To study the influence of the length of the air silo on the efficiency of the axial fan during the construction of the long tunnel in the silo ventilation mode, relying on the example of the Wulaofeng tunnel project of the Geyuan Expressway Project in Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, three-dimensional wind chambers with different wind chamber lengths were established. The geometric model is based on FLUENT numerical simulation software. The calculation results show that when the length of the air bin increases from 5m to 20m, the area of the vortex area is reduced, and the ventilation efficiency is improved. When the length of the air bin is 20m, the ventilation efficiency of the fan is the highest. At the same time, it is concluded that the rectangular air bin can not better adapt to the field conditions and can not full to its function. The “Y” type air bin and its voltage regulator are designed. The field experiment shows that the “Y” air bin can better realize the allocation of air demand and air supply in each working face.

The development of unmanned logistics vehicles is the general trend, but the right of road for this type of vehicle has not been clarified in China so far, which is not conducive to the healthy development of the unmanned delivery vehicle industry. This paper compares the key parameters of unmanned delivery vehicles in the urban traffic environment and the N1 type vehicles specified by the existing national standards on outer size, performance, and application scenario in order to provide a reference for the supervision of related industries.

Research on Adjustable Camera Mounting Bracket for Monitoring the Elevator Traction Wheel Groove 电梯牵引轮槽监控摄像机安装支架的研究

After the elevator runs for a long time, the traction wheel groove will be excessively worn. If the wheel groove is worn to a certain extent and is not replaced, it will be dangerous. In practical application, it is found that the wear between the wheel grooves of the traction wheel is not uniform. Therefore, the traction wheel needs to be tested regularly for replacement. The detection methods in the prior art have high requirements for inspectors and rich experience; Secondly, the 1.25 times braking test requires the handling of weights, which is time-consuming and laborious, and the braking test has the possibility of no legal stop of the lift car, which has serious potential safety hazards. Moreover, the current inspection is only the confirmation of the traction wheel wear results, which cannot monitor the traction wheel wear process, nor predict the remaining service life of the traction wheel, that is, how long it can be used. With the development of visual recognition technology, it is possible to detect the traction wheel by visual recognition. The wheel groove part is reconstructed by visual recognition, and then the wear degree of the wheel groove can be analyzed. However, if 3D reconstruction is needed, the target needs to be photographed from multiple angles through the camera, which is far away from human eyes. Therefore, for the immovable camera, at least two cameras are required, but the angles between the two cameras, between the cameras and between the whole camera support and the installed elevator need to be accurately adjusted.

In order to conduct a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the construction organization plan of the current expressway reconstruction and expansion operation area, an evaluation index system based on project implementation factors, traffic operation factors, economic benefit factors and environmental impact factors is proposed, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to calculate the weight of each index, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct the construction organization plan evaluation model, The construction organization of ground layer in the reconstruction and expansion project of Jihe Expressway is analyzed as an example. The research shows that the results can be used to evaluate the construction organization plan of expressway reconstruction and expansion, which has scientific applicability and provides a new idea for the comprehensive evaluation of the construction organization plan of the reconstruction and expansion operation area.

Stress analysis and Life Prediction of WJ-7 railway Elastic Strip under Fatigue Load 疲劳载荷下WJ-7型铁路弹性带的应力分析及寿命预测

as an important fastener of railway track, the elastic strip connects the rail and the structure under the rail effectively for a long time. Due to the complex and changeable load generated by the track system during train operation, a series of fatigue problems of elastic strip fasteners are caused. The dangerous section of WJ-7 elastic strip is found by numerical simulation with software; Secondly, the three most dangerous points at the dangerous section are selected for static strain electrical measurement test; Finally, the fatigue test is carried out under the buckle pressure of 25kN and the load amplitude of $25pm 7.5mathbf{kN}$ to study the relationship between stress and cycle times, and a fatigue life prediction method based on stress change is proposed with the linear cumulative damage theory. The results show that the dangerous section of WJ-7 elastic strip under load is near the large arc at the rear end of the elastic strip; In the fatigue test, the stress life curve of the elastic strip is basically linear; The fatigue life of the elastic strip can be predicted according to the linear cumulative damage theory.

With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry, the pressure on the airport pavement caused by the huge passenger flow has also increased, and the quality of the airport pavement is facing a severe test. The condition of airport pavement directly affects flight safety, so it needs to be tested in time. However, most airport pavement detections are mainly done manually by pavement inspectors, which generally takes a long time. This affects airport operations, and cannot meet safety detection requirements in terms of detection efficiency and accuracy. In recent years, with the rapid development of advanced technologies such as ground penetrating radar, image recognition and ultrasonic detection technology, airport pavement structure safety detection and intelligent recognition technologies have emerged. This paper introduces the detection mechanism and intelligent identification methods of surface disease, hidden disease in structure layer, pavement strength, etc., which are high-precision, high-efficiency, and adapt to the characteristics of airport operation. This can achieve preventive and precise maintenance of airport pavements, improve airport operation efficiency and safety, reduce labor costs, material costs, and time costs of airport pavement maintenance, bring significant economic benefits, and greatly improve civil aviation airport security capabilities.

Research on Lightweight Processing Technology for BIM Model BIM模型轻量化处理技术研究

In the context of China's 14th Five-Year Plan to comprehensively promote the development of BIM technology, the construction industry and emerging technologies have accelerated the development of construction informatization in the integration and development. In essence, BIM, as a new technology concept, refers to the functional features of digitization and informatization in the process of construction engineering and project management, and provides shareable data resources throughout the life cycle of the project. BIM technology takes the digital model of project engineering as the core of application. Based on the integration of relevant information, it can provide integrated and shared data for all phases and participants of project construction, which not only reduces the overall operation cost but also improves the efficiency of project management. Understanding the BIM model is proposed in this paper, therefore, based on the current situation of lightweight cross-platform development, the BIM model is explored in depth in the web display method for the needs of information network development, and the final result shows that this system has the advantages of lightweight and cross-platform application in operation, and can provide basic support for high-quality BIM application.
在中国“十四五”规划全面推进BIM技术发展的背景下,建筑行业与新兴技术在融合发展中加快了建筑信息化的发展。从本质上讲,BIM作为一种新的技术概念,是指建筑工程和项目管理过程中数字化、信息化的功能特征,并在项目的整个生命周期内提供可共享的数据资源。BIM技术以项目工程的数字化模型为应用核心。在整合相关信息的基础上,可以为项目建设的各个阶段和参与者提供集成共享的数据,既降低了整体运营成本,又提高了项目管理的效率。本文提出了对BIM模型的理解,因此,基于轻量化跨平台开发的现状,针对信息网络发展的需要,对BIM模型在web中的显示方式进行了深入的探索,最终结果表明,本系统在运行中具有轻量化、跨平台应用的优势,能够为高质量的BIM应用提供基础支持。
