Parametric method of information transfer in energy resources expenditure control systems 能源资源支出控制系统中的信息传递参数法

The article examines the justification of the parametric method of information transmission for the construction of energy resource consumption control systems. It is shown that the system of accounting for energy resources should be a distributed multi-level system of measurements, processing, storage and transmission of commercial accounting data and should be built on the principles of open architecture and distributed functioning. It is shown that the organization of hierarchical complexes for solving control tasks depends to a large extent on the issues of effective information transmission and that the creation of information networks is the most difficult task. sensors, into a voltage proportional to it and the corresponding binary code. The structural diagram of the device implementing the specified principle is presented. A method of calculating the parameters of the device for transmitting information from two-position sensors is proposed and an example of calculating the parameters of such a device is given

Evaluation of working conditions in the production system 评估生产系统的工作条件

The paper analyzes methods for assessing professional risk, emphasizing that the primary method is job certification. Job certification establishes the compliance of the workplace with regulatory characteristics for specific risk factors in the production environment. The analysis reveals that the existing methodology for job certification does not provide insights into changes in the parameters of hazardous and harmful factors in the production environment, and consequently, changes in working conditions between planned certifications. The study advocates for a comprehensive assessment of the collective impact of all factors in the production environment and work processes on the human body. This is achieved through hygienic risk factor assessment. The paper highlights the appropriateness of quantitatively assessing working conditions in points, considering the simultaneous influence of multiple hazardous factors. A procedure for point-based assessment of working conditions is proposed, and the applicability of Haber's Law to determine the cumulative dose of a harmful factor in the body is demonstrated.

Mathematical model for calculating steady-state conditions and static characteristics of salient-pole synchronous machines 计算盐极同步电机稳态条件和静态特性的数学模型

Salient-pole synchronous machines occupy a paramount position in both the generation and consumption of electrical energy. Recent achievements in the design, manufacturing, and operation of salient-pole synchronous machines are the result of successful advancements in the fields of electromechanical engineering technology, semiconductor technology, and mathematical modeling. To calculate the nominal steady-state operation of salient-pole synchronous machines and their static characteristics (no-load, angular, V-shaped, regulatory, and external), a mathematical model has been developed. Its computer implementation enhances the technical and economic performance of synchronous pole machines. During the creation of the mathematical model, the following assumptions were made: the magnetic field of the machine is conditionally divided into a working field and scattered fields; the magnetic field of the machine is flat and parallel; the magnetic field in the active layer has only a radial component, while in the stator and rotor yokes, only a tangential one; the winding conductors are located in an infinitely thin layer and distributed along the slot according to a harmonic law; losses in the steel are absent. To create the mathematical model of salient-pole synchronous machine, a system of equations for the electrical and magnetic state is formulated. To obtain equations with coefficients independent of the rotor position, the coordinate transformation method (transformation to the dq0 rectangular coordinate system stationary with respect to the rotor) was employed.

Increasing efficiency of induction motor 提高感应电机的效率

In this work was analyzed induction motor, its advantages and disadvantages, and methods of modify it in way increasing its reliability and power coefficient. Power coefficient is the parameter which shows how much energy is used for yield and which just converting into heat. For analysis used calculation of induction motor which commonly used for developing serial asynchronous motor. Based on that calculation has modulated physical process which conducting in active parts of motor. For calculation of induction in armature and magnetic flux passes in it was used numerical mathematical model. This type of electric motors is common used so increase its efficiency and power characteristics is the one of way to reduce energy consuming. The developed way of modernization of induction motors, and analyzed reliability of it.

Dynamic model of magnetic transmission 磁场传输动态模型

In the work, a non-contact electromechanical energy converter with permanent magnets, which is known as magnetic transmission, is studied. Magnetic transmissions have certain structural advantages compared to mechanical transmissions, namely: high reliability, efficiency, lower losses, non-contact transmission of mechanical power, no maintenance costs, and simplicity of construction. The use of magnetic transmissions for systems of conversion of low-potential mechanical energy into electrical energy is especially relevant: wind energy, water energy, energy of mechanical vibrations, etc. The use of magnetic gearboxes in autonomous wind power plants can be more promising from an economic and technical point of view compared to traditional mechanical transmissions. A numerical simulation mathematical model of magnetic transmission with permanent magnets has been developed. The use of magnetic transmission, for example, for autonomous wind power systems allows to increase the reliability of the operation of such installations, reduce operating costs and increase the efficiency of their operation. In emergency modes of operation, the use of magnetic transmission allows to avoid destruction or emergency shutdowns of electrical equipment. The developed simulation model of magnetic transmission takes into account the pulsations of the electromagnetic moment due to the discrete structure of the magnetic transmission and the change of the model parameters when the input moment changes: pulsations, losses in the magnetic core and permanent magnets, the change of the load angle and the transmitted electromagnetic moment. A feature of the developed model of the magnetic transmission system is that a change in the load of the electric power source leads to a change in the operating point on the mechanical characteristics of the rotor of the wind turbine. Conversely, when the wind parameters change, the output parameters of the source of electrical energy change: power, voltage, current and electromagnetic moment.

Investigation of the influence of the number of poles on the external characteristic of a brushless DC machine in the generator mode 研究发电机模式下极数对直流无刷电机外部特性的影响

The article presents the results of a study on the generator mode of operation of a brushless DC machine (BLDC) when operating under active load. For analysis, two models were created with the number of permanent magnets on the rotor differing by a factor of two. The relevance of the research is due to the wide range of applications of BLDC in various fields. One of the key advantages of BLDC is the absence of a brush-commutator unit, which is replaced by a controller with semiconductor elements. This increases the reliability of BLDC and expands the range of operating modes. The main objective of this study is to determine the impact of the number of permanent magnets on the external characteristic of BLDC in generator mode. To achieve this goal, computer modeling was performed using ANSYS Maxwell software. This software is designed to study and calculate the magnetic field pattern using the finite element method in electromechanical devices, providing accurate results for analysis. For each BLDC model, the degree of saturation of the magnetic system elements was determined, and graphs of voltage, current, and braking torque at the generator shaft over time were obtained. Analysis of the calculation results for BLDC models with 46 and 92 permanent magnets demonstrated an impact on the voltage and current waveforms, leading to some slight distortion of their shape. The obtained calculation results allowed determining the efficiency and constructing the external characteristic for both BLDC models. Higher efficiency was obtained for the BLDC model with 92 permanent magnets on the rotor. The external characteristic for the generator mode of BLDC operation demonstrated a change in voltage when transitioning from idle to nominal current operation within the range of 15% and 21%, indicating the stiffness of the characteristic. The conclusions of the study indicate the potential for improving the efficiency of BLDC through optimization of the magnetic system design and cooling conditions, and can be useful for engineers and developers of electromechanical systems aiming to improve the performance of their products.

The work presents the principles of building control systems of physical factors of the production environment. The set of information sources of control of physical harmful and dangerous factors of the production environment is considered as a set of sensors of random processes. It is shown that for the construction of a system of physical control of the production environment, it is expedient to use adaptive principles of system construction. The structural scheme of the system implementing the specified principle is presented.

Diagnostics of power cable insulation by using the methods of dielectric spectroscopy: overview of physical basis and features of practical application 利用介电光谱法诊断电力电缆绝缘:物理基础和实际应用特点概述

The article provides an overview of the physical foundations and features of the application of diagnostic methods for the insulation of power cables using dielectric spectroscopy methods in the frequency and time domains. The relationship between the depolarization currents and the frequency spectrum of the complex dielectric constant is shown. An analysis of the factors determining the frequency dependence of the tangent angle of dielectric losses of paper and polyethylene insulation of power cables is given. The main types of reaction of dielectric materials with different levels of development of water channels at the level and frequency of the applied voltage are listed. According to the results of the analysis, it is shown that for high-voltage measurements, one of the factors that complicates the diagnosis of the insulation of power cables by analyzing the frequency dependences of the capacitance and the tangent of the dielectric loss angle is the distortion of the sinusoidal current through the dielectric due to the nonlinear dependence of the complex dielectric constant on the level of the applied voltage. A comparative analysis of dielectric spectroscopy methods in the frequency domain, involving high-voltage and low-voltage measurements of the complex dielectric constant, was carried out. Electromagnetic compatibility of technical objects and systems: brief review of the main regulatory documents of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany 技术物品和系统的电磁兼容性:欧盟和德意志联邦共和国主要监管文件简评

In June 2022, Ukraine received the status of a candidate country for joining the European Union (EU). And already at the end of 2023, the governing bodies of the EU decided to start negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU. On this path, Ukraine needs to carry out a significant amount of reforms, including fully adapting national legislation in accordance with European legislation. This also applies to the regulatory framework regarding electromagnetic compatibility. With this in mind, the article briefly describes the features, structure and application of modern regulatory documents on electromagnetic compatibility of technical objects and systems acting in the European Union at both the international (pan-European) and national level. Regarding a specific EU member state, the article reviews the Federal Republic of Germany as an example.

Ways to overcome the barrier during the transition of asynchronous motors to the energy efficiency class IE5 克服异步电机向能效等级 IE5 过渡过程中的障碍的方法

Purpose. To provide a comprehensive analytical review on ways to increase the energy efficiency of induction motors and identify those suitable for transitioning fixed speed induction motors to IE5 level. Methodology. A thorough study of research and development in the field of increasing the energy efficiency of induction motors for various purposes was conducted. The experience of the development of traction induction motors of electric vehicles as dynamically developing is extrapolated. Results. It was established that the main limiting factor in increasing the energy efficiency of induction motors to the IE5 level is its thermal state. Analysis of ways to improve the efficiency of induction motors indicates the need for their complex application. It is most expedient to optimize and improve the elements of the air-cooling system of induction motors. To carry out the research, it is necessary to comprehensively apply electromagnetic and temperature field modeling systems of induction motors. Given certain shortcomings of thermal models of induction motors, it is necessary to combine modeling with experimental studies using both classical temperature sensors and the method of thermography. Originality. The combination of modern methods of modeling the thermal state of induction motors and experimental studies makes it possible to determine reserves for increasing the efficiency of existing motors. Using these results, it is possible to improve induction motors to the IE5 efficiency level. Practical value. Manufacturers and researchers see difficulties with the transition of induction motors of industrial purpose to the IE5 efficiency level, so they focused their attention on synchronous electric motors. The results of our research prove that, despite certain barriers, this transition can be made, albeit with certain difficulties.
