Anti-submarine is either the main role for ship formations or an associate for other war missions. In this paper, a model is proposed for evaluating the firing ability of ship formations to fire against submarines, which is based on a four-dimension characterization and a two-layer gray fuzzy evaluation method. This evaluation should be a vital reference for improving the ship formations' anti-submarine ability.

In this paper, it studies the various elements of map-matching algorithm, in order to achieve better real-time and accuracy for vehicle navigation systems. This paper uses two-stage staggered mesh, combined with the second round screening domain. Using of vehicle location, direction, road geometric and topological relations with the angular rate of change, this paper proposes a new map matching algorithm, angle and distance segment dominated approach. The results show that the map-matching algorithm in this paper can achieve vehicle navigation and positioning functions accurately and quickly.

Dynamic genres where pictures move, sound plays and language comes in changing combinations of speech, song and writing are ubiquitous throughout our lives. Yet the problem as to how we can go about analyzing them in blend with image, movement, sound, music and speech with a view to generating and multiplying the meaning in multimodal videos or communicative events crops up. The paper presents the establishment of a transcribing and encoding scheme based on the multimodal transcription of dynamic texts and multiple-tier annotation via multimodal discourse software Elan, which can simultaneously handle multi-modes that are co-deployed in audio or video genres. The last but not least one is hoping to benefit the implementation of the dynamic discourse analysis through the utilization of Elan by applying the closely related multimodal theories originating from social semiotics in terms of image, movement, speech, music and sound.

This paper proposes a chaotic particle swarm optimization and kernel matching pursuit algorithm a combination of speaker recognition methods. First through the CPSO clustering algorithm to transform the MFCC feature parameters of processing, streamlining of the MFCC feature parameters (SMFCC), then use the KMP algorithm on the reduction parameters after the SMFCC feature classification training and recognition. The results show that CPSO-KMP-based speaker recognition method compared to the GMM-UBM method, the relative increase in EER performance of 31%.

With the large-scale application of sensing terminals and mobile terminals, the importance of decision support system generator (DSSG) in real-time decision based on big data is highlighting. To solve problems of design pattern and empirical application of DSSG, it elaborates the establishment of technical system of DSSG on the basis of the architecture design based on component coordination, and furthermore sets research priority on interface technology of data communication between components. At last, two functional-equivalents group decision support systems are designed and realized via traditional software engineering method and the DSSG designed in the paper, and comprehensive analysis and comparison between the two systems are made to provide empirical reference on the application of DSSG.

In order to improve the recognition rate of palm vein recognition algorithm, a recognition algorithm based on SIFT and ORB features extraction and score-level fusion is presented in this paper. Score-level fusion is an information fusion technique, which has six common combination rules. Two dynamic weight combination rules are proposed as a supplement here. The main steps of the proposed algorithm are: First, extract Region of interest (ROI) from the registered palm vein image and the to-be-matched palm vein image and process them with sharpen enhancement, and then extract SIFT features and ORB features and obtain matching scores respectively, finally utilize score-level fusion to compute the final score for decision. The experiments on the CASIA Palm Vein Image Database show that the algorithm attains the best recognition rate by utilizing the min-rule, and the equal error rate (EER) is 0.36%.

The evaluation of graduation thesis needs to consider from many aspects to make the final evaluation of each factor. The traditional evaluation method with weighted method has a loss of objectivity and lack of convincing. In view of the existing problems, it proposed that using Hopfield method to evaluate the graduation thesis. Through the existing evaluation results, the evaluation criteria were got. The evaluation criteria were stored in the network. When inputting the pre-evaluation thesis to the network, Hopfield neural network will run by itself. The pre-evaluation thesis will converge to the closest level. The experiments were carried out with 10 group's data. The experimental results show that this method can effectively evaluate the graduation thesis, and the evaluation results more rapid, rational and objective.

In order to improve the localization precision based on Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) distance measurement for wireless sensor network nodes, a correction RSSI localization algorithm is proposed. In the algorithm, the optimal beacon nodes are firstly taken into consideration, and then using the median mean filtering method to process the measured RSSI data from the optimal beacon nodes. Finally, the weighted centroid algorithm is used to obtain the unknown node location. The simulation results indicate that compared with the traditional RSSI algorithm, the localization error of correction algorithm is reduced by more than 60%, effectively improving the localization precision.

Owing to low emissions and low consumption costs, natural gas has major potential as a substitute or complementary automotive fuel. The natural gas pipeline network as the cheapest and easiest transportation system is a highly integrated transmission and distribution grid that can transport natural gas to and from nearly any location. Due to the dynamic characteristics of the pipeline networks, it is very difficult to develop a management system. In this paper, a web-based management system is proposed. The whole system consists of data acquisition embedded module, Onsite management system and Web GIS (Web Geographic Information System) Server system, which can observe and manage the safety transmission of natural gas.

The belief propagation (BP) algorithm under the Bayesian framework can accelerate Compressed Sensing (CS) encoding and decoding by using the sparse encoder matrix. To improve the reconstruction performance we consider a backtracking-based belief propagation algorithm (CS-BBP) for the sparse signal reconstruction. The backtracking is added after performing BP and minimum mean square error (MMSE) estimate in every iteration. Simulation results show that the CS-BBP is a universal reconstruction algorithm which has a good performance for both 1-D Gaussian and 2-D image signal reconstructions.
