Browsing multi-resolution LOD terrain, when the viewpoint is very close to the terrain, reaching to the highest resolution, the terrain cannot continue to refine, which will affect the continuity of browsing and visual effects. To solve this problem, based on the application of Chunked LOD, taking RSG as process units, the paper propose an improvement of real-time detail enhancement, with combining and improving Kobbelt subdivision algorithm and fractal technology. The improvement can add rich photorealistic high-resolution grid, and avoid the computational load caused by excessive detail enhancement. Experimental results show this method is effective in increasing details in real-time and meet the needs of realistic visual effects on a continuous basis to keep the frame rate.

In order to know more about the rational factors in consumer irrational behavior, this paper analyzed 370 consumers' actual online shopping data with nonparametric test, trying to find out whether there are any risk aversion behavior discrepancies among consumers with different impulse buying tendency. Customers were automatically clustered into three categories, and the results show that high impulsiveness consumers are really no different in SI-RAB (strong initiative risk aversion behavior) and MI-RAB (medium initiative risk aversion behavior) than those other consumers, while tending to overlook the risk factors in the act of weak initiative risk aversion (WI-RAB).

An easy-realizable gas sensing system using absorption type optical fiber is studied and discussed, in order to improve the detection sensitivity and anti-interference ability of popular acetylene gas sensor. Using ASE as light source, the detection sensitivity has been greatly improved. Wavelength modulation on ASE broadband light source using fiber Bragg grating and PZT to obtain narrowband reflected output light. At the same time, using a combined structure of differential detection and harmonic detection, eliminates the influence of light source power fluctuation, the absorption coefficient change with the environment and other factors on the measurement results, and effectively improves the sensitivity and the anti-interference ability of the system.

With radar imaging having the characteristics of functioning all-weather, all-day and remote imaging, the using of Synthetic Aperture Radar Seeker is one of the most effective methods to improve the guidance accuracy of medium and long range missile. According to studying the missile positioning method of missile-borne Synthetic Aperture Radar, an integrated missile positioning method based on the Inertial Navigation System and bistatic Synthetic Aperture Radar is proposed in this paper, we can get height information of the missile via an additional antenna system with downward beam. In this paper, the positioning principle is introduced. The method proposed in this paper can get location information of high-speed Synthetic Aperture Radar platform after scene matching with high degree of precision. According to range equation, Doppler equation, the missile speed gained from Inertial Navigation System and the missile altitude measured by altimeter, we can calculate the calculation equation of positioning under the missile-target positioning model which can avoid erratic iteration calculation. Meanwhile, detailed positioning process is proposed in this paper. Simulation results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper can efficiently meet the positioning requirements of terminal guidance with bistatic missile-borne Synthetic Aperture Radar.

UAV automatic take-off and landing safety issue has been one of the key techniques to restrict its development. In this paper, taking a three-wheel UAV for the subject, ground taxiing modeling and control scheme of taxiing taking-off are studied. The control law designing of taxiing lateral deviation correction and longitudinal control law with the elevator are put forward. Lateral control structure adopts the method, combining lateral deviation and lateral velocity, of cooperating the front wheel with rudder, and makes some improvements on the basis of classic PID controller, with the design of fuzzy controller. According to the performance analysis of UAV taxiing, longitudinal control scheme is accomplished, assisted with elevator to complete the controller designing. Simulation results show that the fuzzy controller for large nonlinear systems has better control performance. Also the corrective effect is obvious, and taking-off process is smooth. The taking-off control scheme has some feasibility and rationality.

The accurate electrochemical model is of great significance for the simulation and design of fuel cell power systems. In order to estimate parameters of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) model, a modified multi-group DNA genetic algorithm (MMDNA-GA) which is inspired by the mechanism of biological DNA is proposed. In MMDNA-GA, three new crossover operators and three adaptive mutation operators are developed for improving the global searching ability. To enhance population diversity and overcome premature convergence of the algorithm, the multi-group inter-generational integration evolutionary strategy is adopted. The experimental results in different search ranges and validate strategies reveal that MMDNA-GA is a helpful and reliable technique for parameter estimation problem of PEMFC.

This paper presents a remote high precision data acquisition system with ARM (S3C2451) as the main-controller and microcontroller (AT89S52) as the co-controller and Internet as the transmission media. The control terminal issues commands to the data acquisition system through Internet transmission. The main-controller is responsible for identifying these commands and commanding the co-controller to realize the data acquisition, restoring and demarcation and the memorizer to receive, package, save and upload the acquired data. The co-controller is responsible for operating the relays to implement device restoring and demarcation and acquiring the input voltage or current signal and returning the A/D conversion result. In conclusion, the experiment proves that remote high-precision data acquisition, display and downloading are realized with 14 bits effective precision.

Aiming at the deficiencies of weak adaptability due to the singleness of the role establishment method, relatively high management complexity and the security problems such as covert role promotion and privilege penetration in the existing methods, a double-tier role and organization-based cross-domain access control mechanism is proposed. The double-tier role architecture of function role and task role resolves the problem that traditional concept of role couldn't cover the requirements of both organizational level and application level at the same time and meets the practical needs of role establishment with strong adaptability. A scalable double-tier role and organization-based access control model (DTR-OBAC) is put forward and defined formally based on the double-tier role architecture and organization. The concept of virtual sharing organization is introduced and treated as the common subordinate organization of participating domains. The cross-domain access control mechanism is present based on DTR-OBAC model and virtual sharing organization, to achieve security interoperation. The practicability and feasibility is verified with an example and the features are analyzed, indicating that the mechanism meets the principles of autonomy and security in interoperation.

Gabor filters are used to extract holistic feature in facial expression recognition. However, local subtle features can't be extracted effectively and it results in large amounts of data redundancy. In this paper, we proposed a novel facial expression recognition method based on the selection of local Gabor features and the extended nearest neighbor algorithm. The Gabor filter and radial encode is used firstly to divide the expression image into local regions, then PCA and FLD is adopted for feature selection, finally the extended nearest neighbor algorithm is applied to classify the facial expression data. Experiments and analysis conducted on Japanese Female Facial Expression (JAFFE) Database show that this method achieves better efficiency and effectiveness.

The paper starts with the study of present methods for evaluation of Vulnerability Threat. It puts forward a new classification method to make up the insufficiency of key elements of assessment. It establish the index system by considering the aspects of time, environment and attack damages and so on. It proposes an assessment method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, obtaining the factor weights by AHP, and quantifying the vulnerability based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At the end, it gives a practical example to prove that this method can be applied very well for vulnerability harm assessment.
