This paper is based on the "China Equipment and Education Resource System" (CERS) project, which aims at sharing large instruments and their related services. Web Service, which adopts service-oriented architecture, can provide loosely coupled, scalable and portable network modules for distributed applications. In this paper, an improved service oriented architecture to enhance the usability of the web services in CERS is proposed. More precisely, we add an operation protocol to the traditional Web Service architecture to give a more exact definition of the operation of web services. This new protocol makes the execution and composition of Web Service more convenient. A prototype system is implemented to validate the effectiveness of the modified architecture in promoting the service efficiency and improving the user experience. Our work may provide advice on services integration in some specific areas.

The existing proxy re-signature schemes are mostly constructed in traditional cryptosystems or identity-based cryptosystems. The former has the problem of complexity certificate management and overhead signature verification time, while the latter has the problem of key escrow security. A proxy re-signature scheme without certificates is proposed. The scheme is proved to be existentially unforgeable in standard model and its security can be stipulated as the difficulties of NGBDH and Many-DH assumption.

This paper presents an adaptive artificial potential field method for robot's obstacle avoidance path planning. Despite the obstacle avoidance path planning based on the artificial potential field method is very popular, but there is local minima problem with this approach. As a result, this paper proposes an improved obstacle potential field function model considering for the size of the robot and the obstacles and changes the weight of the obstacle potential field function adaptively to make the robot escape from the local minima. Three simulations have been done and the simulation results show: the improved algorithm can make the robot escape from the local minima and accomplish the robot collision avoidance path planning well.

In this study, we aim to model the group anger in rural China using System Dynamics embedded by Cellular Automaton model, which can effectively describe the characteristics of the emotional behavior. The simulation model demonstrates that the group anger is much easier to be provoked in the turbulence environment, as well as that the peasants with low cognitive level would have higher group anger temperature. Besides, it also demonstrates that normalization pattern of anger governance is more effective than emergency pattern. Building on these results, we propose the policy advises on the rural governance in China.

The double inverted pendulum system is hard to reach steady state, the mathematical model before the simulation and physical control experiment. And the system requires higher performance to the controller. So the improved genetic algorithm is introduced into the wavelet neural network controller. The trained neural network has less number of iterations, smaller error and better global convergence ability. The simulation and actual control experiment results show that, the wavelet neural network controller based on the improved genetic algorithm can achieve stable control of the double inverted pendulum system, It has excellent interference resistance ability and effect meet the requirement of structural performance.

In order to effectively evaluate the technical level, management ability, service level and operating environment of suppliers, this paper introduces a closeness degree to evaluate the supplier based on triangular fuzzy number. Initialized a supplier evaluation index system and the supplier evaluation language set, this paper establishes a triangular fuzzy complementary judgment matrix of supplier evaluation index using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Though the accuracy of matrix, then the index weight could be determined. This paper cites the concept of closeness degree. After obtained the closeness degree of the evaluation index of unevaluated suppliers and ideal suppliers, it creates the order of the suppliers' comprehensive ability. To overcome the drawbacks such as pre-maturity and the inclination to converge to partial optimum of the standard genetic algorithm, the adaptive genetic algorithm has been proposed in this paper. The adaptive genetic algorithm can change its cross-over probability and mutation probability adaptively according to the iterative times and the value of the cost function to avoid the shortcomings of the standard genetic algorithm. The paper also analyses the dynamic reconfiguration problem in the cognitive radio system which is a key aspect in realizing the optimization of wireless resources management. At last, the proposed algorithm is simulated under three different modes of the OFDM multi-carrier system. The simulation results indicate that the adaptive genetic algorithm can overcome the drawbacks of the standard genetic algorithm effectively, the parameters adjustment outcomes coincide with the expected results.

The non-local means (NLM) is an effective and popular denoising method that adjusts each pixel value with a weighted average of all pixels in the entire image. However, the center pixel weights (CPW) in the traditional NLM method and its variances are unitary, and thus the importance of the center pixel is overestimated for the noise point, which cannot effectively remove noises. To address this problem, we propose an adaptive CPW for NLM method. In order to effectively distinguish edges from regions and noises, a new edge indicator is constructed to identify the local characteristic of each pixel. Based on the proposed edge indicator, we construct an adaptive CPW that can be tuned adaptively according to each pixel's local feature. Experimental results show that the propose d method is superior to the state-of-the-art methods in both the edge preservation and noise suppression.

For identifying the credit level of a company, the paper introduces the Bagging algorithm into the CART algorithm, and form a Bagging-CART integrated algorithm.
