Moment Invariants Based on SUSAN Initial Edge Response 基于SUSAN初始边缘响应的矩不变性

In view of problem that it usually lacks of fusion depth to combine moment invariants with other extraction technology on local invariant features, this article proposes the moment invariants based on SUSAN initial edge response, which provides a sort of organic integration for moment invariants and SUSAN edge detection algorithm. The combination point is to treat SUSAN initial edge response matrix as gray scale matrix, then to calculate its corresponding moment invariants. Experiments show that the recall and precision of retrieval algorithm based on the above moment invariants will become satisfied as soon as the quality of retrieval results reaches to a critical value, and the moment invariants reflect certain invariance about affine transformation and illumination change.
针对矩不变量与其他局部不变特征提取技术相结合通常缺乏融合深度的问题,本文提出了基于SUSAN初始边缘响应的矩不变量,为矩不变量与SUSAN边缘检测算法提供了一种有机的结合。结合点是将SUSAN初始边缘响应矩阵作为灰度矩阵,计算其对应的矩不变量。实验表明,只要检索结果的质量达到一定的临界值,基于上述矩不变量的检索算法的查全率和查准率就能得到满意的结果,且矩不变量对仿射变换和光照变化具有一定的不变性。

Inverted Index Compression Using Multi-codes 使用多代码的倒排索引压缩

How to decrease the space consumed by index is a key issue in big data processing. In this paper, a new compression method is proposed to decrease the space consumption of inverted index. First, a lot of redundant integers are removed by using the techniques of splitting inverted list, adding tags and making groups. Second, the total number of small integers is increased by using d-gaps in each group. Third, these sub sequences are compressed using different codes. At last, all compressed sub sequences are combined into a long sequence. Experiment results show that our method decreases the compression ratio and its decoding speed is also fast.
如何减少索引占用的空间是大数据处理中的一个关键问题。为了减少倒排索引的空间消耗,本文提出了一种新的压缩方法。首先,通过拆分倒排表、添加标签和分组等技术去除大量冗余整数。其次,在每组中使用d-gap来增加小整数的总数。第三,使用不同的编码对这些子序列进行压缩。最后,将所有压缩子序列组合成一个长序列。实验结果表明,该方法降低了压缩比,且译码速度快。

A New Evaluation Method for Single Scheme Based on Incomplete Triangular Fuzzy Numbers Judgment Matrix 基于不完全三角模糊数判断矩阵的单方案评价新方法

Expert's preference information is in the form of incomplete triangular fuzzy numbers judgment matrix (ITFNJM) in the problem of simulation credibility evaluation, a new method of index aggregation focused on the evaluation for single scheme is investigated in this paper. First, the uncertainty degree and Hausdorff distance of triangular fuzzy number (TFN) are defined. Then, the expert's objective weight which is calculated based on the incomplete triangular fuzzy number judgment matrix and the subjective weight are aggregated into an expert's synthesis weight (ESW) based on convex combination. Next, a least square decision model (LSDM) is established with the expert's synthesis weight (ESW) to determine the index weight, and a method for index aggregation with incomplete triangular fuzzy number judgment matrix is further proposed. Finally a numerical example is illustrated to validate the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Hierarchical Clustering Based Teaching Reform Courses Examination Data Analysis Approach Applied in China Open University System 基于层次聚类的教改课程考试数据分析方法在开放大学系统中的应用

China Open University system, as an exclusive university organization that is specialized in distance open education in China, adopts the network teaching way, and whose teaching network covered the whole country, so the system's teaching quality is increasingly attracting attention, and the teaching reform measures used to improve the teaching quality also have been taken. Apparently, utilizing data mining techniques to analyze the teaching reform course examination data is an effective method to check the effects of teaching reform measures. Clustering analysis, as an unsupervised learning, could find the rule hidden in the data completely according to the data itself. Hierarchical clustering, has the advantages of classification accurately, outliers detection easily, and doesn't need to preset the cluster number. So this paper proposes an examination data analysis approach based on hierarchical clustering algorithm to check the effects of teaching reform measures happened in China Open University system. This paper describes an implementation scheme based on hierarchical clustering, designed for teaching reform course examination data analysis, including algorithm design and application design. The effectiveness of proposed approach is verified by processing the practical examination data in China Open University system's teaching reform courses. The experimental results reveal the changing regulation of the examination data caused by teaching reform measures, and could be the objective basis for open education teaching reform.

Design and Simulation on Digital Variable Pump Controlling Hydraulic Cylinder System 数字变量泵控液压缸系统的设计与仿真

In order to eliminate the imbalancing flow rate which would lead to hydraulic shock and oil-lack, and also improve the efficiency of hydraulic system, a digital pump controlling hydraulic cylinder system is designed. A swash-plate axial variable displacement piston pump is used in this system. The angle of the swash-plate is regulated by a proportional servo valve, which can improve the system's efficiency. High speed switch valves are introduced into the system to eliminating the pressure fluctuation. Then a mathematical model is deduced to investigate the characteristic of this system. Simulation results show that this system has a good performance on response speed.

Fuzzy Self-Adaptable Prediction Method for High-Fill Road Foundation Settlement 高填方道路地基沉降模糊自适应预测方法

In the forecasting of road foundation settlement, different methods can often provide valuable information. When different forecasting methods combined properly, comprehensive forecast information are variously utilized. According to the principle of artificial intelligence and method of fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy combination forecasting method of self-adaptively variable weight is proposed. Based on matching degree of past-recent period and actual value, the weights are automatically adjust, so that forecasting results will be accurate. The fuzzy combination forecasting method of self-adaptively variable weight is applied to the sub grade settlement in Hengzao expressway, which provides the prediction accuracy and reliable applicability. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, the measured sample points should increase, and with the passage of time, the recent settlement results should be set to the set of original sample.

The Visibility and Usability Research of Navigation Satellites for HEO HEO导航卫星可见性与可用性研究

The application of global satellite navigation system to the user satellite at high elliptical orbit can overcome the disadvantage that the equipment of the ground control system is complex and high cost. But with the increasing of the altitude of user satellite, the number of usable satellites reduces, even less than four. In order to achieve navigating and positioning using the global satellite navigation system, this paper puts forward the concept of the transmission time demodulation threshold and the concept of ephemeris data demodulation threshold. We make full use of the navigation message information and analyze these new concepts to discuss a new method. The simulation result demonstrates that the new method improves the number of navigation satellites and period of navigating autonomously.

Model Migration Based on Subspace Separation for Development of a New Process Monitoring Model 基于子空间分离的模型迁移,开发一种新的过程监控模型

In this article, a model migration strategy based on subspace separation is proposed for process monitoring by taking advantage of common information between an old process and a new process. Firstly, a global basis vector is extracted and deemed to enclose the cross-set similar correlations. Then two different subspaces are separated from each other in the new dataset. The kernel principal component models are developed for the common and specific subspace respectively, and the monitoring is carried out in each subspace. The proposed strategy is illustrated with a simulated fed-batch penicillin fermentation. The results show that the strategy is effective.

Case-Based Design: From Image to Pattern 基于案例的设计:从图像到模式

A case-based pattern design method is proposed to translate an image into a pattern of certain style. The method has two phases. Pattern style and knowledge are learned in case-learning phase, case mapping database and rule database are results of this phase and will serve as memory unit and logical unit respectively. In design phase, user designates the objects in an input image, visual features of object are used to retrieve memory, and the matched case is reused and revised according to knowledge in logical unit. Newly generated pattern will be retained as a new case. Our method avoids the difficulty of extracting pattern designing knowledge, helps improving the aesthetic design ability of computer, and also provides an effective way to reuse valuable artistic patterns.

An Identity and Access Management Architecture in Cloud 云中的身份与访问管理体系结构

Identity and access management is essential of security issues in cloud. This paper presents an identity and access management architecture to solve a series of new problems that cloud computing model has brought in identity and access management. The architecture considering the problem of security access provided by users to access cloud resources and users upload resources to solve some of the limitations of the existing architecture. The architecture uses security as a service technology to achieve a standardized and scalable architecture, and proposed specific architecture can be implemented.
