Older people face higher risk of mortality or severe injury due to fall. Therefore, a simple screening device for fall risk assessment is essential. This study aimed to define the test-retest reliability of the Internet of Things (IoT) device when administering the timed-up and go (TUG) test in older adults. Thirty aging adults older than 60 years old (mean age is ${65.80pm 4.72}$ years) in Chiang Rai province participated in this study. The participants were instructed to perform TUG test in three trials and were assessed in two trials with a 1-week resting period. The Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC3,1) were used to measure test-retest reliability, and significant levels were set at $mathbf{p} < {0.05}$. The results showed excellent test-retest reliability of TUG test by IoT device was excellent (ICCs = ${0.88)}$. Moreover, the measurement consistency between the IoT device and the standard stopwatch was excellent (ICC $={0.91)}$. The IOT device is reliable for between-day administration of the TUG test in community-dwelling older adults. It is unknown how reliable these tests are in various demographics, including elderly individuals with balance problems and health concerns and patients with strokes or high risk of falls. Additional psychometric characteristics of the IoT device used in the TUG test, such as test-retest reliability and cut-off score for predicting falls in the elderly, must be clarified.

Thailand has tropical weather with both high temperatures and humidity, which can affect the milk yield. Thus, commonly used lactation curve models derived from milk yields in different geographic regions cannot fit the actual milk yield in Thailand well. This study, therefore, proposes a mixed model of the lactation curve model and a regression model to adjust the prediction with regard to the effect of weather, cow behaviour, and cow information on milk production. The performance of all mixed models is better than that of the lactation curve models. This indicates the improvements in the model prediction and may imply that weather, cow behaviour, and cow information play a part in milk production.

The acquisition of knowledge plays a crucial role in improving business processes. Process discovery is a technique employed to obtain essential information about actual operations in the form of process models. However, the process discovery encounters various challenges that hinder the quality of the resulting process model. The misleading or low-quality process models are the results of the high degree of complexity of business processes as there are different ways in which activities can be ordered. Thus, this paper presents an automated approach for identifying the relationship between pairs of activities in a process model, a crucial aspect of the process discovery process. The method employs Self-Organizing Maps (SOM) from artificial neural networks for categorizing relationship types: direct-followed, parallelism, long-distance, and concurrent relationships. The model was trained using event logs generated from a simulation tool with varying degrees of complexity. The findings suggest that the proposed method exhibits outstanding results in categorizing some relationship types. Nonetheless, the accuracy of clustering for the nested pattern AND is not yet satisfactory.
