This research aims to analyze the influence of information technology and knowledge transfer on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Karangasem District Cultural Office, where data collection uses questionnaires. The population of this study is all employees who work in the Karangasem District Culture Office which numbers 49 people, so the method of determining samples using the saturated sample method. As for this research data analysis technique using path analysis with SPSS 21. The results of this study show that information technology has a significant effect on transferable knowledge, but does not significantly affect employee performance, knowledge transfer has a significant effect employee performance and knowledge transfer act as a full mediation of the influence of information technology on employee performance.

The study's major goal is to evaluate the differences and similarities between the working conditions of women in public and private sector banks in Jaipur. This research provides a quantitative examination of the status of women bank tellers in Jaipur's public and private sectors. This investigation is first-hand and explanatory. There will be a total of 100 working women surveyed, 50 from the public sector and 50 from the private sector. The results of a well-designed questionnaire given to the ladies. Reliability statistics, descriptive statistics, and a t test were among the many statistical methods used. Researchers found that both public and private sector banks care about their female workers' well-being and provide timely updates on any policy or regulatory changes that may affect them.

Print Media had a glorious history. It was challenged by another media solutions from time to time. Growing media market made room for all the options and every media options registered growth with minimal alterations. Printing Technology followed by Radio, TV, Analog Signal Processing (ASP) and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) made a huge change in the media industry. Every media options had their own set of advantages and disadvantages. Print media slowly and gradually started losing its charm. Sudden entry of COVID-19 had unprecedented impact on the Print Media. The aim of this study is to understand the Factors Affecting the Acceptance Level of Print Media. Product, Price and Promotions regarding English Newspaper is incorporated in the study.
