The prime concern of the present study entails exploring the various factors that relate to the social and psychological perspectives that derive from personal norms and influence the behaviour of consumers towards the purchase of products and the adoption of green services and products that address environmental concerns. This research effort contributes to creation of knowledge with mediation effect of consumer personal norms among samples from developing countries. The data was collected cross-sectionally from consumers of Dolmen Mall Karachi, Pakistan. The researcher approached 330 individuals under probability sampling, and data was collected through questionnaire in malls. This research paper utilized PLS-SEM for the analysis of collected data. The entrepreneurial perspective has the tendency to influence the behavior of consumers and employees. The firms strive to incorporate innovative initiatives for business operations from the entrepreneurial perspective. The firms face a number of issues, problems, and challenges and find the solution in an entrepreneurial approach that firms incorporate in their strategic management. Similarly, it has been argued that the entrepreneurial approach enables the firms to devise innovative solutions and has the tendency to influence the green buying intentions. The results found that personal norms predict buying intentions, and formerly descriptive social norms, injunctive social norms, and biospheric values directly predict consumer personal norms. However, consideration of future consequences could not show any influence on personal norms. The results supported the mediating role of personal norms between descriptive social norms, injunctive social norms, biospheric values, and buying intentions. The results of this study provide important insights to green product researchers, marketers, and policymakers. Marketers can get guidance to design effective marketing strategies by focusing on consumer-related descriptive and injunctive social norms and biospheric values. The study also highlights its implications and limitations as well as the suggestions for future research.

Mental health is not just a psychological issue, but it also affects Business Environment. The basic research question is to see if businesses environment and mental health have any strong relationship. We propose a model that suggests mental health depends on various factors, including mental well-being itself, economic conditions, education, physical health, and, importantly, creating new businesses. This study addresses the intriguing question of whether starting a business is beneficial or detrimental to mental health It depends on a lot of things, like how someone was feeling before, the state of the economy, their education, and even the fairness of the legal system. Our econometric model using Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) carefully takes all these factors into account to understand the bigger and novel picture of the question put forth, while taking care of the issue of endogeneity that may arise in such type of data sets. We measure our main dependent variable i.e. mental health through emotional well-being and depression, while business creation is assessed by environment, ease, clustering, skills, and worker availability. Furthermore, this groundbreaking study on a panel of Asian countries shows that income levels alone are not enough to predict mental health outcomes. Legal fairness and business-friendly environments play a surprising role in shaping mental wellness. By analyzing physical health, macroeconomic determinants, and environmental factors, the research highlights the complex interplay that affects mental health outcomes. The study's novel variables and large panel data analysis approach offer new insights into the policies and incentives that can optimize mental health outcomes for all citizens.

The purpose of this research is to examine how complex organizations function in conflict circumstances. This research aims to explain how a project firm, a collection of firms that work to accomplish a goal, maintains its associations with the partners who make up the organization and with external stakeholders. In analyzing these complex organizations, the authors create a theory that explains how and why basic traits, such as conflict, influence the potential for success, as well as how and why their composition and governance differ for enterprises with partners. To answer these concerns, the study used a dataset from 2009 to 2019 that included about 3000 project groups with more than 100,000 partners operating in 135 countries. Therefore, this study presents a contingency theory of project organization governance by performing an empirical analysis of the project firm on a size and scale not before studied in project management research. This study explores three forms of diversity: functional duties, separation of institutional values, and economic inequality, in order to identify how each type promotes conflict between project participants and external stakeholders. In addition, this research indicates that teamwork between diverse persons may minimize competition. This paper proposes a contingency theory of project organization governance by addressing the absorption of resources and connections that cause conflict and affect the project organization's performance.

Although there has been significant growth in the literature on customer brand engagement, there have been relatively few empirical investigations on its causes and effects. Companies increasingly seek customer engagement with their services and/or products to track their brand performance. The primary purpose of this research was to evaluate the relationship between consumer brand identification and customer brand engagement. This research examines the mediating influence of customer brand engagement on the connection between consumer brand identification and purchase intention. Furthermore, the impact of brand engagement on purchase intention is investigated in this article. The responses of 443 participants were collected using a convenient sampling method. A structural equation modelling (SEM) approach using partial least squares (PLS) was used to conduct the analysis of the data. This investigation's theoretical underpinning is supported by social identity theory. According to the findings of this research, consumer brand identification is the primary driver of customer brand engagement. Customer brand engagement partially mediates the link between consumer brand identification and purchase intention. Additionally, this study reveals that customer brand engagement impacts the purchase intention of fashion clothing businesses. In the context of fashion clothing brands, brand managers should analyse customer brand engagement's role, specifically in generating purchase intention. This study broadens our understanding of customer brand engagement within the context of the fashion apparel industry. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by expanding our understanding of the interrelationships between consumer brand identification, customer brand engagement, and purchase intention among consumers of fashion apparel brands in the emerging economy of Pakistan. Moreover, this study is exceptional since it investigates consumer brand identification in a novel context.

Women are a massive chunk of Pakistan’s population yet only 25-30 % of women participate in its economic development, and, this low percentage affects overall women empowerment. The current study is an effort to show how governments can enhance women’s empowerment by investing time, money, and resources through micro-financing and skill development for women entrepreneurs and making them a dynamic part of the economy. Current study proposes a Conceptual Three-Dimensional Women Empowerment Model to ensure that all aspects such as personal, relational, and economic facets of women empowerment are covered. Our research fills in the theoretical gap by adding the aspects of skill development that are provided by the micro-financing authorities that help women in acquiring specific skills to make their start-ups a success, another theoretical gap that would be covered by this study is the collection of primary data to investigate the relationship of education in the success of entrepreneurial activities of women that has not been investigated previously. Further, the incorporation of a three-dimensional women empowerment model would provide the exact speck of the empowerment felt by the women. Based on the available literature, the proposed Conceptual Model depicts that there are some key areas that have been worked on by the governments, NGOs, and UN to reduce poverty, upsurge education, and create equal opportunities in terms of technical and higher education for both genders. Women are a larger part of the population, it is not possible for societies to prosper without refining the women’s counterparts of the society. For the greater good of society, the role of micro-finance, skill development, and education can not be overlooked to empower women and that is going to be the emphasis of the study. The study will accommodate the government and other private institutions to make micro-financing successful for women counterparts of the population through proper training and skill development programs. It can also be useful for NGOs and banks to have private skill development programs to ensure the success rate of micro financed based businesses. The study will be helpful for women and society twofold. Firstly, women’s empowerment would be reflected in personal, relational, and economic facets of everyday life for females. Secondly, women will emerge to be productive participants in society and the overall economic progress of the country will improve. Women's empowerment is a dilemma in developing countries. This study will help raise women's status in society and ensure that investments made to women by governments, NGOs, and banks through micro-financing can be made efficacious through proper skill instigation and education.

The research was initiated on the statistically proven premises that, there is a relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth of Pakistan. However, the contribution of entrepreneurial skills through entrepreneurial training in this regard was not investigated by any other scholar. Hence, this study has been conducted in order to understand relationship between entrepreneurial training and economic growth of Pakistan. The study was quantitative in nature and employed non-probabilistic sampling design in order to collect data from 128 university students of final year studying in different domains. The respondents were enrolled in four different universities of Sindh and Punjab provinces. However, it was concluded at the end through Pearson, Spearman and Regression analysis that, there is a significant but weak relationship between socio-emotional, technical skills of entrepreneurs and economic growth of the country. However, moderate kind of relationship was found between managerial skills of entrepreneurs and economic growth of Pakistan. Subsequently, it was asserted that, there is a significant moderate relationship between entrepreneurial training and economic growth of the country.

Technological developments, innovations, and e-commerce complexities have made it a requirement for human resources professionals in today’s digital workplace to become aware of modern laws regulating their workplace data handing procedures, while also making sure the entire organization is compliant. This paper provides a historical review of e-commerce laws, challenges, and how these are impacting the modern workplace’s privacy issues related to employees and consumers. Next, the paper explores the concept of sectoral policies in the United States. Finally, the paper examines and assesses the necessity of regulations currently in place as well as future legal needs. The conclusion is that as the internet matures and private sector procedures become standardized, there will be a need for more regulations for each sector of industry to protect the privacy of employees, along with the confidentiality of consumers’ data. Sound regulations will create clarity, certainty, and consistency in expectations and procedures, thereby reducing employee stress and voluntary turnover as well as avoiding legal problems.

This research attempts to analyze the impact of managerial entrenchment on firm performance in the context of KSE-100 index companies in Pakistan. The given study engages the CEO share as the measure of managerial entrenchment and investigate its impact on financial performance of companies. In pertinent to this, regression analysis has been utilized by employing the top performing corporations listed on KSE-100 index. For measurement of firm performance, this study employs the two variables used to quantify firm performance as “return on assets (ROA)” and “Tobin's Q”. This study comprises 318 observations, from 53 non-financial companies of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), over 6 years period (2015-2020) from annual reports. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between the managerial entrenchment measured through CEO share and financial performance measured through ROA and Tobin’s Q. The study has some limitations. The future researchers can add other parameters of managerial entrenchment such as board independence, board compensation, tenure and management duality to get more insights on this association. The research findings are giving implications for managers, investors and shareholders. Managers may adopt techniques that allow them to strengthen their position thus gaining investors’ confidence. This research extends the literature by comprehensively employing the impact of managerial entrenchment on financial performance of companies in KSE-100 index companies that was predominately neglected by the previous researchers in context of Pakistan
