Development of Thin and High-brightness Phosphor Film for LCD Backlight using a Dichroic Filter 采用二向色滤光片的LCD背光用高亮度荧光粉薄膜的研制

近年,市場で存在感を増すOLEDに対抗するため,LCDは直下型バックライトユニットにmini-LEDとLEDの部分駆動を適用することにより薄型化,高コントラスト化を実現している.本稿で紹介する蛍光体フィルムは,mini-LEDと部分駆動を適用したLCD用途に開発された.蛍光体として緑色発光蛍光体SrGa2S4:Eu・赤色発光蛍光体K2SiF6:Mnを採用し,そして青色を透過し緑・赤色を反射するダイクロイックフィルタを基材として採用した.蛍光体フィルムにダイクロイックフィルタを付与することにより,部分駆動時に発生するLED ON部とOFF部間の色度ムラを低減すると同時に,高輝度化を実現した.ディスプレイ発光面の色度の均質性向上のためにSrGa2S4:Euを小粒子化する必要があった.しかし,蛍光体粉砕時の表面損傷や比表面積の増加の観点から,小粒子化と長期信頼性はトレードオフの関係にあった.この課題に対し,蛍光体への表面皮膜と不活性雰囲気下のアニールにより,小粒子化と長期信頼性の両立に成功した.

Critical Factors of Indian Enterprises for Financing by Impact Investing 印度企业运用影响力投资融资的关键因素

本稿の目的は,インパクト投資によって資金を得られるインド企業の要素について明らかにすることにある.そのために,ここでは,インドのインパクト投資業界団体であるImpact Investors Council(IIC)の取組事例を考察し,アジア最大級のインドの投資会社であるAavishkaar Capital関係者にも半構造化インタビュー調査を実施した.その結果,インドのインパクト投資の活用には,社会価値(社会問題を解決するためにビジネスを実施)に加え,経済価値(投資会社がビジネスの持続性を判断できるビジネスモデル,経営者の魅力,ビジネス環境変化対応力,コミュニケーション力,データ活用力)の高い水準での獲得も重要であり,これらの価値獲得の難しさはありつつ,中小零細企業を含むインパクト志向型企業(インパクト企業)にとって,インパクト投資が資金調達としての手段となり得ることが明らかにされた.

Evaluation of Sign Language Recognition with Higher Resolution Face Images 基于高分辨率人脸图像的手语识别评价

手話認識技術は,手話を母語とするろう者のコミュニケーションを支援する技術として実現が期待されている.手話の理解には手指と腕だけでなく顔の表情も重要であり,判別に口や目眉の形が必要な単語や表現が存在する.手話認識ではこれらすべての身体部位を含む上半身画像を解析対象とするが,深層学習を用いる手話認識では計算量・メモリー量が制約となり解像度の高い上半身画像を扱えない.本論文では,口および目眉に限り解像度の高い画像を解析し,計算量・メモリー量の増加を抑えながら認識性能の向上を図る.実験により,基準となる低解像度な上半身画像の解析と2倍解像度の口画像の解析を併用することで,判別に口の形が必要な単語について認識の改善が確認された.一方,目眉については改善効果が確認されなかった.すべての単語を対象とした統計的な認識性能を評価した結果,2倍解像度の口画像の解析が認識性能向上に有効であることが確認された.
