Kawano","doi":"10.3169/itej.75.110","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3169/itej.75.110","url":null,"abstract":"2020(令和2)年3月,総務省より平成18年9月28日付け 諮問第2023号「放送システムに関する技術的条件」のうち 『FM同期放送の技術的条件』について「電波通信審議会」よ り一部答申を受けたことが発表された. これを踏まえ,総務省は,FM同期放送の実施に係る技 術基準を整備するため,基幹放送用周波数使用計画(昭和 63年郵政省告示661号)の一部を変更する告示案等につい て意見募集を行い,その結果を踏まえその告示案について 『電波監理審議会』へ諮問し,原案を適当とする旨の答申を 受けたことが公示された(令和2年6月16日付). この答申はFM同期放送に限定すれば平成10年度電気通 信審議会答申「諮問92号FM放送の置局に関する技術的条 件」に加筆する形で「放送波を精密に管理することで同一周 波数の利用を可能とするFM同期放送技術の普及を期待し て交付されたものである. この新しい技術基準作成に先立つこと6年.2014年7月, 山口放送は「FM補完放送」の放送ネットワークを構築する にあたり,全県域カバーをするための周波数の確保と聴取 者への優しい放送を前提として,従来アナログ型の変調器 では困難とされていた「FM同期放送」(以下「同期放送」)の 実現に向けて取り組みを開始した.種々の実験を通して実 用に供しうる「高精度全ディジタル型FM変調器」1)を開発 し,県内のFM送信局を順次開局してきた.2018年12月末 現在,13局のFM補完局を開局し県内を日本海側(5局所を 86.4 MHz)と瀬戸内海側(8局所を92.3 MHz)で2つの周波 数を使用して同期放送を行っている(図1). この同期放送ネットワークを新しく構築・展開するにあ たり,同期放送のネットワークパラメータである2局間 D/Uや遅延時間差等について通常の放送中の放送(音声)波 を用いて正確に精度良く測定可能な装置(以下SFNアナラ イザと呼ぶ)を開発,実用化2)して網の維持管理を行って いる3).ここではその詳細について述べる.","PeriodicalId":39325,"journal":{"name":"Kyokai Joho Imeji Zasshi/Journal of the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69462244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"Development of AI Face Recognition System for TV Program Production","authors":"Hiroki Kato, Tomoyuki Shibata, Yujiro Hikida","doi":"10.3169/itej.75.423","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3169/itej.75.423","url":null,"abstract":"番組制作現場の課題(ニーズ) テレビ番組の制作現場では,「映像に誰が映っているか?」 という情報は非常に価値の高いメタデータであり,従来の ワークフローでは担当スタッフが映像素材を目視で確認 し,映像素材管理システムに人手で情報を入力することで, 下見,編集,送出など各部門で情報共有され,番組制作に 活用されている. 特に今回主に事例として紹介する「2019参議院選挙特番」 などの報道番組では下記のようなニーズがある. (1)被写体の取り違え(誤報)をゼロにしたい ・誤報は対象の人生を変えてしまう可能性があるなど, 社会的な影響が大きい. ・どんなに厳重に確認してもまれにミスが発生してし まうことがある.
