STRATEGI KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LULUSAN DI SMK NEGERI 2 SANGATTA UTARA 这是一项校长在美美两国北部培养毕业生的战略

Abstrak : Kepala sekolah merupakan seorang guru yang diangkat atau ditunjuk secara resmi menjadi kepala sekolah dan bertugas memberdayakan serta memberikan keteladanan dalam rangka memimpin semua masyarakat atau warga sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan sekolah yang dipimpinnya. Dalam artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategy kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan, dan memakai pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penggambaran serta penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan di SMK N 2 Sangatta Utara, kepala sekolah melakukan hal sebagai berikut : meningkatkan kualitas pengajar, meningkatkan proses pembelajaran dan penambahan atau pengembangan sarana-prasarana sekolah. Dari ketiga usaha tersebut, dapat disimpulkan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan banyaknya lulusan yang langsung siap bekerja sesuai keahliannya, dan banyak juga yang melanjutkan belajarnya ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi.   Kata kunci : Strategi, Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas lulusan     Abstract: The principal is a teacher who is officially appointed or appointed as the principal and is tasked with empowering and providing an example in order to lead all communities or school members to improve the quality of school graduates they lead. This article aims to describe the principal's strategy for improving the quality of graduates. This research was conducted by using the type of field research and using a descriptive-qualitative approach. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that to improve the quality of graduates at SMK N 2 Sangatta Utara, the principal does the following: improve the quality of teachers, improve the learning process and add or develop school infrastructure. From the three efforts, it can be concluded that it has been running well. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to analyze the difficulties faced in developing wondershare quiz creator as an evaluation medium for HOTS-based chemistry learning on salt hydrolysis material. The approach used in this research is a case study. Based on the results of the data, the difficulties experienced in developing the wondershare quiz creator as an evaluation medium for chemistry learning were obtained, namely: (1) difficulties in finding questions that were in accordance with 21st century learning, because 21st century learning requires evaluation based on High Orther Thinking Skills (HOTS) (2) Lack of cost, time, supporting facilities in media development; (3) Lack of creativity in developing interactive evaluation media. 
摘要:本研究的目的是分析开发wondershare quiz creator作为基于hots的盐水解材料化学学习的评估媒介所面临的困难。本研究中使用的方法是案例研究。根据数据结果,得出了开发wondershare quiz creator作为化学学习评价媒介所遇到的困难,即:(1)难以找到符合21世纪学习的问题,因为21世纪的学习需要基于高其他思维技能(High other Thinking Skills, HOTS)的评价;(2)媒体开发缺乏成本、时间和配套设施;(3)互动式评价媒体开发缺乏创造性。

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING CLUSTERING TECHNIQUE TOWARD WRITING PROCEDURE TEXT 应用聚类技术编写程序文本的有效性

This research was conducted to measure the effectiveness of cluster techniques in writing text procedures from students as students of Roudlotun Nasyiin Mojokerto. The researcher uses quasi experimental research for design. This design involves two classes as research subjects, the experimental class and the control class. These classes have similar abilities in English achievement. The researcher gave experimental treatment in treatment class and the researcher gave control treatment in control class. After doing the treatments in each class, the researcher gave post-test. The post-test scores in each class will be compared to measure the impact of doing these treatments. There are two variables in this research, independent variable and dependent variable. Independent variable is clustering technique and dependent variable is writing achievement. This treatment is given during some meeting before taking the data. The research result students’ ability in writing after taught by using clustering technique was very good. In short, clustering technique was an appropriate strategy to write a text, especially procedure text. The writing students’ ability taught by using non- clustering technique was lower than the students were taught by using clustering technique. The result of t-test was 7,153. After got the score, the researcher compared it with t- table (df = n1 + n2 – 2 = 72 ; significance  5% = 0.05). The value of t-table was 1.666. It signed that Ha was accepted and H0 was refused.

PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH DENGAN MEDIA VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN MATERI PENYAJIAN DATA PADA KELAS VII SMP 七年级数据展示材料视频学习媒体的远程学习工具发展

Pembelajaran jarak jauh di sekolah perlu adanya pemilihan metode maupun media pembelajaran yang sesuai, juga perlu adanya pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran jarak jauh yang sesuai pula dengan metode dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran jarak jauh mata pelajaran matematika dengan media video pembelajaran pada materi Penyajian Data kelas VII. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis R & D (research  and  development) dengan menggunakan model 4-D Penelitian ini mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran jarak jauh mata pelajaran matematika dengan media video pembelajaran pada materi Penyajian Data kelas VII. Perangkat yang dikembangkan meliputi silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), video pembelajaran, dan penilaian harian Hasil yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan tergolong valid, dikatakan valid dan efektif untuk digunakan pada validator I sebesar 89,4 %, sedangkan pada validator II sebesar 90,8 %. Prestasi belajar siswa pada materi Penyajian Data di kelas eksperimen mencapai rata-rata 81,43 sedangkan di kelas kontrol memperoleh rata-rata 77,86. Di kelas eksperimen, sebesar 92,86% tuntas belajar atau 7,14% tidak tuntas belajar.

The Importance of Islamic Education for Early Childhood in the Digital Age 伊斯兰教育对数字时代早期儿童的重要性

Education is the first milestone in realizing quality human beings, education must of course start from an early age (Golden age). At that time it was important for parents as the first school for children to educate and guide their children to become a generation of intelligent and noble people. With education, children are also taught about Islamic education, so that children can apply moral values, good manners, and good ethics for daily life.
教育是实现人的素质的第一个里程碑,教育当然必须从小(黄金时代)开始。在当时,父母作为孩子教育和引导孩子成为一代聪明而高尚的人的第一所学校是很重要的。通过教育,孩子们也被教导伊斯兰教育,这样孩子们就可以在日常生活中运用道德价值观、良好的举止和良好的道德规范。

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING MIND MAPPING STRATEGY TOWARD WRITING ABILITY FOR THE TENTH-GRADE STUDENTS AT SMA NEGERI 3 MOJOKERTO 思维导图策略对小学十年级学生写作能力的影响

Especially for students, writing become more important to be mastered in delivering their ideas during writing activity. To developing their ideas, students need strategy. It must be given high attention by teachers during teaching. One of the strategies to develop the ideas in writing is Mind Mapping strategy. Mind mapping have important role for students in writing recount text. Students will be easier to connect one event to other events. Same as the other strategy in learning process, mind mapping have some steps to do that. In this research, the researcher wants to measure The Effectiveness of Using Mind Mapping Strategy toward Writing Ability for The Tenth-Grade Students at SMA Negeri 3 Mojokerto in academic year 2016/2017. The result of t-test was 7,153. After got the t- test score, the reseracher compared it with t-table (df = n1 + n2 – 2 = 72; significance 5% = 0.05). The value of t-table was 1.666. It means that too is highest than table (7.153 > 1.666).

IMPROVING READING COMPREHENSION OF THE FOURTH-SEMESTER ENGLISH STUDENTS OF MAYJEN SUNGKONO UNIVERSITY USING RECIPROCAL TEACHING 利用互惠教学提高美仁大学第四学期英语学生的阅读理解能力

The method adopted in this study was classroom action research. The procedure and implementation process performed one cycle of four actions. After four actions have been performed, mutual education can improve students' reading comprehension in three stages. They are: (1) Look-ahead activities focus on activating students' prior knowledge. (2) Reading activities focus on the implementation of mutual education. (3) Post-reading activities focus on reaffirming students' understanding of the text. The final activity is managing quizzes. Students take individual tests without the help of other students or teachers. As a result of the test, the average student score was 73.75 and the lowest student score was 50. Finally, we could conclude that mutual instruction was able to improve students' reading comprehension. In addition, the students are more motivated and active to learn with the method. They learn to work together in a group with different abilities and to help each other.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF RECIPROCAL TEACHING STRATEGY TO TEACH READING COMPREHENSION IN NARRATIVE TEXT TO THE ELEVENTH-GRADE STUDENTS OF SMAN 1 KUTOREJO 互动式教学策略在高二学生叙事文本阅读理解教学中的效果

Reading had become one of the essential English skills which should be mastered by students in their English learning. Furthermore, in reading activity, students could enrich their vocabulary, practice their pronunciation which also useful in speaking, writing, even listening skills. However, sometimes students could face some problems which they have experienced when reading those texts, even if they were encountering with reading texts at school. Thus, students needed the teachers’ guidances in their English learning because most of them could be classified as the beginner stage. This research was aimed to measure and investigate the effectiveness of Reciprocal Teaching strategy to teach reading comprehension in narrative text to the eleventh-grade students of SMAN 1 Kutorejo. The researcher had used quasi-experimental research which picked two classes to become the samples from eleventh-grade classes in SMAN 1 Kutorejo by using the purposive sampling technique. Those classes were chosen randomly as the experiment class. One class which would be taught by using Reciprocal Teaching strategy was XI-IPA 1, while the other class, XI-IPA 5 would be taught by using Non Reciprocal Teaching strategy.  Furthermore, the researcher had prepared the post-test which contained 50 questions with multiple choice about narrative text reading comprehension for both eleventh-grade classes to collect the data. The data which had been gotten from the post-test were analyzed by using the statistical technique with an independent t-test formula that would show the differences between both classes that have different treatments.

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN STUDENTS’ ACHIEVEMENT IN READING COMPREHENSION AND WRITING SKILL 学生阅读理解成绩与写作能力的关系

The objective of the research was to investigate the correlation between student’s achievement in reading comprehension and writing skill, whether there was any correlation between student’s achievement in reading comprehension and writing skill. The population of this research was 283 students. The researchers took 30 % as the sample so there were 85 students as main subject of research. In this quantitative research, the researcher used correlation study by using Pearson Product Moment to calculate the data. There were two main variables in this research. Reading comprehension (variable X) and writing skill (variable Y). The instruments of this research were reading comprehension test and writing test. The data were collected through test (reading comprehension and writing test). From the calculation by using Pearson Product Moment formula, it was obtained that the value of “r” product moment (rxy) or “r” observation (r0) was 0,436. The degree of freedom (df) was 83. The degree of significance 5% was 0,213, and the degree of significance 1% was 0,278. So, it meant that the hypothesis r0 was bigger than rt (0,436>0,0,213 and 0,436<0,278). The result of hypothesis of this research was alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. It meant there was correlation between student’s achievement in reading comprehension and writing skill.

This article is written based on a unique consideration of the application of education administration. The purpose of the preparation of this study is to find out and get information regarding any obstacles faced during the online learning process of elementary school children during the Covid 19 pandemic period in Air Enau Village, Rambang Nuru District, Muara Enim Regency. This research was created using a qualitative method approach, namely the results of interviews conducted by researchers with several speakers (respondents), namely several teachers and elementary school students in Air Enau Muara Enim Village. Collection of information / data using unstructured interviews and documentation results of several learning activities in Air Enau Village. The results obtained from this study can be concluded that there are several obstacles and difficulties during the online learning process taking place experienced by teaching teachers and students and parents such as the limited communication to deliver subject matter between teachers and students, increasing expenditure costs for internet quota, The lack of understanding of the use of technology, the frequent power outages that occur which results in the loss of internet networks and lack of child awareness to remember and do their duties given by the teacher.
