ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SISDM) terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pagar Alam. Dalam industri perbankan, efektivitas dan efisiensi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi krusial untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis asosiatif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi respons karyawan terhadap SISDM dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi terhadap SISDM masuk dalam kategori "Cukup Baik", dengan nilai rata-rata bobot sebesar 96. Analisis asosiatif mengungkapkan bahwa SISDM memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang didukung oleh temuan regresi berganda. Sementara itu, disiplin kerja juga terbukti memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan SISDM dan tingkat disiplin kerja berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pagar Alam. Dalam hal ini, manajemen perlu terus meningkatkan penerapan SISDM dan memperhatikan pembinaan disiplin kerja guna mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. ABSTRAKThe Effect of Brand Image and Content Marketing on the Decision to Choose a Higher Education in Pagar Alam City (Case Study of University Lembah Dempo). The dependent variable in this study is the Choice Decision (Y) and the independent variables are Brand Image (X1) and Content Marketing (X2). The population and research sample were 522 students and the sample size was 84 using the slovin formula. The data used are primary data and secondary data, and data collection methods using literature and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods and analyzed with the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Voting Decisions because of the t valuecount> ttable or 2.113 > 1.989 and the resulting significant value is 0.038 < 0.05. (2) Content Marketing has a positive effect on Voting Decisions because tcount> ttable or 6.089 > 1.989 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0.05. (3) Brand Image and Content Marketing together have a positive and significant effect on decisions because the value of fcount > ftable or 50.951 > 3.11 the resulting significant value is 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level of 0.05.Keywords: Brand Image, Content Marketing, Choosing Decision.

ABSTRACTThis study entitled "Analysis of work motivation in improving employeeperformance at the Bumi Jaya Oil Palm Plantation Village Unit Cooperative, Teluk Gelam District, OKI Regency", aims (1) to determine and analyze work motivation in improving employee performance at the Coconut Plantation Village Unit Cooperative Bumi Jaya Teluk Gelam District OKI Regency (2) To find out the efforts made by the Bumi Jaya Oil Palm Plantation Village Unit Cooperative in Teluk Gelam District OKI Regency inimproving employee performance throughwork motivation.The type of research used is qualitative research methods. Qualitative researchmethod is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written orspoken words from people and observable behavior. The data required includes secondary data and primary data obtained in various ways, including: documentation, interviews, observations.The results of the analysis seen from the indicators of work motivation are 1)remuneration, 2) working conditions, 3) work facilities, 4) work performance, 5)recognition from superiors, 6) the work itself. While the performance indicators are 1) work quality, 2) work quality, 3) work constraints, 5) work attitude. The leadership's efforts to improve employee performance through motivation include establishing discipline, creatinga conducive climate, providing incentives, and compensation. The type of motivation usedto improve employee performance is in the form of salaries, bonuses, work facilities, praise,rewards, and punishments.The conclusion of the research is that the implementation of work motivationcarried out by the Bumi Jaya Oil Palm Plantation Village Unit Cooperative, Teluk GelamDistrict, OKI Regency is considered not good, there are still obstacles faced in improving employee performance, Suggestions for leadersto improve the quality of human resources,create a good cooperative relationship, provide sanctions to employees who violate therulesKeywords: Employee Performance, Work Motivation

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality management on community service performance in the Sungai Lilin sub-district office, Musi Banyuasin district. This study used a quantitative method, which was carried out at Sungai Lilin sub-district office employees. The data sources for this research were primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of the Sungai Lilin sub-district office, the sample in this study was 60 respondents using Sugiyono's theory. The sampling technique uses the Probability Sampling technique, which is a technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample. The data processing technique of this study used the computer-assisted SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study indicated that human resource quality management (X) had an effect on service performance (Y), this was based on a correlation value of 0.736 with a significance level of 1.000, which means resource quality management human resources and service performance have a strong relationship, in the Coefficient of determination test (R2) of 0.542 meaning that the human resource quality management variable affects service performance by 54.2 percent, while the remaining 45.8 percent is influenced by variables not examined in this study This. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peningkatan jumlah kecelakaan kerja di PT. XYZ, dengan data kecelakaan menunjukkan angka yang terus meningkat dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Dilaporkan sebanyak 23 kecelakaan kerja terjadi selama periode tersebut, dengan distribusi sebanyak 3 kejadian pada tahun 2021, 8 pada tahun 2022, dan 9 pada tahun 2023. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya tren negatif yang menekankan perlunya evaluasi dan peningkatan standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja di PT. XYZ dan mengembangkan solusi untuk meningkatkan keselamatan di tempat kerja. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis observasi lapangan, dengan data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan Manajer K3 dan data sekunder dari dokumentasi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya kepatuhan terhadap protokol K3, khususnya dalam penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), serta kurangnya kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang risiko kecelakaan kerja, menjadi faktor utama penyebab kejadian tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan sosialisasi K3 yang lebih efektif, penegakan standar operasional yang ketat, pemasangan rambu keselamatan, dan penerapan sanksi bagi pelanggaran K3. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi PT. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of empowering resources on employee performance at the Plantation Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research method used is quantitative method, data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, library research. The results of testing the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable are carried out using the t test. The results of statistical calculations show the value of t count = 3.325. By using a significance limit of 0.05, the calculated t value is 3.325 > the t table value is 1.6577. Then Ho is rejected and accepts Ha. This means that the hypothesis which states that the variable of human resource empowerment has a significant effect on employee performance is accepted.Keywords: Empowerment of human resources, employee performance, Department of Agriculture

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to find out how work facilities and work motivation influence the performance of Perumda Tirta Randik, Sekayu District. The population in this study was 60 people, who were all employees at Perumda Tirta Randik, Sekayu District. The method for determining the number of samples used the Slovin method, the number of samples in this study was 52 people. The sampling method for this research uses a non-probability sampling method. The research instruments used to collect data used Observation and Questionnaire instruments. Data were analyzed using quantitative methods, namely Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) based on variance (basis of variance) and data estimation using the SmartPLS Statistics Application Version 3.2.9. that the correlation value (R) is 0.801, this shows a very strong relationship between work facilities and work motivation on the performance of Perumda Tirta Randik apparatus in Sekayu District because it is in the range of 0.80-0.999. Meanwhile, the test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) were 0.642, meaning that the influence of work facilities and work motivation on the performance of Perumda Tirta Randik apparatus in Sekayu District was 0.642 or 64.2 percent and other variables besides the variables in this study were 35.8 percent. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test, it is clear that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of the Perumda Tirta Randik apparatus, Sekayu District. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that if tested jointly or simultaneously there is a significant and simultaneous influence on the performance of employees (Y) of Perumda Tirta Randik, Sekayu District so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.Keywords: Office Facilities, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the work environment on employee performance at the Palembang Yatim Mandiri National Amil Zakat Institute. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. The research sample is 45 employees. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis, simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t), and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the work environment (X) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). In the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 0.847 is obtained. This means that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is 84.7%, while the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai kantor Camat Air Salek Banyuasin. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Menggunakan uji instrumen, validitas, dan realiabilitas. Serta uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedasitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regeresi linier berganda, analisis koefisiensi korelasi, koefisiensi determinasi. Uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil uji menyimpulkan secara parsial terdapat hipotesis pengaruh kemampuan (X1) dan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,001< 0,05, hipotesis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja (X2) Terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji F secara simultan diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan hipotesis pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Hasil uji diperkuat oleh uji determinasi sebesar 0,879 yang menunjukkan hasil pembahasan dan kemudian memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Sehingga dapat membentuk penjelasan sebesar 87,9 %, sebagian sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci : Kemampuan, Motivasi Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja.
