ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan: a) pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap niat keluar karyawan di PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kota Medan; b) pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kota Medan; c) pengaruh antara tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan dan niat keluar karyawan di PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kota Medan; dan d) pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keinginan karyawan untuk keluar secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh keadilan organisasional, yang diperkuat oleh pernyataan thitung > ttabel (5,845 > 1,679). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional memiliki pengaruh sekitar 19,080% terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh sekitar 58,45% terhadap intensi keluar karyawan. Faktor keadilan organisasional memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (13,444 > 1,679). Dari grafik tersebut, terlihat bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh keadilan organisasional sekitar 13,4%, sementara intensi keluar karyawan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepuasan kerja (thitung 4,689 > 1,679). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa di PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kota Medan, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh sekitar 46,89% terhadap intensi keluar karyawan, keadilan organisasi memiliki pengaruh sekitar 79,6%, dan sisanya sekitar 20,4% dijelaskan diluar penelitian ini. ABSTRAK Jagung merupakan komoditas dengan nilai ekonomis dan potensial untuk pertumbuhan lebih lanjut, karena permintaan terus meningkat, baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktriptif Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dianalisis dengan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitaif dengan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Guluk-Guluk Kabupaten Sumenep secara purposive sampling yaitu, Desa Bragung dan Payudan Nangger. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu penentuan sampel petani menggunakan metode random sampling yaitu, ditentukan 25 petani setiap desa. Penentuan responden untuk lembaga pemasaran dengan snowball sampling. Diperoleh 5 pengepul dan 2 pedagang besar. Analisis data menggunakan menggunakan analisis rantai pasoak, farmer’s share, marjin pemasaran dan efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa kondisi rantai pasok berjalan secara efisien dan terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran. Saluran pemasaran 1 Petani – konsumen, saluran 2 petani – pengepul – konsumen, saluran 3 petani – pedagang besar – konsumen. Farmer’s share saluran 1 share 100%, saluran 2 share 80%, disisi lain, saluran 3 share 79,03%. Marjin pemasaran saluran 1 adalah Rp. 0/kg, pada saluran 2 Rp. 1.200/Kg dan pada saluran 3 Rp. 1.300/Kg. Sedangkan efisiensi pemasaran pada saluran 1 dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 3,2%, pada saluran 2 dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 6% dan saluran 3 dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 6,61%, sehingga diketahui bahwa efisiensi pemasaran dalam rantai pasok komoditas jagung di Kecamatan Guluk-Guluk Kabupaten Sumenep berjalan dengan efisien Keywords: Rantai Pasok, Efisiensi Pemasaran, Farmer’s Share, Komoditas Jagung.

Abstract The Personnel and HR Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Musi Banyuasin Regency was formed through Regional Regulation Number 22 of 2010 as a Government Implementing Element that is directly familiar with all matters of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government in the Field of Personnel and Training as per the Regional Regulation. The data processing technique for this research used the SPSS version 19 computer. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work ability have an effect on performance. the variables of work discipline and work ability affect performance by 64.3 percent, while the remaining 35.7 percent are influenced by variables not examined in this study. ABSTRACT This study aims to: a) empirically determine the effect of compensation on the productivity of Bank Sumut employees. b) empirically determine the effect of work discipline on the productivity of Bank Sumut employees. c) empirically determine the effect of work competition on the productivity of Bank Sumut employees. Penelti used quantitative research methodology. According to the research there is a correlation between salary and productivity of 0.561, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05; the correlation between work discipline and productivity is 0.528, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05; and the correlation between work competition and productivity is 0.528, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation, discipline, and job competition have a small but significant impact on employee productivity, with tcount values of 3.684 for compensation, 3.011 for discipline, and 2.867 for job competition. ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance of the Musi Banyuasin District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. 2) To determine the effect of compensation on employee performance of the Musi Banyuasin District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. 3) To determine the effect of Work Discipline and Compensation simultaneously on Employee Performance of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The population in this study was 41 people taken using the Slovin formula so that the research sample was obtained as many as 37 people. The results showed that from the calculation of F-count (8,752) > F-table (3.28) and t-count for variable X1, namely work discipline, was (2,780) and for variable X2, compensation was (2,419) > t table. (1,687). From the research results, the tcount for variable X1, namely work discipline, is 2,780 > from t table 1.687, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of work discipline on the employee performance of the Personnel and HR Development Agency of Musi Banyuasin Regency. From the research results, the t value for variable X2, namely compensation, is 2.419 > from t table 1.687, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that the X2 variable affects the performance of employees in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Musi Banyuasin Regency. From the research results, the F-statistic is 8,752 because F-count is greater than F-table, which is 3.28 with a probability value of 0.001 which means that it is below the significance value of 0.05, so, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means the independent variable is discipline work and compensation simultaneously (together) have an influence on employee performance. It means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of work discipline (X1), compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y), both simultaneously and partially. Kurangnya pengawasan pemimpin terhadap kinerja pegawai mengakibatkan tugas yang tidak tercapai, beban kerja yang tidak seimbang, dan tingkat kehadiran yang rendah. Kompensasi yang kurang memadai juga berdampak pada kebutuhan pegawai yang tidak terpenuhi dan penurunan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keagamaan Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto, mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner, dan menganalisis data dengan uji instrumen, analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Sehingga hipotesis 1 dan 2 diterima. Analisis regresi berganda menghasilkan persamaan Y = -3,256 + 0,248X1 + 0,860X2, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel berkontribusi positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Selain itu, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan f hitung yang melebihi f tabel dan signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Tingkat pengaruh kedua variabel ini cukup kuat, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,587, sementara faktor-faktor lain juga memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai. Abstract The development of excellent human resources that are well directed, well coordinated, and supported by other elements like the work environment, discipline, and motivation in reaching organizational goals optimally through the management of work performance and productivity by employees can lead to organizational success. This research involved a simultaneous or partial investigation of the effects of the work environment (x1), discipline (x2), and motivation (x3) on performance (y1) and work productivity (y2). Survey research is the methodology (quantitative). The problem formulation is associative in the sense of a causal relationship, depending on the level of explanation. 61 samples from a population of 157 with a 10% confidence level with the Slovin formula. With the aid of IBM SPSS Statistics 26, the data were examined for validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous and individual tests. We found the multiple regression equations y1=-8,466+0,539x1+0,302x2+0,124x3 and y2=-7,514+0,493x1+0,326x2+0,137x3.. The R Square value was found to indicate that whereas other models affect 22,6% of employee performance, independent factors simultaneously influence 77,4% of it. The independent variable is read as accounting for 75,3% of work productivity, with other factors accounting for the remaining 24,7%, based on the determinant coefficient value of 0,753. The statistical regression test findings show that the independent variables have a positive and substantial combined influence on the dependent variable, with x1 having the greatest and most dominant effect, the consequent variable are significantly and positively impacted by motivation and discipline. ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on readiness for change which was intervened by organizational trust among the employee in the Class II Navigation District Office of Type A Teluk Bayur, Padang, Indonesia. The method used is quantitative techniques by distributing surveys to employees of the Navigation District Office Type A Class II Teluk Bayur. The final sample of research is 52 respondents. The primary data is applied using questioner. The variable is measured by five Likert scales starting from very much disagree (1) to very much agree (5). Data is analysed using the structural equation model (SEM)PLS. in this case, we use the smart pls 3. The finding show that organizational trust mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and readiness for change. In addition, this study also documented two significant direct relationships: (i) the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational trust, and (ii) the relationship between organizational trust and readiness for change. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Sekayu Bree Clean Laundry. This research is a study of causality. The population of this research is all consumers of Bree Clean Laundry in Sekayu City, in which the sample amounted to 89 people. The total sample was determined using the Slovin formula. The sample was selected using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using the questionnaire method and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The coefficient of correlation (R) value of 0.317 indicated that there was a low correlation between the service quality and consumer satisfaction at Sekayu Bree Clean Laundry, while the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.100 indicated that service quality only affected 10% of consumer decisions. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli motor Honda merek Genio (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Desa Rantau Panjang Kecamatan Lawang Wetan). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuesioner, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi variabel keputusan pembelian (r) sebesar 0,294. Dari penafsiran terhadap koefisien korelasi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi hubungan positif yang tidak terlalu kuat atau sedangkan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan nilai R2 (R Sequare) sebesar 0,087 menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand image mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 8,7 persen, sedangkan sisanya 91,3 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini dan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahuiada pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli motor honda Merek Genio (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Desa Rantau Panjang Kecamatan Lawang Wetan).
