Today's young adults mostly can spend their time every day just playing social media. Social media has a positive and negative impact on its users. One of the negative impacts of social media use on young adults is anxiety left behind information or called fear of missing out (FOMO). This study aims to determine the correlation FOMO and level of satisfaction and individual welfare (subjective well-being) among young adulthood. In previous study, showed that inconsistency correlation between fear of missing out (FOMO) and subjective well-being on young adulthood. The purpose of this study was to see how much correlation FOMO with subjective well-being among young adults The sample of this study is those aged 18-25 years and actively use social media. They use social media for at more than 180 minutes every day. The number of participants was 246 people. Measurement of the research hypothesis using Pearson correlation. The results showed negative correlation between fear of missing out FOMO and subjective well-being among young adulthood (r = -0.179, p= 0.005, < 0.05). This indicates if FOMO increase, then young adults’ subjective well-being will be decrease, vice versa.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact in various areas of life. One of the areas that is hit by a huge impact is the air transportation field. The Tariff Limitation Policy causes a lack of flexibility for Business Actors in determining the appropriate tariff in order to survive this difficult time. The research method used in this research is legal research. Legal research is a process to find legal rules, legal principles, and legal doctrines to solve legal issues at hand. Based on the research that has been done, there is a need for new policies that can also help air transportation businesses to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As time goes by and communication technology is increasingly developing, there is an adverse effects if it is used inappropriately. Nomophobia is one of the psychological problems associated with the exclusive use or mobile phones so that they feel fear and anxiety when they are far from mobile phones. Then the definition of poorer sleep according to the International Classification of Sleep Disorders is a limited sleep pattern that has least three months for most days of the week along with complaints of daytime sleepiness. This study aims to examine the relationship between nomophobia and poorer sleep in college students. This study involved 292 college students from university in Indonesia consisting of 229 female participants and 63 male participants. The measuring instrument used in the Nomophobia Questionnaire by Yildirim & Correia in 2015 and The Pittsburgh Quality of Sleep by Buysse et al., in 1988. The result of the data analysis of participants used the Spearman Correlation technique between nomophobia and poorer sleep, obtaining r (292) = 0.145 and p-value = 0.013. The correlation between these two variables shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between nomophobia and poorer sleep.

Perceived stress and burnout are often found in workers who have heavy jobs, one of which is a firefighter. Perceived stress and burnout could disrupt physical health. Firefighters should have good physical health because their work is quite tough, therefore to maintain physical health, firefighters could overcome the perceived stress and burnout through gratitude. This study aims to see the association between gratitude, perceived stress and burnout among firefighters in Jakarta. The subjects of this study were firefighters in East Jakarta. This research was conducted in August 2020. Participation in this study was conducted on 75 people. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using linear correlation techniques. The results of the study found that there was no relationship between gratitude, perceived stress and burnout in firefighters in East Jakarta.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability and financial leverage on dividend policy in manufacturing industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2019. The sample in this study is 18 manufacturing companies selected by purposive sampling method. The company data for sample selection is taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange official website, which is idx.co.id. Data analysis is performed using E-views 11. The results indicate that profitability does not have a significant effect on dividend policy, while financial leverage has a significant and positive effect on dividend policy.

Recently, Generation Z is said to be the successor of the Millennial Generation. Generation Z is known as the versatile generation through all advanced technologies such as smartphones. The American Psychological Association survey in 2018 found that Generation Z is one of the most stressful generations. There are 55% of them doing coping stress using social media. Currently, the use of social media can be done via a smartphone. However, in recent years the use of smartphones has created new problems, namely fear of missing out (FoMO) and problematic smartphone use (PSU) and was found to have a positive relationship between FoMO and PSU. Until now, there has been no further research that explains the role of stress in the FoMO and PSU relationships, especially for Generation Z. So the aim of this study is to see the role of stress moderators on the relationship between FoMO and PSU in Generation Z. The study was conducted on 300 people with a range of age 13-23 years who were conducted from November to December in 2020. The results obtained were that FoMO had a positive and significant relationship with PSU, but stress was found to have no role moderator on the relationship between FoMO and PSU. So, it can be concluded that stress cannot be a moderating variable on the relationship between FoMO and PSU.

While many parts of the globe benefit from higher education and quick information technology advancement, there are society sectors left behind such as the indigenous peoples [IPs]; this hinders attainment of UN’s Sustainable Development Goals [SDGs]. This mini-ethnographic case study explored the Alangan Mangyans’ values that shape the younger generation’s thinking skills, technology use, and their relationship to the lowlanders. The participants of the study were six Alangan Mangyan students in a faith-based university triangulated by five elders. Data were gathered through interview and immersion observations in the participants’ community in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro. Interviews and observation field notes were transcribed and thematically analyzed. Results show that Alangan Mangyans’ values that shape their thinking skills include close family ties, ethnocentrism, and non-valuing of formal education. As to how the traditional Alangan Mangyans’ values affect their younger generations’ technological equipment use for learning, they lag behind affecting their thinking skills development and their non-valuing of education caused them to remain poor depriving the younger generation of learning technology. At first, Alangan Mangyan students in the faithbased university experienced inferiority complex but they gradually overcame it and they assimilated into the mainstream culture due to their supportive Adventist environment in which they did not feel discriminated. Therefore, although younger generations of indigenous people might be affected by their traditional values, once they achieve higher education and are immersed into the mainstream culture, they eventually transform. Future research may investigate the extent of government’s programs that support indigenous peoples in the country.
