Currently, education is one of the national sectors that are influenced by the pandemic. In that case, teachers are one of those parties who are affected by the changes. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between teacher stress and psychological well-being in junior high school teachers in context of distance learning practice. As a teacher, a person is responsible for their role to advance the national education system. Teachers’ workloads are increasing, especially in this pandemic situation that requires distance learning. Heavy workloads as well as the pressure to keep doing their best in teaching can trigger teacher stress, which will impact their psychological well-being. Teacher stress is a negative emotional state experienced by individuals that is caused by events related to their role as a teacher. In the other hand, psychological well-being is a state achieved by individuals when they can function effectively as an person and capable of doing improvements to fully develop their potentials. This research involved 147 junior high school teachers in Indonesia that consisted of 60 male teachers and 87 female teachers. Measures used in this research are translated version of Teacher Stress Measures and Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale that have been adapted to be relevant to the distance learning conditions. Analysis using Spearman correlation technique shows r (147) = - 0.688 and p = 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that both variables have a significant and negative correlation. Thus, it can be concluded that higher levels of teacher stress leads to low psychological well-being in teachers.

This study examined the relationship between intensity of Instagram use and body image concerns. Total of participants 192 early adulthood from Indonesia aged 18-40 years gathered by using snowball sampling and purposive sampling technique. The method that was used in this research is a non-experimental quantitative method. There were three instruments used in this research, there were adapted Facebook Intensity Scale, Physical Appearance Comparison Scale-Revised (PACS-R) has been adapted social media influencer as target, and Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire Appearance Scale (MBSRQ-AS) The result showed that social comparison based appearance mediated relationships between Instagram use and variable related to body image concern this means that the research hypothesis is accepted.

The Station of MRT Dukuh Atas is planned as the deepest station, which has a depth of ± 20 meters. It is an interchange station that allows there are many people in the basement so that in case of fire requires the process of rapid evacuation. This research will examine the accessibility of fire evacuation, whether it meets the regulatory standard is used as a reference. The research method used is a case study qualitative approach. The data of the Station of MRT Dukuh Atas, such as documentation, interviews, drawing a plan, are then linked to analytical tools in the form of theories and regulations. The results of the analysis will be tested by conducting evacuation simulations in the field as a research validation. The result found that the door, staircase, exit door, corridor, ventilation, and sprinklers are already followed the regulation of NFPA 130/2017 and MLIT 2004, except for the Escalators and gathering points.

With developments in the transportation aspect, many Indonesian students have finally decided to study abroad. And aftet they lived abroad for awhile, they will get used to the culture and customs that exist in that country, and this will cause them to experience a culture shock phenomenon when they have to return to Indonesia. Taiwan is one of the countries that is quite attractive to Indonesian students to become a place for them to migrate to study. This study aims to find out the differences and problems felt by students who have returned to Indonesia, and to find out what methods can be used to adapt to a culture. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, in which the researcher conducted interviews with seven sources. The end result of this research itself illustrates the importance of intercultural communication and technology for a person in adapting to a culture

As one of the requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree, college students are required to make an undergraduate thesis. There are many challenges and obstacles that college students must face that will affect their well-being. However, it does not prevent college students for completing their undergraduate thesis. This is due to the gratitude response in the undergraduate thesis process. Thus, this study aims to investigate the role of gratitude on well-being among college students who are working on their undergraduate thesis. Researchers hypothesize that individuals who have high gratitude will tend to have high well-being as well. This research was conducted on the 388 final-year college students aged 21-25 years who are currently pursuing higher education at universities in Jakarta. This research used a cross-sectional quantitative method with the sampling techniques using purposive sampling and convenience sampling. Data was collected through online self-reportbased questionnaires about gratitude and well-being. From the research that has been conducted, it was found that 70.4% were women, 62.4% were 21 years, and 83% were in 7 semester. Through simple linear regression test, it was found that gratitude contributed 38.4% to well-being (p = 0, 00 <0.05) and a factor that has a greater role on well-being is the appreciation of constant life experiences. Based on the multiple linear regression test, it was found that the appreciation factor for constant life experiences has a greater role in positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, meaning, accomplishment, health, and overall well-being. Meanwhile, the appreciation of all aspects and parts of life has a bigger role in negative emotions and loneliness.
