This is further research of content identification for the development of promotional media to increase public interest, especially for the younger generation (Y and Z) in Wayang Potehi performances. The obtained data is that respondents only know Indonesian Chinese culture in general such as Chinese New Year, and its dishes, and there is this feeling to feel old and ancient when they wear traditional clothes. But if the traditional things are combined with the modern styles, it will be easier for them to accept it. To acquire 'talking' content there are three things that need to be considered, namely Brand Voice, Big Theme, and Stories. Start from the most fundamental thing in communication, namely typography. This research will use a mixed approach, using interviewing techniques from competent sources from the typography field also taking sampling from an online survey to the younger generation. From this further research, it is hoped that in-depth information will be obtained about the most suitable recommendations for Wayang Potehi's typography to support the big theme, and create a mixed content between traditional and modern, so it will be easier to be accepted.

The main development task of the adolescent is the formation and maturation of self-concept clarity, which reaches its highest level of rank-order stability at the age of late adolescence. Self-concept clarity refers to the extent to which self-beliefs are clearly and confidently defines, internally consistent and stable over time. The process of maturation and puberty which prompting adolescent’s attempts in forming new relationships, as well as increasing self-disclosure behavior between them. Self-disclosure is any message about the self that person communicates to others. On the other hand, the process of attaining autonomy during adolescence also increasing the frequency and intensity of conflict, which conflict management becomes important in this development period. Conflict management depicts an individual’s behavior in dealing with a conflict situation. This research examines the relationship between self-concept clarity and self-disclosure with conflict management modes in late adolescence. Used by this research are the Self-Concept Clarity Scale, Revised Self-Disclosure Scale, and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument in examining variables of the research. Involving 508 late adolescents with a conflicting situation with their significant others, and using multiple correlations are proven that self-concept clarity shows a positive significant correlation with the usage of collaborating and compromising modes particularly in a conflicting situation. Also shows that the dimension of self-disclosure, specifically intend to disclose, amount factor, honesty-accuracy, and control of general depth, are found to have a positive significant correlation with the preference of conflict management modes.

The increasing number of employee fraud has received great attention these days because it can have a negative impact on staff morale, increase company costs, and damage the company's reputation with the relevant stakeholders. There have been several theories of fraud that have emerged, including Cressey's fraud triangle theory, but many are of the view that the existing theories are only able to explain the triggers of fraud, but are not sufficient as a tool to understand the phenomenon of fraud more comprehensively. There is a missing link in these theories, including the neglect of factors that can reduce fraud, such as ethics, religiosity, spirituality, and so on. This research tries to add personal ethics aspects to Cressey's fraud triangle theory and examines the influence of elements of the fraud triangle theory and personal ethics to employee fraud. The research design used primary data collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees of private companies in Jakarta in 2020. The number of questionnaires sent and returned was 115. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression tests used to data analysis. The results describe that only opportunity influenced positively and significantly to employee fraud; meanwhile, pressure, rationalization, and personal ethics do not have significant influences to employee fraud.

This research conducted in order to find out the related cases of distillation and illegal sales of crude oil mining products in the Bojonegoro East Java Province area remain in Wonocolo village. Whereas according to the mandate of the 1945 Constitution that all natural resources should be controlled by the state and used for the prosperity and welfare of the Indonesian people. But in reality, the wealth of the archipelago is not fully able to touch and be felt by all the people, so that some of them are still classified as poor. The natural resources of our archipelago include oil and gas mining, which is managed by a state company, Pertamina. However, not all oil mining can be managed by the state, because there are still many old oil mining wells which abandoned from the era Dutch colonialism. Because of that, the oil mining was finally managed by the people. This study discusses how effective the application of Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning oil and gas mining in community oil mining in Wonocolo village. Based on research results, it is known that there had been a conflict involving the community of crude oil miners in Wonocolo Village with village unit cooperatives as a partner of PT. Pertamina EP Cepu. In the case of crude oil mining (lantung) Wonocolo Village was motivated by public dissatisfaction with the transportation fee services provided by the Village Cooperative. Not being granted the demands of the community led to conflicts which led to illegal oil refining and selling outside official permits. Historically, the conflict began from the period of oil mining management by the Netherlands until the end of the mastery of oil management by the Cooperative Village Unit (KUD) Bogosasono and this conflict ended around 2011. Conflict resolution is carried out by way of negotiation from several parties and it results in price agreements that benefit the conflict parties. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques with interviews and observations in the field. Interviews were conducted on 10 subjects that had relevance to the life of the people's mines in Wonocolo village. The results showed the less effectiveness of the application of Law number 22 of 2001 regarding Oil and Gas Mining in the village community Wonocolo, Bojonegoro Regency

Air pollution has been a prevalent issue in Indonesia for many decades, for years the country has been plagued with the unhealthy air quality affecting its citizens; most prominently in large capital cities such as Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bekasi due to their high population densities. The continuous growth of industry, vehicle population, citizens, and urban development only serve to further contribute to the growing problem of pollution in Indonesia. This paper thus seeks to propose the development of a social campaign with the goal of influencing Jakarta’s motorcyclists to apply Eco-Riding techniques to their daily lives. This paper seeks to propose that Eco Riding as a concept is a viable solution to reduce vehicle pollution and rate of traffic accidents in Jakarta. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, where data was obtained through literature studies and observations of the driving behavior, preference, and lifestyle of urban motorcyclists. The results of the study show that air pollution not only affects the environment but also the emotional states of motorcyclists leading to heightened levels of stress, increased risk of accident, and increased vehicle emissions.
