Preparation of land sale and purchase deeds between Defendant I as buyer and Defendant II as the Official for Making Land Deeds (PPAT). Where in the making of the land sale and purchase deed made before the PPAT, Defendant I used a false identity of the owner of land and building rights named Ilyas Werdisastro (Alm) as the husband of the Plaintiff. Finally, the Plaintiff knew that there was the signature and identity of the plaintiff's husband which was falsified by Defendant I and / or Defendant II in the Sale and Purchase Deed. The main problem in this research is regarding the responsibility of PPAT which does not apply the precautionary principle in the deeds it makes and what the legal consequences are for authentic deeds if PPAT does not apply the precautionary principle. This research is a type of normative research with a prescriptive type of research. The results showed that PPAT can be held accountable because it is not careful and negligent in carrying out its duties. PPAT accountability can be in the form of administration such as verbal warning, written warning, temporary dismissal, honorific dismissal, and dishonorable dismissal. The legal consequences of authentic deeds made by PPAT without applying the principle of prudence, the strength of the evidence can turn into illegal deeds and can even be null and void because there is an element of forgery

Covid-19 pandemic changes many aspects in the world, including education sector. Teachers need to find some efforts to adapt and transform the following changes. It is necessary to choose the right approach to be applied in the teaching and learning process in schools, especially in basic education. From various models, one of which is project based learning (PBL) that is expected to help students to be more involved and understand learning better. There is a school in Surabaya that expects to implement PBL in teaching and learning activities for their students at the primary school level. Therefore, online PBL training is needed for school teachers before it is applied to students. How is the process of implementing online project based learning training for teachers carried out? How to develop teachers' creativity to be able to design interactive learning based on project based learning that will be held? The research conducted was descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 24 teachers in Surabaya city, who would attend PBL training in October and November 2020. This research was participatory research because researchers were involved in the training activities that would be held. Based on the training process carried out, it turned out that there were some significant differences with respect to modules made for offline and online. The online module needed to be more detailed and complete. Resource persons needed to provide guidance (navigation), created a flow of time management and provided pauses for activities to keep participants focused and intense during the training. It took creativity from the speakers to make an attractive and quality presentation. The results of the research are expected to become a comprehensive study to create an online PBL training module that can be useful for scientific and community development

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the intensity of the use of Instagram social media and the consumptive behavior of fashion products in early adulthood. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation to answer the relationship between variables. The sample used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data dissemination is done online via google form. This study involved 381 female respondents in the age range of 20 to 30 years, individuals who are active users of Instagram social media and individuals who have income either allowance or salary. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS for Windows version 20.0.0 program. Tests conducted using non-parametric Spearman's Rho technique because based on the results of the normality test the data distribution is abnormal. The results of this study state that there is no significant relationship between the intensity of the use of Instagram social media with the consumptive behavior of fashion products on early adult woman, with a value of R = 0.085 and P = 0.96.

In this digital era, information can be easily accessed through features on social media, especially Instagram. Instagram has gained wide popularity among teenagers, especially towards generation Z, who have known technology from an early age. This study aims to find out whether the intensity of Instagram social media use has an influence on the level of narcissism in generation Z. A total of 384 active Instagram users in Indonesia completed an online survey within age range of 10 years - 25 years (generation Z). The study used intensity of Instagram use made by Taqwa (2018) and Narcisstic Personality Inventory-Likert version (NPI-L) developed by Gentile (2013). The study used simple linear regression to predict the effect of narcissism on intensity of Instagram use in generation Z. The results of the linear regression analysis showed that there was an influence of 3.9% and 96.1% is influenced by other factors.
