The purpose of this study is to determine the state of mathematical reasoning ability using the PBL model in terms of intrapersonal intelligence. The instruments used were reasoning ability tests, intrapersonal intelligence questionnaires and interview guidelines. Data analysis uses the Mile and Huberman models. The subjects in this study were students of SMP N 1 Tamiang Hulu. Students who were given problem-based learning treatment totaled 30 people. High ability students were 8 students or (26.67%), medium ability students were 18 students or (60%) and low ability students were 4 people or (13.34%). The conclusion of mathematical reasoning abilities using a problem-based learning model, 7 students or (23.33) high ability students, 13 students or (43.33%) moderate ability students and 10 low ability students. or (33.33%)

The Community Service (PkM) activities that will be carried out with the Jakarta State University grant for the 2023 fiscal year depart from the road map of the research and community service program as an implementation of the tridarma of higher education at Jakarta State University related to the field of education, especially the development of teacher professionalism and the road map of the Sociology Education study program which aims to assist in writing class action research (PTK) for sociology teachers who are members of the DKI Jakarta subject teacher deliberation (MGMP). Through teacher communities such as MGMP, teachers can use it to improve the quality of teaching from preparation to evaluation and quality improvement through class action research. However, the problem that is currently present is that there are still few teacher communities that utilize the forum to improve their teaching capacity, one of which is experienced by teachers in the DKI Jakarta MGMP Sociology community. Therefore, in this community service activity, training on classroom action research will be carried out to improve the quality of learning by sharing experiences and knowledge related to classroom action research. This community service activity is in partnership with the Education Office and the DKI Jakarta MGMP Sociology Community. The process of activities that will be carried out by this service team with a mentoring system, mentoring activities begins with organizing focus group discussions to explore more deeply related to constraints and mapping the ability of teachers to make class action research. In mentoring, all teachers who are members of the DKI Jakarta Sociology MGMP will participate. The lesson plan or what is known as RPP is a form of lesson plan that will be carried out by educators in learning activities, in this case an educator has paid close attention, both material, assessment, time allocation, learning resources, and learning methods to be used . The general objective of this research is to describe how an Islamic Religious Education subject teacher makes and compiles a Learning Planning Plan (RPP). This research uses a research approach using a literature review technique of listening, where one of the listening techniques is the note-taking technique. Data collection techniques are by using literature books or library materials, then recording them or quoting the opinions of experts in the book to strengthen the theoretical basis in writing articles and using the descriptive content analysis study method. The results of the research show that the ability of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preparing Learning Planning Plans (RPP) at SD Negeri 01 Bride can be said to be "very good" with 2 days the author guides and assists PAI teachers in preparing RPP for the 2013 curriculum.

Knowledge of finance is not only for adults or parents, early childhood who are still in their golden age also need to be given knowledge and understanding of good saving habits. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and understanding to early childhood in RT. 23 Kelurahan Air Hitam regarding financial management by saving from an early age and helping develop children's creativity to recycle used goods into more useful items in the form of piggy banks. The method used in this activity is the delivery of material on saving activities, demonstrations of making piggy banks, questions and answers, quizzes and evaluation of activities. The socialization of the movement to like to save (gemabung) by making piggy banks from used plastic bottles of mineral water with the children of RT 23 Kelurahan Air Hitam went smoothly and made the children understand the good benefits of setting aside their allowance for savings. The sudden appearance of Covid-19, which has disrupted the stability of almost all lines of life on earth, has now begun to subside. The learning and teaching process in schools has also entered the new normal, even face-to-face learning has been 100% enforced. However, the war between Russia and Ukraine which is still going on today has had a negative impact on the global economy. Globally, the war in Ukraine is a "disaster" for the world that will reduce global economic growth. The government has also increased the price of fuel oil (BBM) in our country. This of course will have an impact on rising prices of goods, including the price of basic necessities. The impact of the increase in the prices of these necessities will make it difficult for the people's economy, especially the middle to lower economic community. The people who live in Rorinata Housing Phase X, Hamlet IV, Suka Maju Village, Kec. Sunggal Deli Serdang Regency is a community with a middle to lower economy. This of course will indirectly affect the ability of parents of students who live in the housing to pay for additional learning for their children. Or in other words, students' parents will find it difficult to pay for additional tutoring for their children. One way to overcome this problem is through the Mathematics Clinic (Math Clinic Program). The application of the Math Clinic with the Hybrid Learning System has been able to help and improve the mathematical abilities of students who live in Phase X Rorinata Housing, Hamlet IV, Suka Maju Village, Kec. Nagari Batang Arah Tapan, which is in the Basa Ampek Balai Tapan sub-district, where the majority of the population owns UMKM businesses but has limited knowledge in marketing and promotion. Of the many UMKM in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan, there are obstacles that are often experienced, namely media promotion facilities for the location and product information produced, in this case a google maps UMKM mapping application is needed in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan as a means of finding UMKM locations. The purpose of the service is to socialize the use of Google Maps to the people in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan who have businesses. The results of the dedication carried out were an increase in ability to carry out promotions and marketing, especially the use of Google Maps as a means of promotional media. The people's gold mining activities in Huta Dame Village, Kotanopan Utara District, Mandailing Natal are still very simple. The purpose of this study was to analyze the TSS and pH parameters around the gold mining area so that they comply with quality standards. This research method is by interviews and direct observation to the field. The results of the analysis showed that the quality of acid mine drainage before treatment was 4.26 and after the addition of quicklime in 1 gram it was still acidic but in the addition of quicklime in the 65th minute (3 grams) a pH of 6.02 was obtained and it met the quality standard. The addition of 1 and 3 grams of alum is still acidic and this can cause the air in the mining environment to be corrosive due to the large amount of heavy metals originating from rocks which can cause environmental damage, due to excessive use of mercury resulting in the emergence of acid mine drainage. The addition of 1 and 3 grams of quicklime, TSS values 48 & 38 mg/l . The TSS values for the addition of 1 & 3 grams of alum were 20 & 28 mg/l and met the quality standards. Thus the use of quicklime in gold mining waste is more effective than the use of alum as an acid mine drainage treatment method.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach to analyze the implementation of the cash transfer program in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan. The author collected various data regarding the BLT program which was carried out through literature review and interviews with the community and local nagari officials. Determination of the sample is done by using the unit of analysis method. The results of the research show that the implementation of the direct cash assistance program for the poor in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan has been implemented quite well. This can be seen from various measuring aspects, including aspects of policy standards and targets, resources, characteristics of the implementing agency, and the disposition of the implementer

The motivation behind this examination is to figure out the preparation, execution, assessment and arrangements in working on the exhibition of grade teachers. This study utilizes a subjective methodology. The assortment of information got from different sources, foundations, and different techniques in this examination is through library research. The consequences of this review demonstrate that working on the presentation of primary teachers through the administration of the head at SDN Pengantingan Batang Arah Tapan, to be specific in arranging the school chief makes a yearly everyday schedule (RKTS) that concerns 8 instructive norms, gives SKP rules (representative execution focuses) toward the starting year as a rule for educator evaluation by school directors and DP3 which concerns instructor conduct appraisal, by and by holding and including instructors in logical gatherings like instruction and preparing (redesigning/inservice preparing, studios and courses), in the assessment the Chief regulates the training of the educators (class visit strategies, confidential discussions, and gathering conversations), as well as endeavors made by the Head as a supervisor in further developing execution is to fabricate great correspondence with all educators in building a useful work culture.
