This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and product quality of Oppo on consumer buying interest. This research method uses quantitative methods with probability sampling techniques or random sampling of 100 people using gadgets. Instrument testing is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests. The method of data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical tests and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis). The results of the research show that promotion has a significant effect and product quality has a significant influence on consumer buying interest. The conclusion of this study is that both promotion and quality have significant results on purchasing decisions.

The success factors for Village Owned Enterprises (BUMLem) are human resource management. So far, the quality of human resources or managers working at BUMLem is generally still very low, this is indicated by the still low quality of products, limited ability to develop new products, slow application of technology, and weak business management. The purpose of this activity is to support the development and progress of existing businesses in Lembang in particular. The method in this service begins with initial research (initial assessment) of problems and helping problems is carried out with focus group discussion (FGD) activities both with BUMLem Batu Rumbu administrators, village heads and the local community. It is hoped that the results of assisting BUMLem management governance will increase community income. It is hoped that in the future BUMLem will be able to carry out functional governance management including human resource governance, production and marketing. BUMLem is able to be more mature and wise in responding and quickly finding solutions to any problems that occur when the business is growing.

Ecobrick innovation becomes household furniture as an effort to tackle plastic waste and increase the income of scavenger wives. Antang Final Disposal Site (TPA) is one of the locations that has the potential for plastic waste pollution. Many efforts have been made to overcome over capacity in the Antang TPA, but until now the problem of waste accumulation has not been completely resolved. This Community Service activity aims to overcome the pile of garbage in the Antang TPA while increasing the productivity of the community, especially the scavenger's wives who only expect income from their husbands. Data collection methods were carried out through discussions, surveys, partner determination, pretest, training evaluation, direct practice of making ecobrick which were then innovated into household furniture, monitoring and posttest. The results of this training increased partners' understanding of ecobrick and how to manage waste into something useful by 100%, 91.67% of partners knew about making ecobrick, 83.33% of partners agreed to form entrepreneurship from the results of making ecobrick into household furniture. The training program for the use of plastic waste into a visionary innovation product in the form of household furniture with the ecobrick technique still needs sustainability training for more diverse products so that it can increase the quantity of products produced.

This research is based on the problems that exist in schools namely the lack of student interest in learning mathematics and this requires an innovation of learning media used in schools during the teaching and learning process. This study aims to produce quality instrument validation that will be used in assessing mathematics learning videos based on the wondershare filmora software. This development research uses the Plomp model. The Plomp model consists of 3 stages, preliminary research, prototyping stage and assessment stage. The subjects of this research are 3 expert validators who are competent in their respective fields. This study uses instrument validity, practicality and effectiveness. The research data were collected using observation sheets, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are preliminary data analysis, data validity analysis, data practicality analysis, and data effectiveness analysis. the results of the assessment sheet of interview questions, observations and questionnaires using instrument validation state that these three things are in the very valid category, so that interviews, observations and questionnaires have been used to obtain data and information on the study.

Siwalan is palm type plant, which one of the prime agricultural commodities in the Tuban Regency. Siwalan production has increased from year to year. Abundant production provides great potential for siwalan farmers and groups of siwalan processed enterprises for product diversification. Legen drinks and siwalan fruit are known as typical souvenir products of Tuban and are favored by local tourists. However, some problems related to product hygiene and low storage are becoming the challenges for the siwalan farmers. So far, technological innovation has not been implemented on the processing of legen or siwalan fruit. Furthemore, the marketing development is limited and has not been able to enhance the local community. The purpose of this activity was to examine the relationship between aspects of attitude towards food security with aspects of business performance and the importance of strengthening Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The results showed that there is no significant relationship between aspects of attitude towards food safety with aspects of business performance. The findings also confirmed that the food safety aspect was ignored, especially in legen beverage production process. Some producers added food additives to extend the shelf life of legen. Such practice influenced the taste of legen and the food security. Therefore, socialization and training related to GMP is a key factor for improving business performance and achieving sustainable development.

UMKM can absorb labor and reduce unemployment in Indonesia. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, many people are engaged in entrepreneurship according to their areas of interest and ability. This is proven by the many UMKM that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic era. Business actors engaged in the food sector are required to have a distribution permit as well as guaranteeing the safety of the food products they sell. PIRT certificate or home industry food is a distribution license that must be owned by food industry business actors. According to initial interviews, the location of the lala cookies is in the Banana Candi sub-district, Sukun sub-district, Malang city, they don't have a PIRT, and they don't know about PIRT. The lack of knowledge of business legality, in this case PIRT, is one of the causes. Based on these problems, socialization and assistance in obtaining PIRT permits were held by lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Wisnuwardhana University, Malang. The purpose of this study was to disseminate the results of the Ethnomatematics Exploration on the Kampar Typical Losuong Dance. Losuong dance is one of the typical dances of Kampar. The Losuong dance is a community dance when welcoming the celebration of the rice harvest festival as a form of community gratitude for the blessings of the harvest given by God Almighty. Nowadays, the Losuong Dance is also performed at carnivals and cultural parades, weddings, commemorations of the sinking of the Old Village, Koto Panjang, as a welcoming dance for the arrival of important people, and the opening dance for big events. The research shows that ethnomathematics findings were obtained on the movements, properties, and accompaniment of the Losuong Dance, namely the concept of flat shapes, angles, sets and geometric transformations. In addition, this research can be useful for teachers to reference teaching materials in learning mathematics and to gain students' knowledge about the mathematical concepts in Losuong Dance and can be used as a new reference for future researchers.

This study aims to: 1) Improve students' mathematical problem solving skills taught using the Problem Based Learning model 2) To improve students' mathematical creative thinking skills taught using the Problem Based Learning model 3) Analyze the number of difficult indicators of problem solving and thinking abilities students' mathematical creative learning using the Problem Based Learning model. The subjects in this study involved 38 class VIII students of Jendral Sudirman Medan who were given the Problem Based Learning treatment in the 2022/2023 even semester with a total of 38 students. The results of the study show that: 1) Students' mathematical problem solving abilities with a problem-based learning model. There were 11 students with good abilities (28.94%), 8 students with good abilities (21.05%), and 19 students with less ability (50%). 2) While the students' mathematical creative thinking skills with a problem-based learning model. There were 8 students with high abilities (21.05%), 6 students with moderate abilities (23.68%), and 21 students with low abilities (55.26%). 3) Students who have high mathematical creative thinking skills with a score of 93.75 have good problem-solving abilities with a score of 93.75. Students who have moderate creative thinking with a score of 75 have sufficient problem-solving abilities with a score of 68.75. And students who have low creative thinking with a score of 43.75 have less categorical problem solving abilities with a score of 50.
本研究旨在:1)提高问题基础学习模式下学生的数学问题解决能力;2)提高问题基础学习模式下学生的数学创造性思维能力;3)分析问题基础学习模式下学生数学创造性学习中问题解决和思维能力的困难指标数量。本研究的研究对象为Jendral Sudirman Medan在2022/2023甚至学期接受Problem - Based Learning治疗的八年级38名学生，共38名。研究结果表明:1)学生的数学问题解决能力具有基于问题的学习模式。能力优生11人(28.94%)，能力优生8人(21.05%)，能力差生19人(50%)。2)同时培养学生的数学创造性思维能力，采用基于问题的学习模式。高能力生8人(21.05%)，中等能力生6人(23.68%)，低能力生21人(55.26%)。3)数学创造性思维能力较高，得分为93.75分的学生具有较好的解决问题能力，得分为93.75分。具有中等创造性思维的学生，得分为75分，具有足够的问题解决能力，得分为68.75分。创造性思维得分低(43.75分)的学生解决分类问题的能力也较低(50分)。

Learning is a process of developing knowledge, skills, and attitudes that is carried out by interacting intensively with learning resources. Learning while playing is fun learning because it is a learning process that takes place in a happy and impressive atmosphere that can attract children's interest to be actively involved, so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally. Learning activities while playing are activities that are carried out with feelings of pleasure, without coercion, but have methods that are expected to be able to create results for good development for the child. The method used is learning while playing, because the existence of a world of play within the scope of children's learning can make learning for children more effective, because the world of children is a world of play, it must be balanced with learning, so the learning while playing method is an effective method in learning for children. In this activity we apply three learning methods, namely the Pesonal Room, this program is an activity that gives freedom for students to study with their own learning methods. Mathematical thinking space, aims for students to have the ability to understand mathematical concepts as a whole, develop mathematical reasoning skills and problem solving skills. Dreamtime Room, the application of learning using this method will train students' means of communication to increase self-confidence and self-quality of students.
