Character education is efforts that are systematically designed and implemented in order to instill human behavioral values related to God Almighty, oneself, fellow human beings, the environment and nationality. The formation of the adolescent personality is related to many factors that influence it such as through education and self-control, emotional intelligence, the environment where blessings/work, conditions and self-discipline, the ability to manage oneself/emotions, the ability to face the situation at hand, and much more that can support the person. Character building is an effort to build and shape a person's morals and ethics to be good. This community service aims to develop the abilities of adolescents in an effort to build positive character. The method in this service is to provide training on Character Building to the cadres of the Mekarmukti Youth Posyandu, North Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, which totals 51 people. The participants before and after the training were given evaluations related to understanding Character Building. After providing training on Character Building, there is an increase in knowledge about Character Building, so that participants can understand the importance of building positive character in themselves.

This research is entitled "Improving Student Learning Outcomes with the Poster Making Project on Norms". The subjects of this study were all class VII A students at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Karangpandan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The purposes of this study were: (1) To find out the learning outcomes of class VII A students at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Karangpandan before learning was carried out with the poster-making project, (2) To find out how the poster-making project could improve student learning outcomes for class VII A students at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Karangpandan, and (3) to find out the results of increasing student learning outcomes in class VII A SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Karangpandan after learning by making a poster making project on the subject matter of Norma. Based on the aspects to be achieved, the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was used in this study because in general CAR is very suitable for improving the quality of research subjects. This study aims to see a comparison between extracurriculars implemented in public and private elementary schools. As for observations in the field, namely looking at comparisons regarding planning, implementation, and assessment of mandatory and optional extracurriculars. Researchers used 2 schools, namely 172 Andir Kulon Public Elementary School and Bintang Madani Elementary School located in the city of Bandung. This extracurricular aims to develop and train students' interests and skills outside of their academic abilities and carried out outside of school activities. The method used in this study is to use qualitative research. The methods used are interviews and field observations. The results of this study show that there are differences from the two schools. The difference looks significant starting from the planning, implementation, and extracurricular assessment.

This study aims to determine the implementation of Al-Qur’an learning using the Bil Qolam method in improving the ability to read the Qur’an at Nurul Ulum MAN Purworejo Dormitory, and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing Al-Qur’an learning using the Bil Qolam method. In improving the ability to read the Qur’an in Nurul Ulum MAN Purworejo dormitory. The type of research used is dercriptive qualitative. The process of collecting data trough observation, interviewa, and documentation. The research results sgow that: 1) the implementation of the Bil Qolam method in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur’an at the Nurul Ulum MAN Purworejo Dormitory obtained good result, namely based on observations made by researches only 5% of student or 5 students from 54 students who have not been able to fully master the ability to read the Qur’an using the Bil Qolam method. 2) supporting factors in the application of the Bil Qolam method are the ability to read the Qur’an for students in the good category, the enthusiasm of the students, the support and motivation of the teacher, the Bil Qolam method is interesting, and can add to the insight and knowledge of the studentas. This research aims to examine the utilization of work infrastructure and self capacity building on the performance of school administrative staff. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach done to 109 school administration personnel. From the results of research conducted, the utilization of infrastructure facilities have a significant effect on the performance of school administrative staff on very high category. This can be explained by the high relation between the two dimensions of utilization of work infrastructure to the measured performance that is based on the principle and function of work infrastructure. Self capacity building also has a significant effect on the performance of school administrative personnel although it affects the middle category. This is identified by the low relation of five indicators of self capacity building to the performance of school administrative staff, ie workshop, seminar, courses, co- operative collegial development, and skill development model. The government should pay more attention to the availability, feasibility and convenience of work infrastructure and conduct various training aimed at the school administrative staff in an effort to increase the capacity building of school administration personnel to work.

Model Eliciting Activities (MEA) is an activity to create or build models and modeling perspectives for mathematical connections in mathematics education. This study aims to determine research trends from generating activities to mathematical connection abilities and to see opportunities for future research based on VOSviewer. This study used bibliometric analysis, the data in this study were obtained through Google Scholar using publish or perish from 2013 to 2023 with the keyword eliciting activities. It was found that the research trend of eliciting activities on mathematical connection abilities in Full Counting Density Visualization contained 54 terms related to mathematical connection abilities. The density display model shows that the most research related to eliciting activities is eliciting open-ended activities, learning outcomes, hots and cognitive styles which are marked in bright yellow. The brighter the yellow color, the more research has been done. While the research that is still small is the ability of mathematical connections, problem solving abilities and critical thinking which are marked with dim colors. Thus, the opportunity to carry out the latest research to retrieve these items can be done because they are rarely studied.

Error Analysis is a technique to identify, classify and interpret systematically the mistakes made by students who are learning to find out the circumstances, causes and various other aspects that are in it. This study analyzes the types of errors made by students in working on mathematics story problems based on Watson's criteria in class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. The purpose of this study was to see if there was a significant comparison of the results of the 9th grade Mathematics daily test. Before conducting the ANOVA test, first the data normalization test is carried out, then the homogeneity test and then conduct the ANOVA test. The ANOVA test used in this study is a one-way ANOVA test. After testing the data on the results of the daily test scores of Mathematics class IX SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota, the data obtained from the daily test scores of class IX B, class IX I, class IX J which means that the average daily test scores of the five classes do not have significant differences. In other words, the average daily test scores of class IX B, class IX I, class IX H are the same. There is data on the daily test scores of class IX I, class IX H, class IX F which means that the average daily test scores of the three classes are the same.

This study aims to produce a quality validation instrument for use in ethnomathematics exploration in the Making of Lomang (Lemang) in Kampar Regency, Riau. The research subjects consisted of 3 expert validators who had expertise in their fields. This study uses validity instruments. Research data were collected through observation sheets and interviews. Based on the results of the assessment of the interview sheet using the validation instrument, it can be concluded that the assessment sheet is in a very valid category. Therefore, the interview sheet has been deemed suitable and can be used to obtain assessment data and information related to research needs.

Efforts made in preparing quality students, especially in developing technological science, understand in advance the challenges faced in the use of technology used today. Knowledge of the real challenges for educators in choosing the best technological tools, so that educators do not lose their teaching goals, and do not misunderstand students. This activity is proof of the seriousness of the Jabal Nur SPN Padang Besi Teenagers in realizing their commitment to quality Youth. Therefore this PkM teaches students to understand the challenges of using technology in the 4.0 era. This activity needs a modules related to the challenges of using technology in the 4.0 era, and enrichment from quizzes online adapted to the PkM material. The activity phase that has been carried out in this community service activity is to provide integrated training so that teenagers at the Jabal Nur SPN Padang Besi Mosque can understand, understand and prepare and improve quality in the challenges of using technology in Era 4.0. The results of this service students take tests and find out the results of tests carried out through quizzes online. The next plan is to assign tasks and evaluate the tasks that have been given by the implementing team
