According to the relationship between corporate brand equity and performance, it can provide reference for the positioning and management methods of brand assets in business decision-making. Based on the data of China's electronic consumer enterprises from 2014 to 2015, this paper proposes a regression analysis method that uses the growth rate of corporate brand equity as the independent variable and the annual operating income as the dependent variable to study the correlation between brand equity and corporate performance. There is a positive correlation between brand equity value and corporate performance. The higher the corporate brand equity, the greater the positive effect on corporate performance.

Combined with the evolutionary game theory, this paper analyzes the factors and mechanisms that affect the tacit knowledge flow by using the replicator dynamics equation, and concludes that the degree of tacit knowledge flow in enterprises is determined by the cost of tacit knowledge dissemination, the incentive of enterprises to the tacit knowledge communicators, and the income generated by two-way knowledge flow and one-way knowledge flow, etc. From the point of promoting the mechanism of the tacit knowledge flow of enterprises, this paper puts forward some thought methods, such as establishing internal and external knowledge alliance, strengthening knowledge management and encouraging, to link and overcome the problem of "island of knowledge" of organizational knowledge flow.
