Paresthesia is a condition where the sensation on the skin is abnormal, such as tingling, itching or numbness, for no apparent reason. This condition can occur only temporarily or for a long time (chronic). Bucharestesia can be temporary (temporary) or chronic. Almost everyone has experienced temporary paresthesia. This sensation occurs when nerves are accidentally compressed in certain body positions, such as sitting cross-legged for too long or sleeping with your head on your hands. Temporary paraesthesia will go away on its own when the pressure on the nerves is relieved. However, if the tingling feeling persists even though the pressure has been relieved, then there may be another disease or disorder in the body that is the cause. Chronic paresthesia is often a symptom of a neurological disease or caused by trauma to the nerve tissue. A variety of diseases can cause chronic paresthesia including vitamin deficiency, neurological disorders due to repetitive movements or other diseases. Chronic paraesthesia requires medication and management to heal. However, sometimes chronic paresthesia cannot completely heal even after undergoing treatment even though an expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques to solve problems that usually only one person can solve. Expert systems also help their activities as highly experienced assistants. Expert systems can also provide analysis of problems and can also recommend to users some actions to make improvements.

Traffic jams are a common sight that can be seen in almost all major cities in Indonesia. One of them is in Rangkasbitung City, Lebak Regency. This happens because the number of vehicles continues to increase. The traffic light control system implemented in Indonesia is a static preset time because the time of each phase is predetermined. This type of control system is still not effective in overcoming traffic congestion, especially at certain peak traffic jams. By using the Mamdani fuzzy logic system, it is possible to implement the human mindset into a system. Some rules can be set out in the fuzzy logic controller. The purpose of this study is to design a traffic light control system using fuzzy inference that regulates traffic based on its density. The data used are observations made at the research site. The conclusion of this study is to explain that the fuzzy mamdani method can solve existing problems in traffic congestion in Rangkasbitung City, Lebak Regency, Banten Province

Analysis of the Level of Vulnerability to Floods using the Method of Simple Moving Average (A Case Study of the City of Padang) 基于简单移动平均线的洪水易损性分析(以巴东市为例)

Flood is the overflow of the river flow due to water exceed the storage capacity of the river, so that overflow and inundate the plains or the lower regions in the vicinity. Floods are natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia because it is located in the tropics. A lot of flood prone areas which have high population density, due to less understanding of the community regarding the geographic region. Floods often occur in the City of Padang caused by high rainfall in the upstream areas of the river and the topography is hilly so increase the speed of the flow of water to the lower plains. In this study, the author examines the factors of vulnerability to flood by using the method of Simple Moving Average with a parameter of the flood that used rainfall and long rainy days.

Learning in the form of practical applications is a form of real learning activities where students will receive teaching materials at the same time be able to directly prove it through direct practice at school. The long-term objective of the research is that students will be exposed to data interpretation in which they are asked to apply their theoretical knowledge to numbers and use their reasoning skills to make inferences based on the logic and trends of the given data set and can also contribute to the development of education in Indonesia. especially in the city of Gorontalo. Learning in the form of practical applications can be an intermediary for teachers and elementary school students to be able to develop students 'and teachers' way of thinking so as to produce professional teachers and genius students. Currently, the learning conditions are not optimal in achieving the learning objectives, therefore it is necessary to conduct research on learning in the form of practical applications with this research to answer the causes of the less than optimal implementation of the effective learning process in Gorontalo City and efforts to increase teacher professionalism can be realized. This research uses qualitative research. The type of research is program evaluation using the explanatory model. The main data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation of various data sources (informants) that are directly related to, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, or the Internet of Things. This research is not only directed at the results (product). However, the other three components are also evaluated, because the four components are very closely related. Apart from interviews, data collection was also carried out using observation and documentation techniques. The observation technique was carried out on the learning process and product (result) in the form of practical application in Gorontalo City, while the documentation technique was carried out on documents relating to the process and product (result). In this aspect, the highest percentage (%) is that students spend about 1 hour / day at 28%, while the lowest is that students spend 4-5 hours / day or 11.6%. From this percentage, it can be concluded that the percentage of students who spend or spend time reading science subjects is still low so that the efforts of teachers and parents and the surrounding environment are needed so that students' interest in reading is maximized.

Bank is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and distributes them to the public in the form of credit and or other forms. To raise funds, bank officers are known as funding officers who have the main task of collecting funds in the form of savings, current accounts and deposits. Generally banks already have monitoring tools, dashboards and reports on the achievement of funds, but these tools do not yet present a ranking for funding officers. One of the things needed to support the improvement of funding officer performance is the making of individual ranking, for that purpose an application for ranking calculation is made using the PHP programming language whose data is sourced from existing monitoring tools, it is hoped that this application can help the relevant part to accelerate presentation of individual ranking of funding officers.

Optimalisasi Prediksi Biaya Komisi Penjualan Mobil Menggunakan Metode Monte Carlo 汽车销售委员会采用蒙特卡洛方法优化成本预测

Sales are the main source of income for every company. Every company in marketing a product, should control the potential market for profit. Predicting the number of sales is important in analyzing sales progress. This study aims to assist companies in predicting car sales and car commission cost budgets based on sales data from the previous year.The data used in the study are car sales data for 2017 and 2018 in the Arengka Automall Pekanbaru Showroom (SAA Pekanbaru).Data processing in research uses the Monte Carlo method.The results of tests that have been carried out state that car sales by Marketing within 1 year resulted in an average accuracy rate of 94% and sales commission fee of Rp 411.000.000.From these results in accordance with calculations performed manually so that with a large accuracy value, the application of the simulation using this Monte Carlo Method feasible to be applied by companies in future decision making to plan the estimated budget for the cost of a car sales commission and as a means to assess Marketing performance at SAA Pekanbaru.

Distributors are intermediaries who distribute products from factories to retailers. While the distributor of goods is the distributor of goods from factories to shops that need these goods. Incorrect selection of distributors can interfere with the sales process at the store. To improve the quality and quality of a store, it requires the best distributor of goods. This study aims to determine the best distributor of goods. The method used is the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) of distributor data at the Padang Luar Sundanese Convenience Store. The data processed in this study consisted of a number of distributor data selected by the Multipurpose Store. From some of the distributor data, the Decision Support System is very necessary in the selection of distributors who aim for the selection of appropriate alternative decisions. The selection of distributors uses 15 samples of distributor data and 5 criteria data that are used as the basis for selecting distributors, namely quality of goods, affordable prices, strategic locations, service responses, and giving bonuses. The results of testing on this method obtained an accuracy rate of 86.67% of the right distributors and in accordance with the realization of the UI data. So this research is very suitable in choosing the best distributor. From the test results, it has got the 5 best distributors by assigning a weight of 11.50 to the best distributor, so the criteria set by the All-Round Shop can be used as a reference in the selection of distributors of goods.

Delayed walking is a disorder of walking delay in the toddler aged 9-18 months. There are several indicators that cause delays in walking on children including motor, genetic and temperament. These factors are rarely understood by parents. And sometimes the delays seem to be left unchecked and that can cause its own failure. The lack of time to consult with a child specialist has resulted in such cases seeming to be left unchecked. Expert systems are built to provide knowledge to the public about the phenomena of walking delays that occur in children and the causes and solutions that will be obtained by parents. This system was built using a forward chaining method whose data reading was traced to the daily activities of toddlers. This system is designed to adapt information directly from child experts or child specialists who understand firsthand the condition of the child and delayed walking.

Identification Of Palm Using Otsu Method and Mathematical Morphology to Open House Doors Identifikasi Telapak Tangan Menggunakan Metode Otsu Dan MorphologynMatematika Untuk Membuka Pintu Rumah

The biometrics system is an individual recognition technology using human body parts or behavior. Palm and fingerprints, each biometrics example based on body parts and human behavior. Image matching is a way to identify images. This research uses biometric technology, a system that performs image matching based on human body parts by matching test images received with training images contained in a database. The image used is the palm of the hand. The use of the palm because the palm has unique characteristics, is difficult to fake and tends to be stable. There are 10 samples of the palm image that will be used using the Otsu method and the Math Morphology method, which were previously filtered using a median filter and turned into grayscale. From 10 different samples showing different results with an average similarity level of 96.28%, the method proves that the palm joints are a characteristic that is owned by everyone, and it also proves that the palm can also used as an alternative to protect privacy, not just fingerprints for home security.

Intruder Detection Monitoring System in Computer Networks Using Snort Based Sms Alert (Sistem Monitoring Deteksi Penyusup Dalam Jaringan Komputer Menggunakan Snort Berbasis Sms Alert)

Network security is an important factor in guaranteeing data. Guaranteed security can avoid losses caused by attacks that occur in the network. Administrators play an important role in maintaining data or file security, but administrators cannot at all times monitor the security of the network. This problem can be overcome by adding a system for data traffic detection or called IDS. IDS will be linked by SMS Alert so that administrators can receive notifications of interruptions on the network. In this study, researchers conduct analysis and testing of problems that arise so that it will produce a system that is able to detect attacks or disruptions on the network quickly and can provide warnings to network administrators, so that administrators can take steps to anticipate these disruptions. Attacks can be detected from the pattern of attacks that are in the IDS rule so that intruders who try to enter will be detected and the system will send an SMS notification to the administrator.
