Effective improvement in quality has become a potentially precious way to boost competitiveness and organizational performance. This paper aims to assess for competitive advantage and organizational performance the effects of Total quality management (TQM) activities. A quantitative approach is used to obtain data from a survey (questionnaire) consisting of 38 items with a five-point Likert scale. The unit of analysis is small and medium food companies in Iraq. The respondents in this paper are the managers of departments. Smart PLS 3.2.9 was used to analyze the results. The findings of the path analysis of partial least squares (PLS) support variables in their hypothesised direct relationships with organizational performance. The analysis results suggest that competitive advantage partially mediates the relationship between (TQM) practices and organizational performance. The paper provides many suggestions that are helpful both for researchers and policymakers to undertake more research in this area as well as to enhance the (CA) and (OP) of organisations in the future.

This work is inspecting the tip-of-the-tongue phenomenon, as a sample of advanced EFL users would experience it. It is grounded on the hypothesis that since speaking is a universal process for all human beings, then production models and theories should be universal too, for describing and explaining any phenomenon in any language used whether that language is a native or a foreign language and the occurrence T.O.T. (tip-of-the-tongue) phenomenon in specific. For this reason, advanced EFL users could experience such a phenomenon when using the English language for their every day or their academic life. This paper consists of a theoretical part in which it is considered the basis for defining and explaining the T.O.T. phenomenon and understanding the discussion of the study's expected results. However, in the discussion part, the researcher sheds light on the practical side that contains the questionnaire work analysis, the discussion of the results, and the conclusion that would be expected to be achieved. Based on the above hypothesis while, there were a restricted number of the T.O.T.s; conversely, in such cases, nearly most of the production of speech models and theories that explain the T.O.T. phenomenon is applicable. Concerning the identified T.O.T.s cases, they occurred more with deficient neighbourhoods than words that have sufficient neighbourhoods.

This research is about the integration of lecturers' professionalism and intelligence with the lecturers' environment insight. It was done in order to find out the relationship between lecturers' professionalism with lecturers environment insight and the relationship between lecturers' intelligence with lecturers environment insight. This research was done at the Christian University of Indonesia. The respondents of the research were 96 lecturers who were taken randomly out of 335 lectures. The research results show that there are positive relationships between lecturers' professionalism with environmental insight and lecturers' intelligence with environmental insight. It is concluded that the higher the lecturers’ professionalism and intelligence, the higher is the lecturers' environment insight.

Main objective of this paper is to identify the significant factors which barriers in implementation of ISO 9001:2015. In depth literature was conducted from where 29 general factors were found. A survey (Qualitative) was conducted from top managerial officials from manufacturing sector to determine significant factors. On basis of mean value total 11 significant factors were found which were related to manufacture sector in Pakistan. This study will be helpful for the managerial staff and officials to control identified factors for implementation of ISO.

Millions of papers have been published and the same amounts of discussions have been made on the topic of Sustainable Development. Despite that, the situation is getting worsen day by day, not even meager progress has been reported. The culture, which is developed in society wherein, dead are worshipped and living people are crushed under the legs of power politics. It has stolen humanity from humans the structured society has created an institutional crisis and emotional crisis. People are suffering from dark emotions irrespective of any group of age. Instead of debating about the topic, we should start nudging society for sustainable development at the micro-level. Working at the Macro level for sustainable development without talking about the micro-level is not only futility but also wasting of resources. The ubiquitous three monkeys of Mahatma Gandhi depicting moral gestures see no evil, speak no evil, and hear no evil are the ardent requirement of the 21st Century as it talks about emotions at the micro-level as it talks about how socially communicability is needed in society. It is noteworthy that the small three monkey figurine was among the few belongings of Mahatma Gandhi that always remained with him. However, “A photograph of the few personal possessions which Mahatma Gandhi has left to the world and spoons appear in the picture along with his favorite book of songs and the figurine of the three monkeys whom he used to call his gurus. The Monkeys symbolize the injunctions to speak no evil, to see no evil, and to hear no evil.” In this paper, an attempt has been made to establish a trinity model of Gandhi, Buddha, and Dark Emotions which can help society to think positive to irradiate dark emotions which in turns helps in sustainable development

Now a day’s, money management - financial literacy becomes a foremost challenge faced by most of the developed and developing countries globally. The reviews evidenced that the monetary management level of the individual in India is low. This made the researcher to study the behavioural pattern of the monetary management. As enough research has been carried out by various researchers in this aspect, the researcher considered Coimbatore city which is listed as one of the smart city in India for her study. BACKGROUND COVID-19 id proving deadly for the people with underlying health conditions. It is important to make strategy according to the current scenario and leave some space for changes that are happening dynamically. SUMMARY COVID-19 and comorbidity are meant to prove lethal and accounts for maximum number of deaths in case fatalities induced due to COVID-19 complications. Diabetes tops the table with a quarter of fatalities are induced by it when in COVID-19 infection. Various post COVID-19 health implications are also increasing the need of awareness about preventive measures that must be followed by all the people and not by particular section. CONCLUSION More study needs to be done although present studies has already clarified about the deadly combination of COVID-19 and diabetes. Also nuanced aspects such as age wise and type wise segregation of data would serve the purpose of drawing more feasible containment model.
