Utilizing an Online News Portal to Enhance Student Writing Ability in Introductory Journalism Subjects 利用网络新闻门户提高学生新闻导论写作能力

. This study raises the theme of utilizing online news portals to improve students' writing abilities in Introductory Journalism courses. This research method was conducted qualitatively. The research implementation flow begins with planning coverage. Then proceed with editing and news evaluation. And news uploading is done as the final stage. The results showed that the application of the method of making an online news portal in an introductory journalism course greatly assisted students in understanding courses that began with the introduction of journalistic concepts. Then the introduction of the world of press work, and closed with the management of the student press through the news portal typed.net. in for differences in the characteristics of media and and introduction to journalistic

The Application of Sōgo Hyōka or Peer-Assessment on the Japanese Literature Introduction Sōgo Hyōka或同行评议在日本文献导论中的应用

This research is to examine how to enhance student ability to comprehend Japanese literature by applying the sōgo hyōka or peer-assessment method. Nowadays, students tend to not likely to read the textbooks such as the literature textbooks that impact to their understanding about the topics provided. The application of this method leads the student to figure out the topics of each meeting class. Students at the same time have to read the textbook and assess their colleague when presenting a topic. The students' attention is required not only just an audience but also as an assessor for colleagues. The results of this research reveal that student read the textbooks more actively and grasp the material well.

. Business Feasibility Study is a compulsory subject in the Faculty of Economics’ Management which 45% student taught hard to learning and 55% feel bored. Collaborative Learning Development Method for Data Structure Course Case Study : Students at Computer System Department Andalas University 数据结构课程的协同学习开发方法——以安达拉斯大学计算机系学生为例

. Majority of universities on today era had prioritize quality as both of culture and competitive advantage. Supporting one of the policies from the government in quality improvement, to apply competency standards in every department that possess behavior value, knowledge, general skills and specific skills. Due to such requirements, the curriculum design must be able to achieve competency objectives. This research is commencing collaborative learning learning method in class where in every meeting, the students are forming focus group discussion. In addition, the open source based ilearn media is being optimized for daily interaction and to distribute syllabus, course material, task assignment and completion. The result of the research shows that 62% respondent founds the ilearn media is very convenient, 31% respondents stated the media is apporiate. The percentage group of 47.67% from the students claimed the holistic comprehension, 45.35% asserted their general understanding and only small percentages 6.98 declare not grasp the concept. This matter is triggred by the absence of the students itself. The application of collaborayive learing method also able to stimulate the passion of learning in following description, 39.53% asserted their fully enthusiam, 45.35% stated eagerness and the rest 15.12% are less ardency. Significantly, this method is able to boost the learning style and also able to polish up the final mark in 55.81%, additionally formed the students softskill decently.

Adoption of Discovery Learning in Sharia Accounting Course 发现学习在伊斯兰教会计课程中的应用

This paper aims to evaluate discovery learning technique adopted in sharia accounting course offered. The research was conducted from January- June 2019 at one of three parallel classes for sharia accounting course offered by the Department of Accounting as an optional course for students sitting at the fourth semester. The finding of the research suggests that given the specificity of the course – integration between sharia and accounting fields, it might be better for the inductive technique of learning such as discovery learning is combined with other techniques such as case study- based learning, project-based learning and the conventional lecturing technique can be maintained to certain degree. Element of discovery learning is useful to stimulate students’ activeness in learning process. Case study-based learning will help improve their understanding in terms of calculations and technical accounting of different business contract models known in Islam. Hence, project-based learning helps students to deepen their understanding on the topic of their interest. Finally, maintain a conventional lecturing technique to a certain degree is important as the course contains element of sharia. Sharia principles and concepts are supposed to be taught by instructor in order to avoid misunderstanding of the basic concepts and principles, what allowed and not allowed according to sharia.

Online Learning as Policy to Increasing the Quality of Education Based on 4.0 Era in Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University 在线学习作为提高4.0时代教育质量的政策在苏丹阿贡蒂塔亚萨大学

. Industrial Revolution 4.0 era had an impact on changes the perspective in higher education especially to adjust what the industry needs. Entering the era disruptive or industrial revolution 4.0, Untirta tried to make a breakthrough of the goverment by developing the curriculum based on online learning. It has been determined by Rector Policy No. 2 2019 regarding Online Learning Organizations in Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. This policy will be apllying for all subject study, but for the beginning, it will be apply for General Courses Subject (MKU) first, where at least maximum 70% will be held ind online learning. However these system still used the quality standards of higher education’s Untirta. Based on qualitative approach, it was found that the lecturer were ready and agree, that the online learning had a positive effect on the development of education in Untirta. The problem that must be immediately addressed is, to increase the ability of lecturers to innovate, especially transfering materials study using animations or by interesting subject, in this case understanding of instructional communication becomes an important part that must be considered. Spada’s system give the big space for discussion and also it can be able to provide an explanation and to increase the intensity communication and teamwork between the lecturer and the students. The suggestion from this study is, the guidelines and quality standars for online learning should be established as an indicator to measure the effectiveness of the successful online learning in Untirta.

. Public speaking courses have taught that the importance of communicating well and can communicate with the public by being a good public speaker. Awareness of the ability to communicate in public also makes the Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Social Sciences Political Science, University of Andalas make public speaking courses as a compulsory subject for students. The course with the weights 3 credits. This requires the Department of Political Science student in order to be able to communicate well in public. Output is expected after the Department of Political Science's students learn public speaking is that will not only be good at politics and understand politics, but they are expected to become a political figure who knows how to convey the message to the audience. The method used is research of class action, which means the basic idea that a person / people doing research of this class action. This classroom action research using qualitative methods to describe data. The purpose of this study isdescribe the application SCL Discovery Learning methods in enhancing activity and learning achievement in public speaking courses Students Politics second semester.

Development of Electronic Learning Methods Using the Project-Based Learning Method 利用基于项目的学习方法开发电子学习方法

With the rapid development of science at this time and the criteria for recruitment of workers who need soft skills, the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) applying the Teacher Center Learning (TCL) method is no longer appropriate. The application of the Student Center Learning (SCL), which emphasizes on the ProjectBased Learning (PjBL) method is needed. The assessment is not only on hard skills (such as Tasks, Examinations, Exams, Exercises, Quizzes, group presentations, and Major Tasks) but also on soft skills. Using the SCL-PjBL method in PBM will be able to increase the maximum absorption of knowledge to students. Besides, the students must be prepared in terms of lecture material, which will be presented by more challenged lectures to be better prepared because the SCL-PjBL method makes more lecturers as facilitators. The results of the assessment of Electronics courses with the application of the SCL-PjBL method for 131 students in the 2018/2019 school year obtained an average score of soft skills of 72% from a 40% rating or 28.8 on a 100 scale.
