This article focuses on design of H.264 video encoding system basing on FPGA and MB86H46 and its application in modern radio and television field. Firstly, we introduces two important interfaces applied in broadcasting and television system: interface SDI and interface ASI, and analyze its key technology. Secondly, design of embodiment of H.264 video decoding system which bases on FPGA and MB86H46 clips are described, major components of this video decoding system are illustrated in detail. Finally, the design of the coding system has been tested and we give the test results and performance analysis.

The state observer is applied to measure the system state under certainty conditions. High performance closed loop control of a two-phase hybrid stepping motor needs accurate position information, but position sensors are restricted by the resolution, there will be quantization error in the position measurement, and the system dynamic performance is poor. In this paper, an asymptotic observer is proposed for a two-phase hybrid stepping motor, the rotor position is estimated by detecting the terminal voltage of the motor and the winding current, then the observed winding current and rotor position is feedback respectively to the input terminal of current controller and position controller. The simulation results show, compared with position sensor, state observer can improve the control performance of the system.

Rough set theory, proposed by Pawlak in 1982, has been conceived as an important mathematical tool to conceptualize and analyze different types of data. It is an extension of classical set theory for the research of systems marked by uncertain and incomplete information. In the paper, by using tolerance relation in original VPRS model proposed by Ziarko, a novel model of VPRS is proposed in set-valued information systems. The related important properties are also investigated.

At the environmental awareness in the level of the Internet of Things, the target sensing system gradually becomes an important technology. Therefore, some aspects are becoming the key to improve the quality of applications of the Internet of Things, such as the pretreatment, feature extraction, classifier and hardware realization and so on. In this study, on the basis of analysis of the specific noise source generation mechanism, different testing algorithms are used to carry out the acoustic signal pretreatment, feature extraction and classifier design, then testing algorithms used in each process are integrated to gain the best result. Ultimately, the specific target automatic detection system has been achieved, including adaptive filtering algorithms, wavelet energy feature, and similarity coefficient clustering algorithm.

This paper uses the BP neural network to analyze the defects of building ceramics, and researches the relationship between building ceramic defects and material. Hybrid electric locomotive is a new “green” train in railway traffic development, which have great energy saving. This paper presents a secondary development of ADVISOR software, and builds a hybrid electric locomotive model which includes six motor sub-models and axle load transfer sub-model. The control strategy of hybrid electric locomotive takes handle position control mode, controls the output power of engine and motors based on the required power of the train, and the charge and discharge of battery group to ensure the change of SOC between the right bounds, at the same time makes the engine work in optimum area, so decreases the fuel consumption effectively.

Under the background of developing low-carbon economy in the world, it has theoretical and reality significance to research the municipal solid waste multiple-recycle treatment system (MSWMRTS) and its benefit. Based on the defining the concept of benefit of MSWMRTS and its component, this paper has structured the inside benefit In-Out table of MSWMRTS and set up the In-Out model of inside benefit through entering the balance item in accordance with Input-Output Analysis. According to the related data of MSW treatment system in Beijing, the author tested and verified the model and obtained the results that the MSW treatment system of Beijing is a higher multiple-recycle system and it has intangible benefit when the system running.

In this paper, an incremental spam images filtering (ISIF) approach based on visual similarity is proposed as one solution to two important realistic problems not dealt well by the existing spam image filtering techniques. One problem is how to update a model efficiently. Another is how to deal with the lack of normal email images. The basic idea of the ISIF approach is to incrementally learn what spam images look like through clustering spam images and selecting their representative images (RI), and then use the RI to classify unknown images. An ISIF filter can be updated by adding new RI, which can be done efficiently because the retraining process only focuses on the missed spam images rather than on expanded training data. Since the ISIF approach only cares about spam images, it avoids the difficulty of collecting enough normal email images. The experimental results on a real dataset for spam image filtering problem show that the incremental filter based on the ISIF approach can effectively detect spam images with high accuracy along with low false positive rate.

In a global marketplace, improving company performance requires timely, accurate information to support corporate decisions related to internal and external asset utilization. For the Cotton Textile Industry in China we have assessed the extent of automation system maturity using performance metrics using an information-based Evaluation Indicator Architecture (EIA). Our EIA for Industrial Automation System (IAS) utilizes different enterprise architecture views to identify generic and partial hierarchic structures for evaluation of Key Success Factors tailored for a specific industry.
