It is possible that human and computer give a different recognition results in facial expression recognition. This paper points out that one class of expression may be induced of various mental inducements, so it is more important to judge the inducements of a facial expression than to identify the class of a facial expression. In this paper, two local regions such as mouth and eye that are extracted from CED-WYU(1.0). The mouth images are used to analyze the expression inducements. And the experiment results explain our understanding about expression recognition.

This article introduces an algorithm for passive detection and location of air defense threats, based on dynamic Bayesian networks. The algorithm can be applied to mobile robot swarms and uses data on the loss of communication with a UAV for the detection and location of passive enemy air defense threats. The article describes the algorithm and illustrates its work by example.

When Existed Web Services can't meet the requirement of server consumer, a failure will occur. To solve the problem, this paper proposes an adaptive selection model for Web Services selection model. The model can calculate the strength of user's constraints, and tentatively modify the constraints. The model can select the most appropriate Web Services for services consumer, and improved the success rate of services selection.

In this paper, the Settling time of PLL are analyzed. Present a Millimeter-Wave Frequency Agile Synthesizer based on PPL with DDS interpolated; add the module of VCO voltage presets to changing the settling time controlled by MCU and DAC. Using this scheme, the frequency synthesizer is designed, and its output signal at the frequency range of 35–36Ghz with step of 10MHZ, Frequency-hopping time<1us, and the phase noise performances in the above frequency range are better than −80dbc/hz@1khz.

Based on the algorithm and control strategies of automatic transmission in the Truck, electronic control unit (ECU) are designed. Furthermore, a design model is applied to optimize shift quality and also to reduce test time. The circuit diagram of electronic control unit (ECU) hardware composes of power supply module, signal input channels, signal output channels, data storage module, driver circuits, and communication interface module. They are designed and then ECU hardware is manufactured. Installed in TEREX TR100 mining truck, the test results of ECU system is satisfied and worked stably and reliably.
基于卡车自动变速器的算法和控制策略,设计了电控单元(ECU)。在此基础上,建立了优化换挡质量和缩短试验时间的设计模型。ECU (electronic control unit)硬件电路图由电源模块、信号输入通道、信号输出通道、数据存储模块、驱动电路、通信接口模块等组成。首先进行设计,然后进行ECU硬件的制造。ECU系统安装在TEREX TR100矿用卡车上,测试结果令人满意,工作稳定可靠。

Content-Distributed Network is called in another way Content Delivery Network (CDN). In CDN a new layer of network architecture is added to the original ones. The managers of webs send the updated information to the nodes which are nearest to users so that users can obtain it more quickly. That means the information in one server is sent to several server which is near to users. CDN avoids network congestion and increases the speed of visiting. CDN is suitable for the networks which have narrow bandwidth, large traffic and uneven-distributed nodes. Now CDN can support not only static words and graphs but also Streaming Media. In the future CDN will have a promising market.

This paper made the edge reconstruction of the aircraft engine. First, collected rough point cloud data by using visual measuring equipment. Then, smoothed and filtered the point cloud data, took the reasonable simplification, finished pre-processing the point cloud data. Finally, non-uniform B-spline wavelet algorithm was used for acquisition feature point of blades' edge, and took the digital model. The results proved that this method reduced modeling and machining time, and improved smoothness of the model.

Data for automated manufacturing systems becomes more and more available in digital form. But still it may not be reused throughout all levels of a factory and during the complete life cycle of such systems because of various different machine readable formats and no formalized semantics of the data. Misinterpretations of the data result in inconsistencies, redundancies and a lot of inefficient work and evitable cost. This paper proposes a solution, how information may be read, interpreted and related to other information by using semantic techniques. The presented solution is evolutionary, respects existing heterogeneous semantic concepts and allows a stepwise enrichment of semantic content. Then this refined data may be used for the existing production information systems and as a basis for the digital factory, a concept of a data collection and a comprehensive network of digital models, methods and tools that enable the simulation of a factory in advance without producing physical prototypes.

Supply chain is an open, dynamic and complex system impacted by a lot of uncertainty factors. Power supply chain is no exception. In this paper, adopting the theories and methods of system engineering, we establish a robust optimal operation model for China electric power supply chain in the context of uncertain coal prices and electricity demands. The uncertainty of coal price is modeled as a symmetrical, continual and limited interval, and the uncertain demands are described as a scenario set with certain probability. Then, numerical examples are presented and the results show that the two kinds of uncertainties within a certain range only reduce the profits of related enterprise, while the operation strategy of supply chain is constant, that is, the model provided is robust.
