This paper is incidental to a research program of finding an automation system to govern the civil flight corridors in which the instrumentality of human agency is all but totally devolved onto a complex, multi-layered data electro-mathematical analyzer. Six major actualities comprising of dimensionality, probabilisticality, conflict detection, conflict resolution, maneuvering, global multiplicity of aircraft management, have become the focus of the proposed automation. The un-touched bench mark discourse of the prevalency of an “orderer-ordered” intercommunication between the aircraft agents and the Air Traffic Control meta-agent(s) has been kept sacrosanct for a variety of reasons to avert an over-revolutionary discourse change in a sphere of trafficking where any probable risk entails extraordinary losses of all sorts. A cutaneously rigid, layerized maths-speech act programming adapted by the present authors makes it feasible in the format of Prolog to deliver the responsibility of a mono-controller only capable of being in touch with just one flying object at each real-time instance on to some machine governing “more-than-several” aerospace SUSPENDING DOTS at the very same real-time instance.

In order to solve the problem of integrated verification of the system's function properties, time performance and spatial performance, an Integrated Verification Process Algebra (IVPA) for Time and Spatial Performance is presented by this paper. The syntax and semantic of the IVPA is defined, that offer potential for automation or machine-assistance of model simplification. Case study results show that the IVPA and its verification approach can satisfy the modeling of systems, reasoning about the system's state space, and integrated verification of the time and spatial performance.

The evaluation of roundness based on the maximum inscribed circle method is an important method suitable for the circle with the maximum material condition like an internal bore. The maximum inscribed circle is determined by three data points according to the criteria of the maximum inscribed circle. The mathematical formulae has been developed for the establishment of the center of the maximum inscribed circle. A quick algorithm has been proposed for solving maximum inscribed circle. There is no principle error or method error in the results calculated by the formulae. Three examples are given in the paper. The validated results show that the method gives an efficient approach to solve the roundness problems on the maximum inscribed circle, especially when the number of data points is large.

Aiming at the lack of quantitative research of configuration improvement upon ship maintenance costs presently, the hedonic price theory is put forward into this paper on the basis of analyzing heterogeneity characteristics of the ship maintenance activities. And the configuration improvement can be seen as a hedonic of ship maintenance costs as well as others, and then quantified under the quantification principle. Based on the above work, the hedonic model of ship maintenance cost is established based on the Box-Cox transformed combinated data to analyze the influence of configuration improvement upon ship maintenance cost. The empirical results of this hedonic model show that the flexibility coefficient exceeds 1 all the time, and steps down while the numerical value of configuration improvement ascends. The results indicate that the ship maintenance cost grows faster than the degree of configuration improvement, but this trend is slowing in long term.

This study analyzes the internal control of electronic commerce enterprises in China. At first, the paper reveals some problems on the internal control of these enterprises such as the bad conditions, lacking risk management, the unsound supervision system and so on. And then, this paper suggests that e-commerce enterprises should improve corporation governance, actively evaluate operating risks and financial risks, and better the supervision system of the internal control.

Discharge prediction is an essential component in water management systems. To obtain an accurate prediction model, we need a good preprocessing method for extracting actually important features of the discharge data. Thus, we propose a new combinational method which integrates Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Wavelet Decomposition. The processed discharge data from both methods are then used as input for two classification methods, namely Backpropagation Neural Networks and Multiple Linear Regression. In our experiment, we tested our method based on the real world data from the Phetchaburi river basin, Thailand. The obtained model achieved lower error rate than ones from other existing methods.

In this paper, the Hermitian positive definite solutions of the nonlinear matrix equations X + A*X−qA = Q and X − A*X−qA = Q are discussed where q∈(0,1]. Some sufficient conditions for the existence of Hermitian positive definite solutions for these equations are derived. A sufficient condition for X + A*X−qA = Q is given to have a unique Hermitian positive definite solution. The perturbation analysis for X − A*X−qA = Q is discussed at last.

The authors use the weighting summation of rapidity, maneuverability and seakeeping as the sub-objective function of ship navigation performances reliability; By using the weighting summation of static and dynamic properties reliability as other sub-objective function, The weighting summation of these 2 sub-objective functions is just the general objective function. In this paper, a parallel multi-processing genetic complex algorithm(PM-C-GA) has been put forward based on genetic algorithm and complex algorithm. This algorithm applied effectively to optimize the mechanics performance reliability of high-speed mono-hull ship.

This paper presents a new validity index for validation of the fuzzy partitions generated by the fuzzy c-means algorithm. The proposed validity index is based on the compactness and separation measure. The compactness measure is defined as the weighted square deviation of the intra cluster, and the separation measure is defined as the distance for the different fuzzy sets. There are high expectations of a large degree compactness and separation among clusters for a good fuzzy partition. The contrast experimental results with various indices show that the proposed index is more robust to the noise and can identify clusters with different densities and sizes.
