How to choose the kernel function of the SVM classifier and function's parameters affects system's generalization and operating speed directly. It takes Cross Validation and Grid Search to validate the performance of Radial Basis Kernel, Polynomial Kernel and Sigmoid Kernel functions in Multi-class Classification, which can not only deduce the capability of SVM but also prove the effectiveness of Grid Search in finding optimized characteristics. Finally, the three SVM classifier kernel functions are used to classify BSQ remote sensing images in TM6 band, and the experimental data prove their feasibility and high efficiency.

With the development of quantum communication, the many-particle quantum state teleportation has been searched, and many progresses were achieved. In recent years, eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) already has become a research focus in the recent years because of its economic significance. In actual engineering practice, parsing technologies for XBRL taxonomy are under the spotlight because they are the key factors that affect the performance of business software systems. Thus, in this paper, the principle of typical parsing models available for XBRL taxonomy are analyzed at first, and then quantitative analysis for respective business scenarios is provided by parsing the real XBRL taxonomy using those parsing models under the same condition (the same machine, the same programming language and the same compiling environment). Through the quantitative analysis, we found that those parsing models are hard to satisfy the needs of the actual XBRL project. Therefore, at last of this paper, a new parsing model for XBRL taxonomy is proposed, and the performance data are provided. Those analysis and comparison results have certain practical meaning and reference value for analogous projects.

In multi-intersection urban traffic environment, conventional fixed-time traffic signal control methods expose low performance when face with complex and stochastic traffic conditions which caused by the interaction among multiple intersections. A Q-learning based traffic signal control model is proposed to deal with time-varying and stochastic traffic flow problem, which takes advantage of the specialty of autonomous learning inherent in Q-learning. The capacity of discovering autonomously optimal control policy corresponding to varying traffic conditions and no fixed mathematic control model is needed are the major advantages of this method. The experiment results in simulation environment also demonstrate this method is applicable and effective.

Focusing on feature extraction of non-stationary vibration signals in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of gear pump, the fault diagnosis approach based on empirical mode decomposition method and kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) and support vector machines (SVM) is proposed. The improved empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method is used to decompose the mechanical equipment output signal into a number of intrinsic mode function (IMF) components and a residue component, and calculated ten dimensionless parameters of each IMF and residue component, then extract result from the original parameters by using KPCA, at last the kernel principal component is classified by inputting the new feature vector to SVM for training and recognizing. The simulation and experiment results show that the advanced method is effective in restraining end effect, and the analysis result of gear pump vibration signals in different conditions validate the method is effective.

To reduce the theoretical error which brings by the present cam working sheet drawing methods, this paper uses the AutoCAD software to precisely draw high precision cam working contour sheet, and uses the CAXA wire cutting software to generate the G code procedure automatically. The process how to use the wire cutting machine to manufacture plate high precision cam is discussed, and the manufacturing precision of high precision cam has effectively achieved.

This study is aimed at designing the optimal injection system parameters of common rail diesel engine based on the experiment design theory and the response surface approximate model. First, the spray and combustion simulation model in the FIRE are validated and collated, and the relationship between the parameter C2 of the KH-RT model and nozzle configuration was concluded, enhancing the simulation precision of the model. Then, the central composite method is used to design the experimental matrix for the parameters and the software FIRE is used to calculate. The economic-based comprehensive objective function is established using the response surface approximation technique. The approximate model is optimized, combining global optimization and local optimization methods together and the optimum combination of the parameters of the injection system is obtained, which reduced preferable the work of the parameters design of the common rail diesel engine injection system.

With the analysis of SWIR and NIR spectral space, and based on the Short Wave Perpendicular Water Stress Index (SPSI) of which was constructed by Abduwasit Ghulam. The SPSI was applied in the soil moisture retrieval during the growing period of wheat in April with full cover condition. The result showed there is a high correlation coefficient between SPSI and soil moisture in 0–30 cm, and has been tested that the SPSI has a potential in the soil moisture retrieval under full cover condition.

Automatic refactoring techniques guarantee the correctness and effectiveness for the transformation of legacy software systems. Existing techniques are not effective to identify refactoring opportunities because of the complexity of composite refactoring and the behavior preservation for Aspect-Oriented refactoring. To address these challenges, we design EXTRACTOR, which is an extensible framework to identify Aspect-Oriented refactoring opportunities. In the framework, the bad smell detector provides significant query ability to detect bad smells, while the template manager enables the customization of bad smell and composite refactoring. Then refactoring opportunities are identified using logic transformation managed by EXTRACTOR Constructor. All these functionalities are based on the logic query engine, which manages the logic representation of programs. Finally we illustrate the effectiveness of the framework using case study.
