MODERNIZATION OF A PRESS EXTRUDER FOR EXTRUDING PERMANENT GRAIN CROPS 压榨永久性粮食作物的压榨机的现代化

In this article, the grain and non-grain parts of perennial cereal crops are considered as raw materials for extrusion, the technological parameters of the cold and hot extrusion process are presented, their comparative characteristics are given, and the advantages and disadvantages are identified. The design of the press extruder and its functional diagram are considered. Based on the identified problem of uneven wear of the screw coils, the modernization of the E-1500 extruder was proposed, which consists in replacing the solid screw with a prefabricated one.

PHYSICOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF THE LACTOSE-FREE COMPOSITION OF ROYAL JELLY WITH DRONE BROOD DURING STORAGE 蜂卵蜂王浆无乳糖成分贮藏期间的理化参数研究

The article presents data on the dynamics of the physicochemical parameters of the composition of drone brood and royal jelly adsorbed on a mixture of starch and glucose (96:4). It is shown that the studied indicators, with the exception of the oxidizability index and the pH value, remain satisfactorily for one year. Changes in pH and oxidizability require further study.

This article analyzes the changes that lay the real foundations for social changes of the economically active part of the Russian population, i.e. merchants. An example of a shape-changer is the expansion of his participation in the political and public life of the country. The process is extremely contradictory and eventually turned out to be incomplete by the end of the XVII century, which was predetermined by the changed vector of Russia's historical development.

INVESTIGATION OF PLASTIC DEFORMATION OF WELDED JOINTS IN FOOD ENGINEERING 食品工程中焊接接头塑性变形研究

The paper considers the mechanism of plastic deformation of welded joints determined by the flow bands on low-carbon steel when welding elements of variable stiffness in food engineering. The influence of the width of the welded sheet metal on low-temperature plastic deformation is studied in the article, the shapes of plates that have lost stability are considered. The deformations of the sheet when it is welded to a rigid frame are presented. The parameters of the mode of mechanized welding in CO2 and the power introduced into the welded joint are given.

PROSPECTS OF USING UAVS IN AGRICULTURE 无人机在农业中的应用前景

The purpose of the study: Regularized solutions for intelligent agriculture, including the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), are considered for agricultural applications. UAVs combine information and communication technologies, robots, artificial intelligence, big data and the Internet of Things. Agricultural UAVs have great capabilities, and their use has expanded in all areas of agriculture, including pesticide and fertilizer spraying, seed sowing, as well as growth assessment and mapping. Accordingly, it is expected that the agricultural UAV market will continue to grow with the corresponding technologies. The article discusses the latest trends and areas of application of advanced technologies related to agricultural UAVs, control technologies, equipment and developments. Variants of the use of UAVs in real agricultural conditions on the example of the Kaliningrad region are given.
