DIFFUSION OF A CRYOPROTECTANT THROUGH THE MEMBRANE OF REPRODUCTIVE CELLS 冷冻保护剂通过生殖细胞膜的扩散

In order to develop a new technology for low-temperature preservation of fish reproductive cells, and sturgeon fish in particular, mathematical modeling of acoustic impact on biological objects has been performed. A mathematical model of cryoprotectant diffusion through the reproductive cell membrane is constructed. It is assumed that a special piezoactuator creates an acoustic field in the cryoprotectant. By virtue of this, the corresponding velocity field of the environment is assumed to be set. The resulting boundary value problem is solved numerically using the finite element method.

ISSUES OF IMPORT SUBSTITUTION OF SPRING RACKS OF CULTIVATORS 栽培机弹簧架进口替代问题

The article outlines the practical issues of ensuring import substitution of cultivator spring tines. The relevance, laboriousness and capabilities of domestic manufacturers are noted. Selected samples of racks that require import substitution. Volumes are estimated. The possibilities of domestic production are analyzed. Problems related to heat treatment technologies, fatigue strength tests are noted. The nature of the search work to improve technologies that provide the necessary cyclic strength of about 1.5 million loading cycles is determined. A comprehensive work plan with the use of domestic equipment is proposed.

IMPROVING THE POWER CHARACTERISTICS OF A DIESEL ENGINE 改善柴油机的动力特性

The article is devoted to an urgent problem – reducing the use of diesel fuel and increasing the power characteristics of an existing engine. This can be achieved by adding new components. By introducing a water-methanol mixture into the fuel supply system, we get an increase in torque and a decrease in detonation.

The study of the formation and functioning of the urinary system begins with evolution, phylo- and ontogenesis. In the course of evolution, cats have developed some features that lead to problems with the urinary system. Probably, problems with this system appeared after malnutrition and livelihoods of the feline. In this article, a literature review of the structural features of the urinary system in cats over time was carried out.

The article is devoted to the study of fatigue failure processes of iron-carbon alloys. The aim of the work was to develop a methodology for calculating and constructing diagrams of fatigue failure of iron-based alloys. A method has been developed to calculate the stresses arising at the mouth of a growing crack during fatigue failure of a sample fixed cantilevered and subjected to cyclic bending.
