The design of industrial zones and facilities, closed and open, in the agro-industrial sector must be comprehensive, systemic, and meet the requirements of modern robotics and electronics. An essential aspect of this complex is landscape design as a factor in the harmonization of industrial facilities and the implementation of ergonomics. Landscape design not only performs an aesthetic function of production, but also provides a high level of comfortable environment, based on life-saving technologies, taking into account employees and workers with disabilities. Modeling space, taking into account the nominal functioning of vehicles, special equipment, levels and slopes, as well as the use of types of road surfaces are aspects of the organization of the environment.

The article presents the results of the study of the pharmacological efficiency of the hepatoprotective drug phytosomin in experimental ammonia intoxication of broiler chickens. The conducted studies have determined that phytosomin contributes to an increase in body weight gain in poultry, and its preventive use allows to increase the period of manifestation of clinical signs of ammonia intoxication and their severity, to reduce pathological changes in the organs of the respiratory and circulatory systems.

The article presents data on the effect of feed additives on the membrane-stabilizing effect in ciliates. Various combinations of feed additive components and the most optimal ratio of components providing a pronounced stabilizing effect are presented, the biological properties of plant fibers enhanced with hepatoprotective and desensitizing substances are described. The biological activity of the feed additive was established, which was confirmed by the length of the stopping dose and the integrity of the cell membrane.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND BIOLOGICAL VALUE ANALYSIS OF SEMI-PRODUCT FROM SKIMMED MILK WITH ADDITION OF LICORICE EXTRACT 添加甘草提取物的脱脂奶半成品化学成分及生物学价值分析

This article presents a solution for problem of complete and efficient use of milk derived products, implementation of wasteless processing technology principles for raw materials, development of new food product technology with complete use of milk raw material components. Such principles will allow efficient use of secondary milk raw materials and also will lead to energy saving, minimal labor and financial costs in technological process assurance. The research results for development of semi-product on the basis of skimmed milk with addition of licorice extract, its chemical composition and biological value are considered. Possibility of usage of this semi-product at restaurants, as well as benefits of such usage are proved, in particular as follows: diversification, increasing of products quality, diminishing of technological process stages amount, diminishing of raw materials transportation and storage costs, improvement of sanitary condition and operation of an enterprise within a year, solving the problem of shortfall of protein substances in population nutrition.

ANALYSIS OF GRAIN PROPERTIES IN RELATION TO THE PROCESS OF SEPARATING GRAIN AFTER HARVESTING BY THE TOW METHOD 用拖法分离收获后谷物的过程与谷物特性的关系分析

One of the most important stages of grain harvesting and processing is its post-harvest processing. The quality of the post-harvest processing determines its safety, as well as its quality characteristics. The article considers the properties of a grain heap that affect the separation process. Wheat grain was analyzed for the amount of weed and grain impurities of varieties: "Gift to Crimea" and "Premier", harvested by a new unit for harvesting by the method of combing on the vine. It has been determined that the amount of weed in the grain after the unit is 16-17%, which is 5-10% more than after traditional combine harvesting and a stripping header aggregated with a combine. The size of the weed was also determined by sifting through a set of sieves with a diameter of 6 mm, 4 mm, 3.5 mm, 3 mm, 2 mm, 1.5 mm.
