INFLUENCE OF IR DRYING OF THE MUSCLE PART OF THE BLACK SLEEP (HERMETIA ILLUCENS) LARHA ON THE CONTENT OF THE PROTEIN COMPLEX 黑睡眠(hermetia illucens) larha肌肉部分干燥对蛋白质复合物含量的影响

The article presents the results of an experimental experience in determining the optimal conditions for drying the studied raw materials. The results of physical and chemical studies of the biomass of black soldier fly larvae used in the production of animal feed are presented. Experimental studies carried out at different temperatures, layer thicknesses and air flow rates in an infrared dryer showed that the optimal parameters for drying the muscle part of black soldier larvae in order to maximize the preservation of the amino acid composition and minimize the drying time were obtained at a temperature of 70 ° C, a layer thickness of 2 mm, speed flow 3 m/s. Such modes of drying the muscle part of black soldier larvae should be considered rational.

It is necessary to use the up-to-date methods of processing raw materials to solve the problem of a relevance of nutritional composition of the food stuff to the requirements of the WHO, of an enrichment of food stuff with biologically active substances and of an introduction of low- and non-waste technologies. The safety of the use of ozone for food processing was justified. The mechanisms of the ozone effect on protein substances and a list of parameters for the ozonation process have been established. There were identified directions for further research.

THE RESULTS OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE DRUG SILIOSTIN ON LINEAR AND STRUCTURAL INDICATORS OF THE FEMORAL DIAPHYSIS IN BROILER CHICKENS 水飞蓟素对肉鸡股骨干线性和结构指标的影响

The article presents research on the study of the osteotropic effect of the drug siliostin by assessing the linear and structural parameters of the femur bone. A comparative analysis of such indicators as the mass and length of the femur bone, as well as the width at the site of the anatomical localization of the epiphyses and diaphyses was carried out. A macroscopic evaluation and comparison of the compact layer of bone tissue on segmental cuts was performed. It has been determined that the introduction of siliostin into the diet of broiler chickens has a pronounced osteotropic effect, as evidenced by the obtained results such as an increase in the mass of the femur bones in the experimental group by 15.3-17.0%, the width of the epiphyses and diaphyses of the femur bones by 3, 3–10.2%, thickening of the compact layer of the femur bones in 1.86 times

A comparative analysis of such indicators as the mass and length of the femur bone, as well as the width at the site of the anatomical localization of the epiphyses and diaphyses was carried out. A macroscopic evaluation and comparison of the compact layer of bone tissue on segmental cuts was performed.
