Every year the need for online education is growing, but the practical skills and abilities that students receive during laboratory work in classical online education are being lost. Therefore, the possibility of remote laboratory and practical work within the educational process is a trend of the future. Currently, there are no similar laboratory facilities either in Russia or abroad. The article shows one of the examples of how remote access to laboratory facilities located within the walls of the university can be organized.

The article considers the topic of the development of vertical urban agricultural farms in large cities. The analysis of the experience of designing urban agricultural farms in the world practice is carried out and the regional features of designing such facilities in Rostov-on-Don are considered. Based on the analysis of modern trends in the design of vertical urban agricultural farms, three different typological models of these objects are proposed, considering the urban planning aspect of the placement. In conclusion, the authors argue that vertical agriculture is a promising direction for the development of the agricultural sector, which is much broader than just the term "urban agriculture".

It is necessary to use the up-to-date methods of processing raw materials to solve the problem of a relevance of nutritional composition of the food stuff to the requirements of the WHO, of an enrichment of food stuff with biologically active substances and of an introduction of low- and non-waste technologies. The safety of the use of ozone for food processing was justified. The mechanisms of the ozone effect on protein substances and a list of parameters for the ozonation process have been established. There were identified directions for further research.

The article presents research on the study of the osteotropic effect of the drug siliostin by assessing the linear and structural parameters of the femur bone. A comparative analysis of such indicators as the mass and length of the femur bone, as well as the width at the site of the anatomical localization of the epiphyses and diaphyses was carried out. A macroscopic evaluation and comparison of the compact layer of bone tissue on segmental cuts was performed. It has been determined that the introduction of siliostin into the diet of broiler chickens has a pronounced osteotropic effect, as evidenced by the obtained results such as an increase in the mass of the femur bones in the experimental group by 15.3-17.0%, the width of the epiphyses and diaphyses of the femur bones by 3, 3–10.2%, thickening of the compact layer of the femur bones in 1.86 times
