The need for digital transformation of Russian education presupposes the development of new, including online teaching methods, information and digital interactive technologies and means of communication. The purpose of the article is to summarize the experience of remote conducting of all types of classes in the discipline "Physics". The analysis of such experience and the results of testing various teaching methods and interactive technologies contributes to the identification of optimal methods of conducting classes of various types online and technical solutions for their implementation. The article provides systematic information on the organization of distance learning in the discipline "Physics" at the Don State Technical University; specific recommendations are given on the methodology of conducting all types of classes and the organization of control over the assimilation of material by students.

The article provides an analysis of the technologies for the production of feed for cattle - extrusion, granulation, expansion. The paper assesses the various qualities and characteristics of technologies. Theoretical data characterizing the processes of extrusion, granulation, expansion are given. And also patents of extruders providing a reduction in the energy intensity of the process are considered.

HIGH-TEMPERATURE TREATMENT OF GRAIN CROPS 粮食作物的高温处理

The article presents an overview of the main methods of high-temperature processing of grain crops, which allows to improve digestibility, taste, and increase the nutritional value of raw materials with the right technology: microwave heating, IR heating, ohmic heating, high pressure and steam exposure. As raw materials for high-temperature processing, cereals, including perennial ear crops, are considered: perennial winter wheat (Trititrigia) variety “Pamyati Lyubimovoy» and Wheatgrass gray variety "Sova".

LOGISTIC CENTER’S SIMULATION MODELING 物流中心仿真建模

The activities of logistic business, specialized in cargo transportation by trucks, were considered in the article. A simulation modelling of some processes occurring in a cargo delivery strategy using an intermediate cargo handling point was carried out. A discrete-events model was designed in AnyLogic Personal Learning Edition version 8.7 that assumes the simulated system's representation as a process, that is, an operations' sequence performed on agents. A truck unloading stage simulation model was designed, which includes vehicles' arrival process, vehicles' unloading process, cargo's moving process to the warehouse and subsequent vehicles' departure from the warehouse center's territory. This made it possible to select the optimal parameters and characteristics, describing the warehouse's activities. This simulation model's design is a preliminary stage of modeling the prefabricated order formation processes and its loading and the warehouse activity's entire model.

APPLICATION OF OZONE TECHNOLOGY TO INCREASE YIELDS IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX 臭氧技术在农工综合体增产中的应用

The article presents new corona discharge devices for treating seeds and crops with an ozone-air mixture and irrigation water containing ozone. Seed treatment before sowing protects plants from harmful bacteria and insects, which reduces product quality. The issues of crop preservation during ozone treatment in grain storage bins were also considered. The paper proposes a device and a functional scheme for processing seeds, seedlings and grain, developed by the authors.

The productivity of animals is completely dependent on the state of the farm's food supply, that is, on the ability to provide animals with feed, taking into account their productivity and age. Feed plays a crucial role not only as the main source of animal productivity, but also largely characterizes the production efficiency of the industry, since more than 50% of the costs fall on feeding.

In this article, the authors reflected the use of scientific achievements of scientists of Kazakhstan in the educational process of the Educational Program "Robotics and mechatronics". The article discusses the main characteristics of the tracking electric hydraulic drive, obtained using calculation formulas and built on mat lab. When studying the characteristics, leaks in the cavities of the hydraulic cylinder of the joints of the lower extremities of the exoskeleton, the influence of connecting wires and energy losses were not taken into account.

INFLUENCE OF IR DRYING OF THE MUSCLE PART OF THE BLACK SLEEP (HERMETIA ILLUCENS) LARHA ON THE CONTENT OF THE PROTEIN COMPLEX 黑睡眠(hermetia illucens) larha肌肉部分干燥对蛋白质复合物含量的影响

The article presents the results of an experimental experience in determining the optimal conditions for drying the studied raw materials. The results of physical and chemical studies of the biomass of black soldier fly larvae used in the production of animal feed are presented. Experimental studies carried out at different temperatures, layer thicknesses and air flow rates in an infrared dryer showed that the optimal parameters for drying the muscle part of black soldier larvae in order to maximize the preservation of the amino acid composition and minimize the drying time were obtained at a temperature of 70 ° C, a layer thickness of 2 mm, speed flow 3 m/s. Such modes of drying the muscle part of black soldier larvae should be considered rational.
