The problems associated with the introduction of innovations in the implementation of the import substitution program are analyzed. The necessity of considering managerial innovations as regulators providing dynamic balance (consistency) between the processes of functioning and development of the economic object of the building complex is substantiated. The concept of creative and innovative management is given. The features of the emergence and nature of innovative problem situations are considered. It is proposed to solve innovative problem situations the formation of organizational and economic mechanisms implemented through the redistribution of functions, tasks and economic responsibility between the structural blocks and elements of the economic system of enterprises in the construction industry.

The article provides an analysis of the use of OLAP technology in the design of modular objects based on information modeling technologies, presents the classification and systematization of information models of modular elements of maximum readiness. The purpose of this study is to develop and analyze a data model for the most effective data management of an information model of a capital construction object both at the design stage and at subsequent stages of the life cycle. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to take into account not only the features and attributes of information models, but also the key characteristics of modular design, including elements of the MEG within the existing tools for systematization of digital data. As a result, the impact of using OLAP cubes to represent a modular object at all stages of the life cycle is considered. New possibilities and advantages of using the OLAP data management model of the information model of the capital construction object are presented. The directions of further research are formulated.

The article presents a numerical and analytical solution to the problem of optimizing compressed rods according to the criterion of the maximum critical load with a possible loss of stability in two planes. We consider a wooden bar of rectangular cross section, the height of which varies according to a linear law, and the width is constant. The calculation is performed in an elastic formulation. A constraint on the constancy of the rod mass is introduced. Variable parameters are the ratio of the minimum section height to the maximum, as well as the ratio of the section width to the maximum height. Numerical search for the optimal solution is performed in the MATLAB environment using the method of sequential quadratic programming. It has been established that the use of rods with a cross-sectional height that varies linearly along the length is effective only if the rod is fixed in at least one of the planes according to the “pinched-free end” scheme. It has been established that the increase in the critical load when using rods with a linearly varying cross-sectional height can be up to 22%.

Statement of the problem. The objective of the study is to reveal the influence of climatic factors (heat aging, UV irradiation, humidity) on the performance of fiberboard. Results. The results of experimental studies of the operational properties of fiberboard exposed to moisture, heat aging, and UV radiation are presented. The research results are based on the main provisions of the thermal fluctuation theory. Conclusions. The set of studies carried out sufficiently demonstrates the effect of climatic aging on the performance properties of fiberboard. During research, it was revealed that climatic aging has a detrimental effect on fiberboard, namely, the bonds between the filler particles are broken, because of which there is a complex decrease in the strength and resistance of the material to other climatic influences.

Statement of the problem. Under the conditions of intensive development of the world road transport infrastructure, there is currently a shortage of high-quality road construction materials. One of the key solutions to address this problem is to use stabilized soil with inorganic binder to make the pavement construction. Results. The paper presents an overview of the study results in evaluating the ability to use stabilized soil with inorganic binders, and other inorganic adhesives combinations for pavement construction. The study also shows the different levels of indicators of cement-stabilized soil combined Evocrete ST additive. Conclusions. It can be seen that the effectiveness of using Evocrete ST additive with a content of 3-5 % combining cement to stabilize the soil. The study proposes to use cement-stabilized soil combined Evocrete ST additive to make different type of pavement constructions.

Statement of the problem. The article analyzes the stylistic trends of some objects built in Voronezh at the turn of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Results. A comparative analysis of architectural and artistic features and stylistic orientation of design solutions of objects, their impact on the urban environment and the formation of the architectural appearance of Voronezh is carried out. Conclusions. Construction of some objects at the turn of this period and purposeful search for an artistic image in building architecture enormously enriched the cityscape and made it more appealing and diverse.

Statement of the problem. Development of a practical calculation model of reinforced concrete structures in torsion with bending of square cross-sections, most fully reflecting the features of the actual work of the structures. Results. The bearing capacity criterion from the intensity of the limit deformations and projection diagrams of complex elastoplastic tensors of compressed concrete in the calculation model of reinforced concrete structures under the joint action of forces for the constructed bilinear spatial crack is obtained. The reactions from the deformation effect of concrete and reinforcement in a crack were determined using the deformation effect and a dual-console element. The hypothesis of relative angular deformations for deplanation and gradients in the fracture was proposed. Here crack opening is the accumulation of relative concentrated mutual displacements of reinforcement and concrete. Conclusions. In the spatial section, the limit deformations were obtained by projecting the diagram of complex elastoplastic tensors of compressed concrete. The internal stresses from the deformation effects of concrete and reinforcement in the crack were found. The article includes an important algorithm and numerical example.

Statement of the problem. The article considers the task of developing a modern theory for creating technologies for processing large-tonnage dispersed materials and technogenic products using non-firing technologies in the industry and road construction as structural layers of roads. Results. We applied the Deryagin-Landau equation, supplemented by introducing the potential of induction and dispersion intermolecular interaction in diffuse layers of composite particles to predict the strength characteristics of building materials. We propose the diagnostics of raw materials, taking into account the energy of dehydration, which makes it possible to predict their binding properties and the ability to contact-condensation hardening. We obtained a regression dependence of the change in the strength of the resulting material on technological parameters and showed that the main contribution to the strength characteristics is made by pressing pressure, temperature and mixing time. Conclusions. We proved the effectiveness of using a mathematical model for optimizing the process of obtaining lime-sand phosphogypsum material. We showed the prospects for the application of the proposed provisions of the theory of aggregative stability of dispersed mineral materials in the creation of new materials with desired properties that meet the requirements of modern construction of buildings, structures and pavement bases.
