BEARING CAPACITY CALCULATION OVER INCLINED SECTIONS OF A TWO-LAYER T-BAR ELEMENT WITH HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE IN A COMPRESSED ZONE WITHOUT TRANSVERSE REINFORCEMENT 无横向配筋压缩区高强混凝土两层t形杆单元斜截面承载力计算

Statement of the problem. The study discusses the issue of determining the bearing capacity for inclined sections of two-layer bending T-section elements with high-strength concrete in a compressed zone. Normative documentation for the calculation and design of reinforced concrete structures does not take into account the flanges of T-section to determine the bearing capacity. The problem was to define the influence of the mechanical characteristics of concrete of the flanges on the bearing capacity of the elements. Elements without transverse reinforcement and with different classes of concrete in the flange are considered. Results. According to the results of numerical modeling, characteristic patterns of the stress-strain state at the limit state of the bearing capacity of the elements have been established. The relations of the bearing capacity on the span of the cut and the class of concrete compression of flange are given. The values of the bearing capacity of the elements were obtained without taking into account the overhangs of the shelf according to SP 63.13330.2018 and EN 1992-1-1. Conclusions. It is found that, contrary to the logic of the normative documentation SP 63.13330.2018 and EN 1992-1-1, the overhangs of the flange of the T-section beam affect the bearing capacity of the element along the inclined section. Increasing the physical and mechanical properties of concrete separately from the two-layer element forms even greater reserves of bearing capacity.

Statement of the problem. The sphere of scientific interests, major directions of activity and achievements of the scientific school of Academician of the RAASN Evgeny Mikhailovich Chernyshov are discussed. Results. In the second part of the memorial article in memory of Academician Ye.M. Chernyshov, the following areas of his scientific and creative activity are discussed: 1) development of scientific and practical foundations for managing the processes of structure formation and the quality of inorganic hardening systems and conglomerate building composites; 2) development of scientific and practical foundations for managing the operational stability and durability of building composites; 3) development of a concept, methodology and scientific and engineering solutions for the integrated and deep construction and technological utilization of industrial waste from industries; 4) analysis of modern regional technical and economic problems, development of methods for predicting effective directions for the development of the regional architectural and construction complex; 5) problems and technologies of modern educational activities in the field of training engineering personnel and scientific and pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification in the specialties of the construction and technological profile. Conclusions. Scientific and applied research of the school of academician Ye.M. Chernyshov are extremely diverse and versatile, they have undergone extensive practical approbation and are of high relevance in the modern construction industry.

THE EFFECT OF MINERAL ADDITIVES ON THE PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF REINFORCED ORGANIC MINERAL SOILS 矿物添加剂对增强有机矿质土物理力学性能的影响

Statement of the problem. The aim of the work is to study the effect of mineral additives on the physical and mechanical properties of Portland cement-reinforced soils with a high humus content, as well as to assess the possibility of using these soils in road construction. Results. In the course of the study, the values of the strength and the coefficient of frost resistance of organic and mineral soil compositions with the content of humus substances reinforced with a mineral binder with the addition of sand in different proportions were determined. To compare the effect of mineral binders (cement) and an additional (polymer additive) on the structure of the resulting material, cement was used both in pure form and cement in combination with a polymer additive. The use of sand as a structural aggregate makes it possible to apply a soil with a high content of humus substances, reinforced with binding materials, in the structures of road clothes. Conclusions. Various compositional compositions of soil strengthening with the use of Portland cement as binders, polymer additives, slaked lime using sand as a mineral filler are proposed. The reinforced soil, depending on the area of application, can be used as a base of a transitional type of pavement and an additional layer of a lightweight type of pavement base, which will reduce transport costs for the delivery and payment of road construction materials.

The article defines Industry 4.0 technologies that are promising in the context of the construction industry digital transformation based on publications presented in the international Scopus database. The sample of publications was formed according to two criteria: the year of publication - only those publications that were published in the period from 2011 to 2022 were considered, since the concept of "Industry 4.0" was first presented in 2011, and, by keywords: digital transformation, Industry 4.0, construction. The analysis of the primary sample led to the need to form another sample for the keyword "Construction 4.0". Determination of technology prospects was carried out using the Gartner maturity chart.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the parameters of pile foundations at the design stage 设计阶段桩基参数的有效性评价

The analysis and evaluation of the possibility of pile placement options, which took into account various combinations of foundation loading, was carried out on the example of the construction of a residential building, during the design and calculation of which there is a significant margin of safety of the most loaded pile and the difference in effort between the most and least loaded piles, as evidenced by the value of the average load per pile, which is almost two times less than the permissible value, indicate insufficient use of the bearing capacity of the pile as part of the foundation. As a result of the project adjustment, it was possible to reduce the number of piles and achieve significant cost savings of the SMR.

Separate stages and in general the life cycle of capital construction objects are regulated by the requirements of regulatory documents. They establish the basic provisions and rules that must be followed both during the development of the project and in the process of further construction and operation. Student dormitories are characterized by special operating conditions and have characteristic features associated with the repair and restoration work. To take into account these features, a number of research problems have been solved. Among them: analysis of regulatory and technical documentation; study and comparison of the concepts of hostel in different years; generalization of the concept of hostel; formation of the definition of student hostel. Improving the level of comfortable living in student dormitories of federal state educational organizations of higher education by carrying out major repairs is defined as an urgent and promising state task, implemented on the basis of program-targeted methods, as it is designed to ensure modern standards of life and education for students.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its impact on changes in the construction industry are increasingly addressed in building research and industry practice. A review of the literature has identified major digital innovations related to Building Information Modeling (BIM). Also in this study, the design of an industrial building is considered in two software systems Revit and Renga.

BIM design has become firmly established in the construction industry, and creating a new building project from scratch allows you to reduce costs during the construction and operation of these construction facilities. There are several distributed BIM systems that meet the different needs of designers. At the same time, to create a full-fledged digital double, a certain software functionality is needed with the ability to add the necessary modules. The article reviewed the existing BIM software for a number of functions (support for BIM integration, availability of its own API and the ability to work with temporary loads for steel structures), determined the optimal BIM systems from the point of view of the user.

Russian Russian Handicraft Department at the 1900 World Exhibition in Paris served as a vivid demonstration of both the traditional art of the Russian North and the emerging, including on the basis of its synthesis with Art Nouveau, artistic direction, later called the Neo-Russian style. In the text of his memoirs "Notes of an architect artist" I.E. Bondarenko included information about his own role in creating a pavilion for the Handicraft Department, about his relationship with his co-author, the famous Russian artist K.A. Korovin

In this paper, two algorithms have been developed that allow us to obtain in more detail, depending on the kinematic characteristics of structural elements and initial conditions, the estimated dynamic characteristics of external influences as the results of the reactive behavior of structural elements of buildings and structures to these influences. Variants of reactive motions in inertial and non-inertial reference systems from static and dynamic wind pressure are considered. Two problems related to finding correspondences between the resultant acting forces (F) and changes in the velocities and accelerations of reactive movements of structural elements over a certain time interval have been solved.
