A partir de la interrogante ¿en qué medida la comunidad valenciana ha aprovechado el vino de Alicante para promover su imagen internacional, su prestigio, sus exportaciones y su propuesta turística?, desarrollamos un estudio del concepto de enodiplomacia desde la opinión de los productores alicantinos, la Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) vinos de Alicante, docentes e investigadores del grado en Gastronomía de la Universidad de Alicante, divulgadores expertos y el análisis de diversas campañas sobre los vinos de Alicante. Se constatan diferencias entre las percepciones de estos actores en cuanto a los esfuerzos de promoción del vino alicantino, de defensa del territorio y su desarrollo sostenible; mismo modo, se identifican figuras que podrían considerarse embajadoras del vino en general, y de la “terreta” en particular. Se infiere la necesidad de ordenar un concepto como enodiplomacia desde diferentes aristas: gastronomía, turismo, ruralidad, producto y marca país.

Transformación de desechos agrícolas en energía: estado actual y potencial de Argentina 农业废弃物转化为能源:阿根廷的现状和潜力

Evaluamos la situación energética actual de Argentina y medimos el potencial de generación de biogás a partir de desechos de producción agropecuaria, encuadrando en las soluciones de la economía circular. La hipótesis que impulsa al trabajo es que en los campos se encuentra la posibilidad de diversificar la matriz energética nacional, reducir importaciones del sector energético y equilibrar esta balanza comercial. En consecuencia, a la par de ahorrar divisas, se contribuiría a la mitigación del cambio climático y al cumplimiento del compromiso internacional con la consecución del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible de las Naciones Unidas-7 de la Agenda del 2030.

Understanding the Sustainability Tripod in the Context of Local Markets 在本地市场背景下理解可持续发展三脚架

The crisis of the agri-food model opens space for discussion around food seeking more sustainable ways of production and consumption. The local markets can help to walk on this way, making the environment more sustainable. Thus, the article aims to analyze aspects related to environmental, social and economic sustainability with food product exhibitors in local markets in Canada and Brazil. Qualitative research was carried out at local markets, in the Concordia Farmers Market (CFM), in the city of Montreal - Canada and in the Mercado de Produção da Agricultura Familiar (FEPRAF), in the city of Júlio de Castilhos - Brazil. Data were collected through interviews and participant observation, and analyzed using content analysis. The results identified aspects related to environmental sustainability (organic and artisanal foods without chemicals and waste reduction), social (local markets generate an opportunity to strengthen relationships between producers and customers, bonds and exchange of information) and economic (appreciation of local products by developing the region's economy).

Antecedentes y efectos del valor percibido: enoturismo en valle de Guadalupe, México 感知价值的背景和影响:墨西哥瓜达卢佩谷的葡萄酒旅游

México ha puesto en marcha iniciativas que han generado reconocimiento de marca de sus destinos vitivinícolas, especialmente el Valle de Guadalupe, y resulta necesario tener más evidencias que permitan comprender las necesidades de los nuevos. Para ello, evaluamos un valor de marca y atributos del destino enoturístico Valle de Guadalupe sobre el valor percibido en la experiencia del destino, la intención de recomendar y revisitar el destino, y explorar si existe alguna diferencia en las relaciones expuestas en el modelo respecto. El método aplicado mediante una investigación cuantitativa con un muestreo, y los principales resultados indicaron que el valor de marca del destino influye positivamente sobre el valor percibido en la experiencia en el destino, comprobándose las hipótesis propuestas en esta investigación. Además, el análisis multigrupo mostró que la edad influye en tres de las relaciones del modelo. Se concluye que el valor de marca y los atributos de un destino enoturístico influyen positivamente sobre el valor percibido en la experiencia del destino, lo cual se ve reflejado directamente en la intención de recomendar y revisitar el destino del Valle de Guadalupe.

The Marketplace: A Place for Small-Scale Producers? 市场:小规模生产者的地盘?

Structural adjustment programs (SAPs) launched since 1980s in Turkey, have focused attention on the promotion of greater reliance on market forces and the elimination of the government subsidies on credits, inputs, and prices. Hence, farmers are engaged in a number of simultaneous exchange relations on different markets, and maintain institutional linkages with several agents. This study provides a detailed analysis of the understanding of markets by the farmers and the significant effects of these different exchange relations on their subsistence. This analysis is based on longitudinal field research as participant observation conducted in the villages of Karacabey, Bursa, in North-western Turkey since December 2009. Qualitative and quantitative data were gathered through 83 in-depth interviews with farmers, traders, and state officials applying a snowball sampling technique. Findings suggest that small farmers should be incorporated into decision-making processes in order to organize markets in a democratic way and to reconfigure policy-making into more participatory, transparent, and accountable procedures.

Socioeconomic Situation of Small Towns of East Kazakhstan During the Period of Stalin’s Policy (1925-1953) 斯大林政策时期(1925-1953)东哈萨克斯坦小城镇的社会经济状况

Small towns of East Kazakhstan were first considered as a separate complex of administrative-territorial objects in the context of the period 1925-1953, when the structure of cities was laid, which became the basis of long-term development and influencing modern realities. The purpose of the study is to analyze the patterns and identify the main stages of the historical development of small towns in East Kazakhstan in the context of the socioeconomic policy of the state from 1925-1953 and to determine the reasons for the creation and development of small towns in the region. The following methods were used in the article: induction, comparative-analytical, systematization deduction, analysis, synthesis, historical-logical and comparative. The network of small towns of Eastern Kazakhstan was defined and the main stages of the socioeconomic development of the state from 1925-1953 were highlighted, the connection of the development of cities with each of the stages and factors that had a decisive influence on the formation of small towns and the development prospects were identified. The results of the study can be useful in the development of sociocultural programs for the development of small towns.

The relevance of this article is based on the processes of revising the systems of relationships in various sectors of Central Asia that are important for 2023, and not least among them is agriculture. Studying the history of cooperations between these countries is the relevant theme for the research, and to analyse the accepted and implemented agreements of the Central Asian states after the fall of the Soviet Union: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan in the field of political and economic cooperation, defense, cultural, social and humanitarian spheres. Therefore, scientific literature and archival documents were brought to scientific analysis in order to study their initiatives and agreements on cooperation with each other at the international level in the field of historical science, and consider them in the historical and political aspect. From a theoretical and methodological point of view, the study of the political, economic, and sociocultural development of the states of Central Asia in the historical and political aspect, as well as in the system of international relations, is one of the most important tasks.

Studying the history of cooperations between these countries is the relevant theme for the research, and to analyse the accepted and implemented agreements of the Central Asian states after the fall of the Soviet Union: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan in the field of political and economic cooperation, defense, cultural, social and humanitarian spheres. Therefore, scientific literature and archival documents were brought to scientific analysis in order to study their initiatives and agreements on cooperation with each other at the international level in the field of historical science, and consider them in the historical and political aspect. Legal Features of the Digitalisation of Agricultural Machinery Enterprises in Kazakhstan and Globally 哈萨克斯坦与全球农机企业数字化的法律特征

The relevance of research is caused by the development and active introduction of new technologies in the sphere of the processing industry and, in this connection, an increase of interest from the state and experts to questions of legal regulation of this process. The scientific article aims to reveal legal features of the turn of Kazakhstan factories producing various machinery and equipment of agrotechnical nature to digital and intellectual tools, through which the essence of production of agricultural mechanical factories of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the whole branch of agricultural engineering, can be radically changed. The article uses the method of empirical and comparative legal analysis of the national legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international agreements in the relevant areas of mechanical engineering, works of Kazakhstan, and foreign authors on the subject. The results of the article are presented recommendations on the need to adopt several new Kazakhstan laws, new international agreements, and conventions on the problems of digitalisation and intellectualisation of agricultural engineering plants.

Safe Development of the Tourism Industry in the European Space 欧洲空间旅游业的安全发展

Consideramos las bases teóricas, metodológicas y prácticas para un desarrollo seguro de la industria turística en el espacio europeo, identificando los segmentos de desarrollo seguro de la industria turística entre los países de la Unión Europea (UE), teniendo en cuenta los factores del entorno interno y externo del espacio turístico. Se demuestra que el concepto de enfoque de clúster proporciona un negocio competitivo seguro, basado en el uso de aglomeraciones y estructuras de red para mejorar el desarrollo innovador de los clústeres de turismo en la UE. Determinamos además la estructura del Índice de Competitividad de la UE en el entorno seguro de la industria del turismo, y analizamos el número de clústeres subregionales de turismo en los estados miembros de la UE. Para ello, se evalúa la relación entre el Índice de Competitividad de la UE en la industria del turismo y sus subíndices, determinando el volumen óptimo y las tasas de crecimiento de la renta nacional procedente de los viajes en los grupos subregionales de la UE. Finalmente, se calcula la parte proyectada de la contribución total de los clústeres subregionales de países de la UE al ingreso nacional de la industria del turismo y se realiza la distribución de clústeres subregionales según el grado de influencia de los subíndices de desarrollo seguro de la industria turística entre los países de la UE.
我们考虑欧洲地区旅游业安全发展的理论、方法和实践基础,确定欧盟(eu)国家之间旅游业安全发展的部分,考虑到旅游地区的内部和外部环境因素。研究表明,集群方法的概念提供了一个安全的有竞争力的业务,基于集群和网络结构的使用,以促进欧盟旅游集群的创新发展。我们还确定了欧盟在旅游业安全环境下的竞争力指数结构,并分析了欧盟成员国旅游次区域集群的数量。为此,我们评估了欧盟旅游业竞争力指数与其分项指数之间的关系,确定了欧盟次区域集团旅游国民收入的最优数量和增长率。最后,预计部分的捐款总额估计为分区域集群的欧盟国家的国民收入和分布进行旅游产业集群次区域发展随指数的影响程度确定欧盟国家之间的旅游产业。

Topical Symbols of Kyiv as a Tourism Brand 基辅作为旅游品牌的主题符号

The attention to branding, from theorists as well as from practitioners, had remained at a very high level for the 2000s and 2010s. Many new branches of branding theory have emerged, and place branding was among them. Actually, place branding has become an umbrella term, a generic definition for three areas of study and practice: nation branding, region branding, and city branding. Every year, new scientific, journalistic, business articles, and books on place branding emerge, there are even several specialized periodicals devoted to this field of branding. This study aims to identify the most relevant and effective symbol of the Ukrainian capital city Kyiv as a tourism brand. Questionnaire surveys and the content analysis of literature and mass media are used. Key segments and sub-segments of the target audience of Kyiv tourism branding are determined, as well as the key factor of influence on the formation of the opinion regarding the tourism symbols of Kyiv. The most common popular symbol is compared with the real resources of the city. Thus, a set of relevances is found appropriate for the development of effective branding of Kyiv.
