Hubungan Konsumsi Sumber Antioksidan dan Aktivitas Fisik dengan Gejala Depresi pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir 高水平学生抑郁症状的抗氧化资源和体育活动的关系

Backgroud; Depression is very serious problem in the world, especially in college students. Symptoms of depression easily occur in students in preparation of thesis. If the students have depressive symptom, it will slow down the graduation time. This symptom easily occurs in students in thesis preparation. A diet in antioxidants and physical activity can help prevent depression symptom from occurring. Objectives; The aimed of study was to determine the correlation for consumption source of antioxidants (vitamin A, E and beta carotene) and physical activity with depression symptoms in final year students. Methods; Type of research used an analytic survey with crosssectional design. Accidental sampling used for this study. The subjects in this study were 106 people. Consumption of Antioxidant Rich Foods were assesst used Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), for symptoms of depression is based on the criteria on Mini Internasional Neuropshyciatric Interview (MINI) Questionnaire, and 24 hour physical activity recall to used for assesst physical activity levels. Data were analyzed with chisquare test and multiple logistic regression test. Results; The results showed that there was a relationship between vitamins C (p=0,014), vitamin E (p=0,001), beta carotene(p=0,007), and physical activity (p=0,001), with depressive symptom. Based on the results of multiple logistic regression test beta carotene has the strongest association with depressive symptom with a p value of 0.00 (p<0.05). Conslusion; The conclusion that a relationship between dietary sources of antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, beta carotene, and physical activity on depression symptoms that occur in final year students. Consumption of beta carotene has the strongest association with depressive symptom.

Pengaruh Konseling Gizi Melalui Media Flipchart terhadap Pengetahuan Keluarga Sadar Gizi 营养咨询通过Flipchart对具有营养意识的家庭知识的影响

Background; Nutritional awareness family can be implemented by taking into account the supporting factors in changing family behavior, namely by increasing knowledge. Knowledge of nutritional awareness family can be increased by providing information through nutritional counseling. Nutritional counseling can be provided with certain media, one of which is using flipchart media. Flipchart becomes a media that is easy and inexpensive to use, and can be understood well by the target, so as to increase knowledge. Objectives; This study aimed to determine the influence of nutritional counseling flipchart media to knowledge of nutritional awareness family. Methods; The type of research was quasi-experimental, with one group pretest posttest design. The samples in this study were 44 mothers under five, who resided in the area of the Simarpinggan Health Center, South Tapanuli. The sample size used the Slovin formula and the sampling method was purposive sampling. The pretest data was taken before the nutrition counseling intervention with flipchart. Then, after 1 week the posttest data were taken. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test. Results; The knowledge before nutrition counseling had an average value of 4.68, after nutrition counseling, knowledge increased by 8.20. There was an effect of nutritional counseling through flipchart media on the knowledge of mothers under five about nutritional awareness family with p value (0.000). Conclusion; Knowledge of Mothers underfive's about nutritional awareness family has different knowledge and food consumption habits after being given nutritional counseling using flipchart media

Perbandingan Ubi Jalar Ungu dengan Pisang Ambon terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin Ibu Hamil

Introduction; The incidence of anemia in the world reaches 41.8% in pregnant women, and in America 24.1%, Africa 57.1%, Europe 25.1%, and Asia 48.2% while in Indonesia it is 37.1%. Anemia is caused apart from the intake as well as the absorption process in the body. In addition to iron intake from animal foods, it is also found in plant foods. Sweet potato is a vegetable food that contains 0.61 mg of iron per 100 grams. Vegetable foods such as Ambon bananas also contain iron, Vitamin C, and specific essential amino acids such as histidine and arginine, besides being a source of iron, vitamins can also help absorb iron and are beneficial for the formation and perfecting of the brain. Objectives; To determine the effectiveness of sweet potato and Ambon banana consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels of pregnant women. Material and Methods; This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with pre and post test control design by giving food types purple sweet potato and Ambon banana as a substitute for Fe tablets to increase Hb levels in pregnant women for 14 days. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 90 pregnant women. The data were analyzed using the Anova test, the follow-up test used the Post Hoc LDS test. Results; The difference in the average Hb of pregnant women was obtained based on the three treatment groups. Conclusion; Purple sweet potato and Ambon banana are effective in increasing Hb during pregnancy and Ambon banana is more effective than purple sweet potato.

Pengaruh Edukasi Gizi Melalui Instagram dengan Power Point Tentang Sayur dan Buah pada Siswa 通过Instagram对蔬菜和水果的营养教育对学生的影响

Introduction; Indonesian youth ranks at the top for the lack of fruit and vegetable consumption. The impact caused by less consumption of vegetables and fruit is a degenerative disease. Low knowledge of nutrition is one of the causes of the lack of fruit and vegetable consumption. As a result, people cannot apply balanced nutrition in their daily life. One way to improve nutrition knowledge is nutrition education with Instagram media. Objectives; to determine the difference in the average score before and after the intervention of nutrition knowledge about vegetables and fruit was given to the students of Senior High Scool Malnu Central Menes Banten via Instagram. Methods; This research is a Quasi-Experimental Design research. The research sample was 66 students using purposive sampling technique and divided into Instagram intervention group and Power point intervention group. The number of samples for each group is 33 students. Data analysis was obtained from the results of the pre-post-test questionnaire which was processed using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. Results: Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference in knowledge between before and after being given education about vegetables and fruits in both groups with p = 0.00 (< 0.05). The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed that there was a difference in the average score between the two groups, the value of p = 0.00 (p <0.05). Conclusion; Nutrition education related to vegetables and fruit using Instagram media is more influential in increasing knowledge. Instagram media can be used as a comprehensive health promotion media to increase knowledge about health, especially related to nutrition.

Micronutrients Intake and Central Obesity Associated with Blood Pressure in The Elderly in The Region of Jasinga District West Bogor 西茂物Jasinga地区老年人微量营养素摄入和中枢性肥胖与血压的关系

Introduction: The elderly are at risk for hypertension due to several dominant factors including being overweight, food intake, coffee drinking habits and heredity factors. Objective: To analyze the relationship between micronutrient intake and central obesity with blood pressure in the elderly in the district of Jasinga, West Bogor. Materials and Methods: This type of research used a cross sectional design involving 68 elderly respondents. Bivariate analysis related to micronutrient intake (sodium, potassium, and magnesium) and central obesity using chi square analysis. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a relationship between sodium intake and systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p 0.05) in the elderly, there is a relationship between potassium intake and systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p 0.05) in the elderly, there is no relationship between magnesium intake and systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p 0.05) in the elderly, and there is a relationship between central obesity and systolic blood pressure and and diastolic (p 0.05) in the elderly. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between intake of sodium, potassium and central obesity with blood pressure in the elderly. There is no relationship between magnesium intake and blood pressure in the elderly.
导语:老年人高血压的发病风险主要受体重超重、食物摄入、咖啡饮用习惯和遗传等因素的影响。目的:分析西茂物Jasinga地区老年人微量营养素摄入与中枢性肥胖及血压的关系。材料与方法:本研究采用横断面设计,涉及68名老年人。使用卡方分析对微量营养素摄入(钠、钾和镁)和中心性肥胖进行双变量分析。结果:统计分析结果显示,老年人钠摄入量与收缩压和舒张压有相关性(p 0.05),老年人钾摄入量与收缩压和舒张压有相关性(p 0.05),老年人镁摄入量与收缩压和舒张压无相关性(p 0.05)。中枢性肥胖与老年人收缩压、舒张压存在相关性(p < 0.05)。结论:老年人钠、钾摄入与中枢性肥胖及血压存在一定关系。老年人的镁摄入量和血压之间没有关系。
