El bien común como eje renovador de la cooperación internacional para el desarrollo 共同利益是国际发展合作的更新轴心

El bien común es el conjunto de condiciones de vida sostenible que permiten a las personas y comunidades llevar a cabo sus planes de vida razonados y valorados. Es diferente a la suma simple de proyectos individuales basados en maximizar la utilidad o la libertad, sea negativa o positiva. El bien común es el trasfondo de una antropología personalista compatible con la sostenibilidad de la vida. Dado que el bien común crea vínculos relacionales basados en el valor de vivir juntos y libre de miseria, es persuasivo que este pueda ser el eje sobre el renovar la cooperación internacional para el desarrollo.

Algunas consideraciones sobre el derecho al libre comercio en la doctrina de Francisco de Vitoria 对弗朗西斯科·德·维多利亚学说中自由贸易权的几点思考

En las relecciones De Indis y De iure belli de Francisco de Vitoria, el libre comercio se presenta como un “derecho humano” de acuerdo con el ius gentium. Este derecho está enraizado en el derecho de comunicación y asociación. Los derechos a viajar, morar y emigrar lo preceden y también está estrechamente relacionado con los derechos a predicar, proteger a los conversos y constituir príncipes cristianos. En el presente trabajo se defiende que el derecho al libre comercio tiene como último fundamento la ley natural e, indirectamente, la ley divina; que el comercio no es independiente de la ética; y que permite desarrollar la justicia y la amistad, entre otras repercusiones. Francisco de Vitoria se presenta como defensor de la iniciativa privada y del libre mercado.

Metaverse, a Holistic Vision of the New Virtual Reality 虚拟世界,全新虚拟现实的整体视野

Metaverse bursts into the media as a new marketing channel in September 2021, creating an explosion of reactions as brands join the race to be pioneers. Within a fully digital society and from a mature gaming industry, Metaverse is much more than an incubator of marketing and advertising ideas for brands, Metaverse is envisioned as a social disruption. This scenario raises three relevant questions to resolve over time: 1) Will the Metaverse finally take shape as a virtual society or, on the contrary, will it be integrated as one more channel of relationship within the context omnichannel? 2) how customers, brands and institutions are reacting to the Metaverse and 3) in any case, what transversal disruptive changes will be necessary in the new scenario of the Metaverse? From the deep and constant search for information in secondary sources (desk research methodology), this article seeks a holistic vision of the Metaverse, and its reading will allow defining specific areas of research on behavior patterns of people in this new virtual reality.

Media and Reform in the Digital Age: Lessons from the Political Pendulum in Ecuador 数位时代的媒体与改革:厄瓜多尔政治钟摆的教训

Ecuador has experienced significant mass media and communication changes in the last decade and offers a first-hand experience to study media and reform. First, from media captured by the government to media powered by interest groups. Second, due to technological changes from analogic to digital means of communication. Through the lens of media economics, we present two case studies, one in media coverage and other on political stability to derive policy implications in the digital age for the benefit of reform and communication.

Speaking without Hurting: Assertiveness and Psychological Safety in Receiving Criticism 说话不伤人:接受批评的自信与心理安全

Receiving criticism for improvement can be difficult, especially when that feedback comes from subordinates. One way to make receiving this information easier is to create a team environment that facilitates addressing these sensitive issues without harming personal relationships. This article analyses two factors that can contribute to channelling this type of criticism: assertiveness and psychological safety. To explore these concepts, we carried out a qualitative study based on semi-structured interviews with team managers. The practices that facilitated receiving criticism from subordinates included speaking respectfully, tolerance for errors, and focusing on the problem rather than the person. In general, receiving this feedback was appreciated and served to strengthen the bond with the other team member.

Polarización y riesgo de automatización del empleo en el mercado laboral español 西班牙劳动力市场就业自动化的两极分化和风险

El presente artículo analiza las transformaciones que ha sufrido el mercado laboral español como consecuencia del proceso de polarización del empleo, estudiando, además, cómo puede evolucionar la estructura ocupacional según el riesgo de automatización de cada grupo. Los resultados muestran que la polarización del mercado laboral español se correlaciona, por un lado, de manera positiva con la automatización de tareas de contenido rutinario y, por otro, de forma negativa con los niveles educativo y salarial.

El presente artículo pretende esbozar los planteamientos del sociólogo Gilles Lipovetsky en torno a la denominada «segunda fase de capitalismo cultural». El momento histórico, fechado entre la década de los cincuenta y los años ochenta, se caracteriza por la propagación del con- sumo de masas y la expansión de las industrias culturales. Los antecedentes de esta etapa, la «primera fase de capitalismo cultural », se remontan a 1850 y se extienden hasta la segunda guerra mundial. Marketing plays a key role in the configuration of human and organizational actions through the design, digitalization and communication of social and economic values. In a digital age, Marketing strategies are at the center of several controversies like the growth of consumeristic practices, environmental damage and public opinion manipulation among others. However, Marketing is a scientific discipline and practice that demonstrated its capacity to increase people’s quality of life. The objective of this paper is to present a theoretical framework of Humanistic Marketing for the promotion of quality of life based on Human-to-Human Marketing, Strategic Orchestration and Social Marketing models.
