This research aims to arrange the correct and operational strategies for developing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Lampung Province. It also needs to be known and analyzed the SMEs profile. Data used is primary and secondary data. Pri- mary data obtained through field surveys, while secondary data obtained from various publi- cation sources. Method of analysis used is descriptive approach. Associated with the various problems faced by SMEs, there are some strategies needed to overcome them. To develop the SMEs is not only charged to the SMEs themselves but also supported by all stakeholders. The support expected to come from business associations, colleges, related agencies in Lampung Province. Moreover, government policy is needed to encourage SMEs development. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of Kedai Kaizar Lahat (2) the quality of service on customer satisfaction of Kedai Kaizar Lahat, and (3) the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of Kedai Kaizar Lahat. This research is a survey research with an associative design. The population in this study were all consumers of Kedai Kaizar Lahat. The sample of this research is most consumers of Kedai Kaizar Lahat in Kab. Lahat, amounting to 60 people. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% found that (1) product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and (3) product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This research uses descriptive method, by looking at the elements presented in the financial statements in the MSMEs of Food Industry, East Hadimulyo and comparing them with the applicable the FAS MSMEs. And the result of this research is that the presentation of financial reports on MSMEs of Food Industry Sector, East Hadimulyo, has not implemented the FAS MSMEs. This is due to the lack of in-depth knowledge related to the preparation and presentation of financial statements.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the capital structure, namely the profitability variable, firm size variable and sales growth variable. The survey data is per time from the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018 - 2021. The sample of this study used the purposive sampling method and obtained 11 companies. The research design in this study is a quantitative research design due to testing hypotheses to obtain data using accurate statistical data tests. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. Where descriptive statistics include the maximum, minimum, mean and standard deviation values. While inferential statistics include classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results in this study showed that the regression sample used did not show signs of autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normalized data. Based on the results of the T-Test obtained, profitability has a significant effect on the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. Company size does not significantly affect the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. Sales growth has no significant effect on the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. Based on the results of the F (simultaneous) test, it was found that simultaneously the profitability variable, firm size variable, and sales growth variable had a significant influence on the capital structure in this study.

The contribution of every taxpayer, both corporate and individual, to the state must submit an annual tax return. The higher the incoming income, the higher the amount of tax that must be paid by each taxpayer. It can lead to tax avoidance. Tax avoidance is an attempt to reduce the legal tax liability, causing many people and even businesses to engage in tax avoidance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of company liquidity and company size towards tax avoidance. Sample of this study were 54 companies in the wholesale and retail trading sub-sector of the Indonesian stock market for the period 2018 - 2020. Data analysis techniques used was multiple linear regression tests. The test results and research findings indicate that the liquidity variable has no effect on tax avoidance, which is caused by the company's ability to pay liabilitie. The company size variable has positive effect towards tax avoidance, because the company's balance sheet size as measured by Ln total assets affects the occurrence of tax avaidance.

Technology and automation have become an important part of the global financial services market. Fintech is dramatically changing the way consumers conduct financial transactions. Simply put, it is a paylater service that allows consumers to buy products in installments over a certain period on an e-commerce platform for various needs. Currently, in Indonesia, several fintech companies provide pay-later services. Its implementation appears in many applications, ranging from digital wallets, and ticket bookings, to the most popular on e-commerce platforms and/or online marketplaces. Each provider has different specifications and coverage. The differentiating variables include loan value limits, interest, tenor, loan terms, coverage area, and integration into third-party services. The purpose of this study is to propose an expanded model of the technology acceptance model (TAM) in the use of financial technology (Fintech) in paylater services, in particular, to study and explore the role of image and religiosity in TAM, as well as provide policy recommendations for authorized agencies and providers. services in Indonesia regarding several important factors that need to be considered so that Indonesian Muslims are willing to use Fintech. The sample in this study is a Muslim population aged at least 18 years who use Fintech pay-later to make payment transactions on e-commerce in Bandar Lampung. Testing the data using SEM PLS. The results showed that Islamic Religiosity and Image were able to increase the Attitude toward using fintech payment pay-later through Perceived Ease of Use as a mediating variable, but Islamic Religiosity and Image reduced the Attitude toward using fintech pay-later through Perceived Usefulness as a mediating variable.

This research was conducted in Lampung from September to December 2020 with the data analysis tools used were Location Quaton Analysis (LQ) and analysis of the contribution of the economic sector to GRDP. The results of the study used five years of data (2015-2019). Lampung Province has the top 4 leading economic sectors (Primadona), namely the Agriculture, Forestry, Fishery, Forestry, and Fishing sectors. This is indicated by the value of LQ = 2.27 and being able to contribute to the highest GDP of Lampung Province, which is 29.88%.

Korean Pop or commonly referred to as K-Pop is a trend that is in great demand by the public, especially young people. The trend is followed by the rise of industries that use attributes that smell of korea, such as K-Pop. in line with the emergence of this phenomenon, Tokopedia as one of the lokapasar in Indonesia also uses attributes that smell of Korea. Tokopedia then made the artist or group in the K-Pop world a Brand Ambassador (BA). Based on that, this study was conducted with the aim to examine the effectiveness and how the influence of the use of K-Pop BA in increasing interest in buying products in various beauty stores and K-Pop merchandise stores on Tokopedia E-Commerce. This research method is quantitative with survey approach. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents who came from K-Pop fans in South Tangerang City with a sampling technique in the form of probability sampling manifold simple random sampling. Data collection method this study uses survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, mean value analysis and structural model equation (SEM). This study resulted in the use of effective K-Pop BA and has a great influence in increasing interest in buying products in various beauty stores and K-Pop merchandise stores on Tokopedia E-Commerce with an effectiveness value of 4.01 from the highest value range of 5 and the amount of influence of 46.1%.

The trend is followed by the rise of industries that use attributes that smell of korea, such as K-Pop. in line with the emergence of this phenomenon, Tokopedia as one of the lokapasar in Indonesia also uses attributes that smell of Korea. Tokopedia then made the artist or group in the K-Pop world a Brand Ambassador (BA). Based on that, this study was conducted with the aim to examine the effectiveness and how the influence of the use of K-Pop BA in increasing interest in buying products in various beauty stores and K-Pop merchandise stores on Tokopedia E-Commerce. This research method is quantitative with survey approach. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents who came from K-Pop fans in South Tangerang City with a sampling technique in the form of probability sampling manifold simple random sampling. Data collection method this study uses survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, mean value analysis and structural model equation (SEM). This study aims to prove the effect of lifestyle, strategy choice orientation on business decision making. This study uses primary data through a survey of culinary entrepreneurs in Palembang. The questionnaire data used in this study were 92 (61.3%). Analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS) using Warp PLS software version 5.0 to examine the research. The results of the study show that the lifestyle and strategy choice orientation affects business decision-making.
