Adopsi Inovasi Fintech Berbasis Syariah di Indonesia: Studi Kasus Paylater Platform e-Commerce 以伊斯兰为基础的Fintech创新的采用:电子商务平台Paylater案例研究

Technology and automation have become an important part of the global financial services market. Fintech is dramatically changing the way consumers conduct financial transactions. Simply put, it is a paylater service that allows consumers to buy products in installments over a certain period on an e-commerce platform for various needs. Currently, in Indonesia, several fintech companies provide pay-later services. Its implementation appears in many applications, ranging from digital wallets, and ticket bookings, to the most popular on e-commerce platforms and/or online marketplaces. Each provider has different specifications and coverage. The differentiating variables include loan value limits, interest, tenor, loan terms, coverage area, and integration into third-party services. The purpose of this study is to propose an expanded model of the technology acceptance model (TAM) in the use of financial technology (Fintech) in paylater services, in particular, to study and explore the role of image and religiosity in TAM, as well as provide policy recommendations for authorized agencies and providers. services in Indonesia regarding several important factors that need to be considered so that Indonesian Muslims are willing to use Fintech. The sample in this study is a Muslim population aged at least 18 years who use Fintech pay-later to make payment transactions on e-commerce in Bandar Lampung. Testing the data using SEM PLS. The results showed that Islamic Religiosity and Image were able to increase the Attitude toward using fintech payment pay-later through Perceived Ease of Use as a mediating variable, but Islamic Religiosity and Image reduced the Attitude toward using fintech pay-later through Perceived Usefulness as a mediating variable.

The Role of the Village Head in Developing a Tourism Village 村长在发展旅游村中的角色

The role of the leader in Pujorahayu village greatly influenced progress and setbacks in the development of potential in the village. This research aims to: know the role of the village head, know the driving factors for the development of Pujorahayu Tourism Village; and know the inhibiting factors in the development of Pujorahayu Tourism Village. This study is a qualitative descriptor study. The subjects of the study were village heads, tourist village administrators, tourist conscious groups, PKK chairmen, cadet reefs, community leaders and tourist village communities selected by purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptor analysis. The results showed that: the role of the village head as a leader in the village greatly influenced progress and setbacks in the development of potential in the village. In addition to being a leader in the government, the village head also has an important role in developing the potential of the village into an attractive tourist attraction in the village.

Strategy for Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lampung Province 楠榜省中小微企业发展战略

This research aims to arrange the correct and operational strategies for developing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Lampung Province. It also needs to be known and analyzed the SMEs profile. Data used is primary and secondary data. Pri- mary data obtained through field surveys, while secondary data obtained from various publi- cation sources. Method of analysis used is descriptive approach. Associated with the various problems faced by SMEs, there are some strategies needed to overcome them. To develop the SMEs is not only charged to the SMEs themselves but also supported by all stakeholders. The support expected to come from business associations, colleges, related agencies in Lampung Province. Moreover, government policy is needed to encourage SMEs development. The SMEs development in Lampung Province basically is the acceleration of the SMEs trans- formation from formation phase to stabilization phase.

The Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Pringsewu Regency Regional Revenue Agency 平世武县地方税务局工作纪律与工作动机对员工绩效的影响

One further factor affecting the performance of an employee is working discipline. Of the agency itself also plays a role in managing employees to comply with all rules, norms set by the agency so that the employees work with discipline and effective. Discipline is one's awareness and willingness to comply with all regulations and the organization of social norms in force. This research was conducted descriptive quantitative research type, type of research is intending to make a presentation in systematic, factual, and accurate information on the facts and the nature of a particular population. This study uses 44 research respondents. There are three variables in this study are: two (2) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) in which the dependent variable of work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Accord by the data processing has been found that answers the following hypothesis; there are significant work discipline (X1) toward employee performance (Y) with the level of influence of 37.8%. There is the influence of work motivation (X2) toward employee performance (Y) with the level of influence of 31.1%. There is the influence of work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) by simultan toward employee performance (Y) with the level of influence of 48.8%.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Problematic Financing (NPF) and Capital Adequacy (CAR) on Profitability (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks for the Period 2016-2020. The population in this study is sharia commercial bank period 2016-2020. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling. The sample that met the research criteria was 11 banks. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regressions. The results of this study stated that Problem Financing (NPF) has a negative effect on Profitability (ROA). Capital Adequacy (CAR) has a significant positive effect on Profitability (ROA).
本研究旨在确定2016-2020年期间伊斯兰商业银行问题融资(NPF)和资本充足率(CAR)对盈利能力(ROA)的影响。本研究的人口为2016-2020年期间的伊斯兰商业银行。抽样技术使用有目的的抽样。符合研究标准的样本是11家银行。使用的数据分析方法是描述性分析和多元线性回归。本研究的结果表明,问题融资(NPF)对盈利能力(ROA)有负向影响。资本充足率(CAR)对盈利能力(ROA)有显著的正向影响。

The Effect of Giving Rewards and Morale on Intentions to Do Whistleblowing 奖励和士气对检举意愿的影响

The aim of this research is to find out whether rewards and moral affect the intention to disclose fraud. Quantitative research with hypothesis testing, using primary data, the object of this research were 55 employees of the "Y" foundation in Surabaya. The result of this research shows that rewards and individual moral affect the intention to disclose fraud.

he role of Human Resources of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises competence is very important in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This study aims to: find out the role of Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, find out the driving factors for improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; and find the inhibiting factors in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pujorahayu village. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Owners, employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and customers who selected by purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive analysis. The result shows that: the role of Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises competence is needed who have good abilities and skill, so it requires special training for employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Besides Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises owners, the government and related agencies also participate in training the Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises competence to improve the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise.
中小微企业人力资源竞争力对中小微企业绩效的提高具有重要意义。本研究旨在:找出人力资源在中小微企业中的作用,找出中小微企业绩效提升的驱动因素;找出普约拉哈峪村中小微企业绩效提升的制约因素。本研究为定性描述性研究。本研究以中小微企业业主、中小微企业员工和客户为研究对象,采用有目的抽样方法进行抽样调查。数据收集技术采用访谈、观察和文献研究。数据分析技术采用定性描述性分析。结果表明:中小微企业胜任力需要人力资源的作用,需要具备良好的能力和技能,因此需要对中小微企业员工进行专门的培训。除了中小微企业所有者,政府和相关机构也参与中小微企业人力资源能力培训,以提高中小微企业的绩效。

This study aims to: find out the role of Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, find out the driving factors for improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; and find the inhibiting factors in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pujorahayu village. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Owners, employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and customers who selected by purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive analysis. The result shows that: the role of Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises competence is needed who have good abilities and skill, so it requires special training for employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Good corporate governance can support companies in improving their performance, especially in their financial performance, by assisting in decision making, so it can be said that governance is important for companies. The implementation of good corporate governance can also increase the value of the company and increase investor confidence. Good corporate governance cannot be implemented without good internal control, where internal control supports the implementation of governance so that financial performance can be better. Internal control helps in monitoring so that corporate governance can run well in order to achieve company goals.We investigate the influence of governance on the financial performance of manufacturing companies with the support of internal control. The study was conducted using the annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was using in this study. The results indicate that corporate governance is able to improve the company's financial performance, but has not been able to prove the moderator role of internal control on the influence of corporate governance on the financial performance.
良好的公司治理可以通过协助决策来支持公司提高绩效,特别是财务绩效,因此可以说治理对公司很重要。实施良好的公司治理还可以增加公司的价值,增加投资者的信心。良好的公司治理离不开良好的内部控制,内部控制支持治理的实施,从而使财务绩效更好。内部控制有助于监督,使公司治理能够良好运行,以实现公司目标。本文在内部控制的支持下,研究了治理对制造业企业财务绩效的影响。该研究是根据2016-2018年在印尼证券交易所(IDX)上市的制造业公司的年度报告进行的。本研究采用适度回归分析(MRA)。研究结果表明,公司治理能够提高公司的财务绩效,但未能证明内部控制对公司治理对财务绩效影响的调节作用。

This study aims to determine how much influence recruitment and compensation have on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample studied amounted to 66 respondents consisting of staff and employees of the General Company Damri Branch Lampung. with the method of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test) and coefficient of determination test. what the author can make is as follows: the results obtained from Fcount are 24,716. While the value of Ftable is 3.14, which means that Recruitment (X1) and Compensation (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance.
本研究旨在确定招聘和薪酬对员工绩效的影响程度。本研究采用的方法是定量方法。所研究的样本共有66名答复者,包括南榜总公司达姆里分公司的工作人员和雇员。采用效度检验、信度检验、经典假设检验、正态性检验、多重共线性检验、异方差检验、多元线性回归分析、T检验(部分检验)、F检验(同时检验)、决定系数检验等方法。作者可以得出如下结论:由Fcount得到的结果为24,716。而Ftable的值为3.14,说明招聘(X1)和薪酬(X2)对员工绩效有显著影响。

Evaluation of Human Resources Policy Implementation in Tanggamus Regency Government 唐格玛斯县政府人力资源政策执行评估

This research done to know how implementation process policy of recruitment, selection and location of public servant of civil candidate from reguler at Tanggamus Regency with standard of criterion which have been formulated.This research represent research of evaluation by using model evaluate as developed by Malcolm Pravus. Subyek Responder is area secretary head Tanggamus Regency, Lead BKD and His Subordinate which become acceptance committee public servant of civil candidate from reguler. Step in this research consist of 5 phase that is compilation of desain, program installation, implementation process, Product and of cost implementation. Data collecting use observation technique, documentation study and interview. collected data analysis use model analyse interaktif of Miles and Huberman. Result of this research indicate that process acceptance of public servant of civil candidate from reguler at Tanggamus Regency have as according to regulation of minister of PAN-RB Number 197 Year 2012, Regulation of government Numbers 98 Year 2000 and Regulation of government number 11 year 2002 staying in moderating category tend to highly. All Step in this evaluation have been done according to following guidance / existing regulation effectively and efficient so that program policy of acceptance of public servant of civil can to be continued with repair a period of to come. Result of this research also strengthen theory of efektivitation implementation policy of public. Recommend some aspect which need to be corrected that is personnel data base , the importance of team evaluate and financial reporting of policy implementation base on internet.
