The living and health conditions of workers were directly impacted by the restructuring of the world of work. The increase in demands and the accumulation of work has led teachers to suffer, as well as other workers. For this reason, the article discusses the psychodynamics of work and studies on the field of education that involve teaching mental suffering and its relationship with nursing, relating it to teachers' work and health conditions. The objective is to present an expanded analysis of the review findings in the context of national literature on the subject, anchored in the theory of psychodynamics at work and theoretical reflections inserted in the dialogue. It is a theoretical study of systematic review with a qualitative approach, about mental suffering in higher education teachers in nursing to obtain knowledge produced in the area. Suffering is approached in different ways in the literature and can have a positive or negative meaning, with work as a structuring element of negative or positive effects on the worker's mental functioning and mental life. It was identified, therefore, that the production of teaching work in nursing can make this professional activity sick and requires defensive strategies designed to search for adequate solutions, aiming at the mental health of these workers.

The present study has as objective to analize the percepcion of mothers of preterm babies with very low birth weight and extremely low birth weight under the process of hospitalization of their infants in a neonatal intensive therapy unit (NITU). Ten mothers of premature newborn infants hospitalized in a reference maternity in the execution of the Kangaroo Method, located in Florianópolis – SC participated of the research. The instruments used for the data gathering were the sociodemographic data record to trace the profile of the partcipants; and a semi structured interview script to explore some unfoldings about the experience of the hospitalization of their infants in the NITU, among them, the gestational and hospitalization process. The results suggests that these mothers experience an oscilation of feelings motivated by insecurity and fear, considering the clinical complications and the health situation of their infants. They also evidenced that the birth of a premature baby causes many modifications in the familiar life, specially of the mothers who takes on the role of accompany in the hospital unit, expressing the need of support, considering that sometimes, they leave their other infants under the care of another person and their further activities. Finally, it pointed out the importance of the care lined in the principles of humanization, meaning not only the care of preterm babies, but, of these mothers and families that find themselves fragilized due the lived experience, as well.

This research addresses the relaxation techniques that can be used in athletes and other professionals to reduce stress and anxiety. This research aimed to analyze the benefits of the practice of relaxation in Jiu-Jitsu athletes from a gym in the north of Manaus, using a quantitative and qualitative approach of a descriptive nature. Relaxation techniques, Beck's anxiety inventory, Lipp's adult stress inventory and semi-structured interviews were used as instruments. The relaxation techniques used in the research were: progressive, passive and breathing. To verify the quantitative data, the statistical-descriptive strategy was applied and for the analysis of the qualitative data, the content analysis. In the results obtained, it was found that 100% of the participants had pathological stress and anxiety. With the application of relaxation techniques during the athletes 'training, a significant improvement was obtained in relation to the participants' stress and anxiety.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, the development of coping strategies to face the stress generated by the worldwide crisis of the new coronavirus became mandatory. Based on this, the purpose of this article is to analyze multimedia resources on video format for the digital platform Instagram as health education strategies to help puerperal women and their support networks during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a descriptive methodological study based on the evaluation of content validity criterion by 21 postnatal judges, with an average age of 29.38 years. Most of them lived in the southeastern region of Brazil (n = 20) and had higher education (52.38%), followed by high school (38.09%). Content Validity Coefficients (CVC) ≥ 0.80 were adopted to validate language clarity, relevance, pertinence, and presentation of the videos. All CVC of the from the Series “Breastfeeding” were satisfactory between ≥ 0.85 and 1. With the exception of the 4th video (CVC ≥ 0.73) the videos from the Series “Neonatal Care” obtained CVC between ≥0,86 and 1. These results indicate that the target population considered the videos relevant, adequate, easy to understand and aesthetically pleasing. Accordingly, multimedia resources in video format can be considered a valid tool for the educational health proposal. Thus, the videos could help women during the postpartum period and their families to cope with the stress from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Psychological assessment has a historical relevance for the development of Psychology as a science and profession in Brazil, since the history of psychological assessment in Brazil is confused with the history of Psychology as a science and profession in the country, as it occurs even before its professionalization with the creation of undergraduate courses and the provision of teaching psychological assessment. However, it is possible to perceive that the path of psychological assessment in Brazil has gone through some phases: first, a great interest in psychological tests, then a certain discredit and criticism due to the lack of quality and studies of standardization of the instruments used and the most current where a new flourishing of the area appears. Thus, this work aimed to trace a reflective history of the area, seeking an understanding of the paths taken, the weaknesses and difficulties faced in the area as well as future possibilities. In recent years, the Federal Council of Psychology has been making efforts to regulate the area through various actions and actions of Satepsi, as well as to reduce the gap still found in the ethical aspects that involve acting in psychological assessment. This study reflects on the impact of these actions on the role of the psychologist, his performance as professional and possible future directions for the area. It can be seen, therefore, that Psychology and the area of psychological assessment have undergone important changes aimed at qualifying professional training, valuing practices based on scientific evidence and paying attention to social demands.

This essay aims to bring to discussion the article of the authors (Amanda Maião Franklin, Célia Maria Giacheti, Nathani Cristina da Silva, Leila Maria Guissoni Campos and Luciana Pinato) who in turn bring an in-depth research into one of the mysteries of our humanity, sleep , seeking to correlate to the learning disorder, although we discuss in the present essay some of the methods, we cannot fail to point out the excellent work of the researchers, in an article, which, as you can see, is very cohesive. The idea that lack of sleep disrupts learning is not something new, but it is very well addressed by the researchers, who through field research have tried to correlate with the Specific Learning Disorder.

The current research analyzed the risk factors associated with committing homicide in adolescence. This research is a systematic literature review of the scientific literature. The databases that were used are: Scielo, Pubmed and CAPES journals. Only 10 articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the removal of duplicates. Social, behavioral, psychological, psychopathological and biological factors associated with homicide in adolescence were found. No single factor was found to be decisive for the adolescent to commit homicide. The importance of preventive measures for this phenomenon is highlighted.

This article aims to verify the relationship between organizational support and bullying in employees in different areas of the municipal public sector. With the new economic and social perspectives, it has accompanied, through the reports of worker functional requirements that may cause serious psychological damage, one of them is moral harassment, which interferes in the development and productivity in the organization-work-individual- relationship Cheers. This is a descriptive, exploratory and correlational study, with a quantitative approach with professionals in the municipality of Conceição-PB / Brazil. 288 employees participated in the area of health and education, 58% were men and 35% women, with an average of 41.56 years, economic income between 1 and 2 salaries and the average service time, 10.77 years. They answered the Perception of Organizational Support scale, the scale of perception of moral harassment in the world of work, the scale of Affective Impact of Moral Harassment at Work and sociodemographic data. The results revealed that the constructs used were reliable for the type of sample evaluated; with regard to the organizational support-bullying dyad, they will probably contribute to the inhibition of the phenomenon of harassment in the workplace.

This is a descriptive, exploratory and correlational study, with a quantitative approach with professionals in the municipality of Conceição-PB / Brazil. 288 employees participated in the area of health and education, 58% were men and 35% women, with an average of 41.56 years, economic income between 1 and 2 salaries and the average service time, 10.77 years. They answered the Perception of Organizational Support scale, the scale of perception of moral harassment in the world of work, the scale of Affective Impact of Moral Harassment at Work and sociodemographic data.
