Purpose of the study: The review aims to present methods and techniques of psychotherapy for children with ASD in various approaches and extend understanding of autistic patients' difficulties in the context of psychotherapeutic interventions. Methodology: Six different methods, approaches and technics were presented in the article: Multimodal Anxiety and Social Skills Intervention; Narrative family therapy incorporating the externalization technique; Embodied mentalization-based psychodynamic psychotherapy; Psychoanalytic family psychotherapy; Simultaneous psychotherapy with child and family based on Erica method; Psychodynamic-oriented psychotherapy of adolescents based on dream sharing and interpretation. Selection of best interventions based on technical eclecticism and theoretical integration was proposed as the most appropriate for the clients with ASD Main findings: Various models of psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents with ASD were developed with a specific therapeutic approach. Relatively few of these treatments are widely used in everyday therapeutic practice. The benefit level for patients with ASD and their families depends on appropriate selection approaches, methods, technics, and their integration. To develop a personalized integrative approach to each case, the therapists need to be fluent in more than one therapy approach, and have know of a wide range of theories and skills. Application of the study: The personalized intervention depending on the child's needs, especially the type and severity of difficulties, the stage of development, and the family's readiness for psychotherapy was recommended. Furthermore, the selection of methods, technics and their integration were based on described interventions. Original/Novelty of the study: The practical example of developing a psychotherapeutic integrative approach to children and adolescents with ASD was presented in this article.

Purpose of the study: The study aims to analyse why the service sector in India has not generated employment in the proportion of output when the sector has geared up its share in national income since 1980. Methodology: It's based on a simple comparative empirical analysis of data on output and employment of trade and finance in India. Quantitative analysis of output is based on data collected from National Accounts Statistics (NAS). The analysis used data from the base year 2004-05 and back series. On the 2004-05 back series, data is available till the year 2011-12. Therefore, to explain long periods, 1950 to 2012, we used 2004-05 data. However, for the latest analysis of output along with employment, we prefer to use the 2011-12 series GDP data of KLEMS India (published by RBI). Employment data is collected primarily from two sources- NSS and KLEMS India. Principal status and subsidiary status (PS+SS) are used for analysis. Main Findings: Trade being a labour-intensive sector has shown proportionate employment generation between 1980 to 2004. After 2004, the story changed. Despite the same pace of growth, employment generation is proportionately lower. The reason is the growing rise in the capital intensity of trade. In the case of finance, capital-intensive is just the opposite of trade- the rise in output is greater in the period, 1980 to 2004 than the concomitant rise in employment. 2004 onwards, rise in employment is greater. The reason is no significant rise in capital intensity in the sector. Applications of the study:In macroeconomics, output and employment believed to go hand in hand. However, services defy the dictum- higher rise in GDP share but no corresponding rise in employment share. It helps understand ‘jobless growth’ of Indian economy after reforms of 1991. Novelty/Originality of the study: Trade being labour-intensive has changed its nature after 2004, the sector’s capital intensity has grown faster than finance. Further, finance is capital-intensive sector but no significant rise in capital intensity.

Purpose of the study: To propose a universal assessment and screening framework for prospective foster carers within Dr. Kenneth Kaunda and Ruth Mompati districts in the North-West Province, South Africa. Methodology: This study used a quantitative, descriptive, and exploratory approach, principally directed by an evaluation paradigm. The above-mentioned strategy was backed by the adoption of a cross-sectional survey design (Creswell, 2014). The researchers were able to quantify the degree of agreement between two or more respondents thanks to the fully-crossed design. To examine the inter-rater agreement of the five specified assessment frameworks, data were collected from respondents at one point in time using a self-developed, paper-based survey using a 5-point Likert scale. Main Findings: As seen by differences in sample frameworks according to the quantitative component of this study, there is a lack of standardization in the use of assessment frameworks during the screening and assessment of potential foster parents. Furthermore, these frameworks were not always subjected to scientific scrutiny and best practice evaluation. Applications of the study: There is a need to standardize processes that will lead to higher-quality practices and client services in the long run. This research will help to develop a consistent, uniform baseline framework for assessing foster placements, as well as identify viable screening instruments and improve the structure of assessment processes. Novelty/Originality of the study: This research proposes that by identifying ideal framework elements and gathering information regarding them in existing assessment frameworks, evidence-based practice in foster care, specifically in the screening and assessment of potential foster parents, can be improved.

Purpose of the study: This paper attempted to deal with the issue of Surrogacy from various angles by considering the very essence of Islamic law, i.e., of Shariah. Procreation has considered sacred in Islam; no doubt, it is one of the five fundamental objectives of Shariah (Islamic law), notwithstanding the protection of self, religion, honor, and property. In Muslim societies, religion strongly influences behavior, culture, practices, and policy-making; therefore, according to the Islamic viewpoint, just legitimate pregnancy would result from intermingling sperm and ovum of a legitimately wedded couple. Research methods: The methodology applied in the discussion is a critical analysis based on inductive and deductive approaches to the collected data. The data for this study has been collected from various secondary sources like Academic Research Papers, Research Journals, and other Electronic Sources. Main findings: the conclusion arrived at in the article is that Surrogacy is of various categories, some of which may be Islamically valid and some others invalid. In light of the discussion, it is also concluded that Surrogacy also leads to psychological confusion over the question of motherhood, which Islam considers the highest form of human love and compassion. Application of the study: This study would leave significant implications for legal and social dimensions. The only way to minimize the differences of opinions over any issue in Islamic jurisprudence is deliberation over the issue concerned from the angle of the objectives of Sharīᶜah (Maqāsid al-Sharīᶜah). The issue of Surrogacy as to its validity or invalidity from the Islamic perspective may be resolved in this way. Therefore, the study would doubtlessly help reduce social, physiological, and legal issues based on surrogate practice. Originality and novelty of the study: The least attention has been given to legal and psychological issues in the existing literature. The present study aims to deal with the legal, psychological, and even social issues caused by the practice of Surrogacy. Therefore, this is the first study that has investigated the practice of Surrogacy from multiple perspectives, particularly analyzing them in the framework of the objectives of Sharīᶜah.

Purpose of the study: The goal is to emphasise the relevance of contextualisation in designing university professional training and adapting skills to the growth of social and labour market demands to maintain the University's long-term viability and resilience. It highlights the concepts and strategies used in building a professional master's degree in sustainable waste management in collaboration with the socio-economic and academic sectors (Rostock University, Germany). Methodology: The method used is based on technical means: analysis of documents, investigation and observation in the field. Supplemented by the study of the work carried out by the professional in the situation, which lasted three years—complemented by a series of interviews with stakeholders in the waste management sector (academic and national and international socio-economic). Main findings: Considering the context while developing the curriculum makes professional training a critical instrument for placing the University at the service of society. The involvement of players in the socio-economic sector enhances the quality of higher education. Furthermore, it promotes the opening of the University to the socio-economic world and the integration of future executives into the industrial world. Applications of this study: This study on the approach to adapting vocational courses to the local context in the waste management sector can be generalised to all areas where there is a need for the skills required. The areas: we can mention operational town planning, the living environment and public space management, and heritage tourism development. Novelty/originality of this study: The study's uniqueness stems from the strategy used in its conception and implementation, which included taking into account the local context, consulting and involving actors in the socio-economic sector, and establishing a collaboration platform, furthermore, within the university, the creation of an "Eco campus" pilot project as a field of practice, including students and professors as participants.

Purpose of the study: The article aims to present the direction of the European Union’s cohesion policy in the years 2021-2027 in Poland in the face of the challenges posed by the fourth industrial revolution. Methodology: In the first stage, the analysis and synthesis of the views included in the literature regarding the fourth industrial revolution were made. In the next stage, the most important challenges to public policies in the analysed sphere were presented. The second part of the work analyzes the draft partnership agreement for the implementation of the cohesion policy for the years 2021-2027 in the context of the challenges posed by the fourth industrial revolution. Main Findings: The fourth industrial revolution is an ongoing, changing process, which soon will become a challenge in the public policy sphere. The cohesion policy, being the axis of development policies in particular member states of the European Union, includes these changes' assumptions through the support of technological development and changes in the socio-economic structure. Applications of this study: The results of this research allow us to decide on the effectiveness of strategic planning and its compatibility with the predicted trends of socio-economic evolution. They also allow verifying the assumptions of the cohesion policy on the regional level. The originality of this study: In the following paper, the research on the assumptions of the cohesion policy in the face of the new challenges of the fourth industrial revolution was made. It is worth highlighting that this sphere of the new perspective of the cohesion policy - due to the fact that it is still being shaped- has not been a research subject yet.

It is worth highlighting that this sphere of the new perspective of the cohesion policy - due to the fact that it is still being shaped- has not been a research subject yet.","PeriodicalId":415004,"journal":{"name":"Humanities & Social Sciences Reviews","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133847132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
Purpose of the study: The object of the analysis is to assess the effectiveness of the European Union in ensuring internal and external security. Methodology: the article was prepared based on critical analysis of literature and documents and uncontrolled observation method. Main findings: the established institutions and agencies within the EU may appear to be adequate and competent. However, in reality, their effectiveness and coherence of activities aimed at fulfillment of common safety objectives often fail to meet expectations, whereas systems and operating procedures differ from the solutions used in practice. The multidimensionality of security, and above all the evolution of the challenges in terms of the ever-changing security environment, will require the EU to establish new institutions or equip existing ones with new competences. Application of the study: security forecasting based on the main variables emerging in the contemporary security environment and adapting the EU institutional security architecture to new threats. Original/Novelty of the study: the subject matter is very current, being a member of the EU, we participate in the identified problem.

Research objective: To point out the details of government aid directed, among others, to catering enterprises in the form of anti-crisis shields and financial shields and to try to assess their effectiveness by analysing the financial result for 2020 on the example of the selected enterprises. Methodology: The study was conducted in the form of a literature review and a case study. The study was conducted in the two selected Polish restaurants, which differed in size, location and customer specification. The study included an analysis of financial documents. Main Findings: The study results presented in this paper confirm that governmental aid was needed, although it was disproportionate. The question is whether it was always sufficient to stabilise the situation in a catering company, in an industry so badly affected by pandemic restrictions, during the COVID-19 crisis remains questionable. Application of the study: The study finding is applicable in practical analysis and evaluation of the support provided by the government to catering entrepreneurs facing a pandemic in 2020. Originality of the study: The paper combines theoretical and practical approaches to the subject of thesupport provided to entrepreneurs within the instruments of anti-crisis shields.
