The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of project-based learning and thinking ability in biology classes. The research analyzed a sample of students from two distinct grades using pre-test and post-test. Following that, the findings revealed that members of the experimental group I, which included students who engaged in project-based, learning, had the best learning outcomes. In a project-based learning environment, students gained knowledge and skills by working collaboratively for an extended period on a real-world question or problem. Students trained using this model had better indicators of thinking ability than students trained using the traditional learning model. Thus, teachers must use the project-based learning model to guarantee better results while also improving students' thinking abilities to increase the model's efficacy. Schools can promote collaboration, agency, and effective communication skills by teaching social studies using project-based learning. PBL also allows students to address real-world issues in their community and around the globe.

Marketers spend money on a variety of media platforms in order to influence consumer purchasing choice. Every advertisement on every media platform has a unique composition that engages the customers in a different way depending on the platform. The purpose of this research is to determine five types of advertisement and its influence on consumer purchasing choice at selected retailer stores in Erbil. It is a quantitative approach that is used to analyze data that has been obtained by the researcher. The Manager has circulated the survey to consumers of retailer stores and has gathered responses from those customers. When conducting the current study, the researcher employed a questionnaire in order to gather information. In the first segment, demographic questions were asked, beginning with the customer's gender and marital status and progressing to other inquiries. The second section had questions about the company's products and services. The second part of questionnaire was regarding five types of advertisement as independent factors and consumer purchasing choice at selected retailer stores in Erbil. When it comes to the sampling process, it will be a random sampling method, which means that almost all consumers at retailer stores in Erbil will have equal odds of being picked for the findings revealed that all five advertisements will have positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing choice at selected retailer stores, however, it was found that online advertising is the most effective and efficient among all five advertisements to bring consumer attentions while making decision in selecting certain brand or a product at their daily, weekly and monthly shopping at retailer stores in Erbil. The study recommended that management of firms in retail stores should consider it a requirement to adequately market their products, since doing so will provide them a competitive advantage over their competitors.

In order for businesses to function efficiently, they should perform routine maintenance on their equipment and assets. This article aimed to evaluate the role and importance of employee involvement in work activities and their influence on overall productivity. The author selected several employee involvement dimensions (leadership, team work, training and career development, compensation, and organizational policies) to measure the impact on overall productivity. The current study used quantitative research methods to analyze and find the impact of employee involvement on overall productivity through the use of an academic questionnaire adopted from academic resources. The study targeted private sectors in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The study was able to gather 97 questionnaires filled out properly by participants working in private sectors in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. According to the findings of the research, involvement and commitment appear to go hand in hand. Also, it is very likely that productivity will be affected by both the main effects of each factor and the effects of how these factors interact with each other.

The COVID-19 pandemic demanded the adoption of swift measures by public managers to control the spread of the disease, as the virus had a high rate of transmissibility. Effective, non-pharmacological actions involving social distancing and isolation were widely applied. It was noticed that they provided opportunities for the collision between the rights to free enterprise and health, by restricting the full exercise of commercial activities. These, intrinsically, promote agglomeration of people. It is therefore necessary to assess whether the restrictive measures for the promotion of the rights to health and life were proportional to the preservation of the essential core of free enterprise. The context of the city of Juiz de Fora was chosen for analysis, between the months of February 2020 and December 2021. Data regarding the number of cases and deaths in the municipality on each day of publication of the municipal decrees that conveyed trade-restrictive measures. The research was supported by the theories of fundamental rights and legal arguments, for the rational (argumentative) and proportional investigation of the implementation of fundamental rights, in the face of conflicts in the concrete case. Still, the consequentialist theory was used to assess whether the examination of economic, social and political impacts prevailed. It started from the assumption that the rights inherent to the exercise of economic activity would prevail over the adoption of sanitary control measures. Through the empirical research methodology, combined with qualitative and inference strategies, it was found that the municipal administration of Juiz de Fora, proportionally, privileged the right to health, over free enterprise.

According to the Indian constitution, one of the fundamental rights is the right to education, and secondary education is an important sub-sector of the entire education system because it shapes and directs the child toward a bright future. Bihar has historically been a major centre of learning and is home to one of the oldest universities in the country, but the state's modern education system paints a different picture. Bihar has the lowest literacy rate in the country, at 61.80%, according to the latest census data. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the state of secondary education in Bihar. This research is based on content analysis, which includes newspaper articles, articles from reputable sites such as CENSUS, U-DISE, NUEPA, and NCERT, and reports from reputable sites such as CENSUS, U-DISE, NUEPA, and NCERT, among others. The data shows Bihar's vulnerability in achieving secondary education after analyzing several reports and articles. According to NUEPA statistics for 2014-15, Bihar's net enrolment ratio in secondary education fell to 42.08 percent, compared to 93.77 percent in primary education. Although the Bihar government has made significant efforts at the secondary level, such as making text books available to all secondary students at a low cost through BSTPC and introducing several schemes such as Bihar Shatabdi Mukhyamantri Balika Poshak Yojna, Mukhyamantri Bicycle Yojna, and Shaikshnik Paribhraman Yojna, the overall transition rate from elementary to secondary education remains at 84.64 percent. The study of secondary education in Bihar highlighted the major issues that require immediate attention and action in order to ensure that high-quality education is maintained.
