The study aimed to identify the level of diversity of phytoplankton and zooplankton around Muara Tallo, Makassar. The study was conducted for 3 months, namely May to July 2018, in three observation stations, namely location 1 which is located around the mangrove forest, location 2 is located around the estuary of the Tallo River and location 3 which is located around Paotere Harbor, Makassar. Plankton sampling is carried out in the morning using plankton net No. 25. Plankton samples are then taken to the laboratory for identification and analysis.The results showed that when sampling at station 1 there were species of Leptocylidricus sp. Phytoplankton, and Cosvinodiscus sp. and Pleurosigma sp., Paralia sp., Bacillaria sp., but Chaetoceros sp. not found on this station. At the Station 2 phytoplankton species found were Cosvinodiscus sp. and Leptocylidricus sp., then Pleurosigma sp. and at station 3 phytoplankton can be found namely phytoplankton of Leptocylidricus sp., and Cosvinodiscus sp. While station 1 found abundance of phytoplankton, namely the type of Leptocylidricus sp. and Cosvinodiscus sp. Station 2 abundance of types of Leptocylidricus sp., Cosvinodiscus sp. Pleurosigma sp. and Paralia sp. while station 3 is the abundance of phytoplankton in Leptocylidricus sp., Cosvinodiscus sp., Bacillaria sp. and Chaetoceros sp.

This study aims to determine the effect of artificial feed by adding cassava leaf flour (Manihot utillisima) to the water quality of the African catfish nursery pond (Clarias gariepinus). This study used the T test (one sample T test) to compare the treatment with artificial feed and commercial feed consisting of 3 replications. The feeding dose was 3% of the weight of the fish for 30 days of maintenance with the frequency of feeding twice a day. Parameters observed were NH3, NO2, NO3, pH, temperature, DO and survival of African catfish. The results showed that the provision of artificial feed in the African catfish nursery did not have a significant effect (P> 0.05) on the observed water quality parameters. The quality of water obtained during maintenance by providing commercial and artificial feed is still supporting the survival of African catfish.

This research aim to find out influence fermentation time and amount water concentration niralontar to chemical characteristics and organoleptic test of apemcake . This research is (RAL Factorial ) which consists of from two factor. Factor A with fermentation time niralontar (0 hours, 3 hours and 5 hours) and factor B addition concentration niralontar (100 ml and 200 ml) do with 6 treatments and 3 repetitions . The variables observed is organoleptic test, levels carbohydrates test, pH value test and khamir amount test. The Technique analysis in this research is analysis variance which processed with using SPSS version 22. Research results for value amount khamir the best is fermentation time 5 hours with amount leavened as much 6.58 log colony / ml and for the best pH value is on the fermentation time of 0 hours with pH value of 5.26. While for test organoleptic and levels carbohydrates of treatment fermentation 0 hours with addition concentration niralontar 100 ml ( A1B1) is the best treatment on product apem cake.

This study aims to determine the working mechanism of push type corn fertilization compared corn manual fertilization and to find out the comparison of the results of push type corn fertilizers with manual fertilization. The form of this research is get up design, research data obtained from the results of testing tools by conducting a trial comparison between fertilization using push type corn fertilization with manual fertilization, design of push type corn fertilizers designed to produce adjustable fertilizer distance so that it can adjust the distance of the plant and the dose of fertilizer that can be adjusted from 2 to 30 grams. In this test fertilization using corn fertilization with the operation of 1 person and manual fertilization by means of using 2 people, the results of this study were carried out in the corn field. Data analysis techniques were carried out quantitatively with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the push type maize fertilization produced fertilizing grooves with an average of 27.36 meters in 2 minutes, averaging 59.4 meters in 4 minutes, averaging 90.26 meters in 6 minutes, when compared to manual fertilization produced an average of 27.81 meters in 2 minutes, averaging 56.94 meters in 4 minutes, averaging 80.86 meters in 6 minutes.

This study aims to determine the quality analysis of banana fish nuggets (Caesio chrysozon) with the addition of carrots. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern of factors, namely fish concentration and carrot concentration with a treatment of nine and three replications. The treatment in this study was A1B0 = 250 g fish + 0 g carrots, A2B0 = 300 g fish + 0 g carrots, A3B0 = 350 g fish + 0 g carrots, A1B1 = 250 g fish + 25 g carrots, A2B1 = 300 g fish + 25 g carrots, A3B1 = 350 g fish + 25 g carrots, A1B2 = 250 g fish + 50 g carrots, A2B2 = 300 g fish + 50 g carrots, A3B1 = 350 g fish + 50 g carrots. Observation data were analyzed using Variance Analysis (ANOVA) then continued with Ducan Test. The results showed that fish concentration and carrot concentration had an effect on water content, fat content, protein content, vitamin A, color, aroma, taste, texture. The best treatment of banana fish nuggets with the addition of carrots is the treatment A2B1 = 300 g fish + 25 g carrots, moisture content (45.58%) protein content (14.56%) fat content (3.82%), vitamin A (0.011%) color (3.64% likes) aroma (3.68% likes), taste (3.83% likes), texture (3.61% likes).

This study is a classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) aims to determine the learning outcomes of students in the vegetable crop agribusiness subjects by using a complex instruction type cooperative instruction (CI) model. The subjects of this study were the 11th grade students of ATPH SMK Negeri 4 Luwu in the odd semester of 2017/2018 school year consisting of 23 students. This research was carried out for two cycles consisting of activities, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Collecting student learning outcomes data is done by using observation sheets and student learning outcomes test sheets. The results of the study show that the initial test of students with an average value obtained is 35.7% and the test in the first cycle (I) the average score is 76.1% while in the second cycle (II) the average score is that is 85.91% .

This research was conducted in two cycles consisting of four activities, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection of learning outcomes, and the learning activities of students are carried out using observation sheets and learning test results sheets in cycle I and cycle II. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. This research is a classroom action research that aims to study and describe the application of type Two stay Two stray (Ts-Ts) coopertative learning model in improving the achievement studient learning outcomes, class X.2 Agricultural Product Processing Technology. The subjects of this study were learner studient of class X.2 TPHP of SMK Negeri 3 takalar totaling 32 the learner studient. Data collection techniques covering observation, written tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative analysis to analyze the results of observations and quantitative analysis to analyze learner studient outcomes data using descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Two stay Two stray (Ts-Ts) type of cooperative learning model can improving the achievement learner studient outcomes, of class X.2 TPHP of SMK 3 Takalar. This matter the based on the value of learner studient outcomes at the stage pre-test, post-test cycle I and post cycle II test that is 1). mastery learner studient on intial test (51,48), learning completeness (18,75), 2). mastery learner studient post test cycle I (65.69), learning completeness (65,62) , 3). mastery learner studient on post test cycle II (79.33), learning completeness (90.62%). This shows that the value of learner studient outcomes of from pre-test, post-test cycle I and post test cycle II has increased.

The subjects of this study were learner studient of class X.2 TPHP of SMK Negeri 3 takalar totaling 32 the learner studient. Data collection techniques covering observation, written tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative analysis to analyze the results of observations and quantitative analysis to analyze learner studient outcomes data using descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Two stay Two stray (Ts-Ts) type of cooperative learning model can improving the achievement learner studient outcomes, of class X.2 TPHP of SMK 3 Takalar. This matter the based on the value of learner studient outcomes at the stage pre-test, post-test cycle I and post cycle II test that is 1). mastery learner studient on intial test (51,48), learning completeness (18,75), 2). mastery learner studient post test cycle I (65.69), learning completeness (65,62) , 3). mastery learner studient on post test cycle II (79.33), learning completeness (90.62%). This study aims to design dryers using air from listric heating elements that can be used in the dry season and the rainy season. This tool can also reduce the use of time and power farmer in drying agricultural produce. This research is a type of engineering research, in this study was designed of a drying machine that utilizes air from listric heating elements. After the drying machine is complete, experiments are carried out to dry upon wet grain and then calculated the decrease in water content for each rack for 6 hours drying. The drying rate upon wet grain uses a dryer by utilizing air from the listric heating element for each rack is a different, the rate in drying rack 6 (1.43%), rack 5 (1.55%), rack 4 (1.75%), rack 3 (1.73%), rack 2 (2.01%), and rack 1 (2.32%)/hour, the matter shows that the distance of the rack with the heat source affects the drying rate. Air dryers of electric heating elements can reduce the use of farmers' time and power in drying one's crops the upon wet grain, since to dry the newly harvested wet grain takes only 5-6 hours in both the dry season and the rainy season

This study aims to determine the modification of the drying machine using coconut shell fuel and to determine the fuel requirements during the drying process of grain (rice grain). This research is a design research. The procedure for carrying out this research includes designing tools, making frames, making framework that can be used by thermometers and fans, as well as making furnaces. During the research process the parameters observed were the consumption of fuel used during the drying process. The research data was obtained from the results of the test machine dryer. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that consumption of coconut shell fuel for 4 hours of drying was 13.5 kg. The drying result from wet grain is 18 kg to 16.2 kg dry grain with an average dry water content of 12.76%
