KONDISI TERUMBU KARANG DI PERAIRAN LIUKANG TANGAYA KABUPATEN PANGKAJENE DAN KEPULAUAN

Coral reef is one of the most important ecosystem in marine environment. With high biodiversity and productivity as one of their characteristic makes coral reef value in nature regulation cannot be replaced. This study held from July until October 2018. The aim of this study is to understand coral reefs in Liukang Tangaya waters. Data collection using Underwater Photo Transect method. The result are, from 15 observation station show that coral reefs in Liukang Tangaya in damaged condition with average of live coral is 18.91% with the main cause come from destructive fishing.
珊瑚礁是海洋环境中最重要的生态系统之一。高生物多样性和生产力作为其特点之一,使得珊瑚礁在自然调节中的价值不可替代。这项研究于2018年7月至10月进行。本研究的目的是了解六康唐加亚水域的珊瑚礁。数据采集采用水下照片样带法。结果表明,15个观测站的调查结果表明,六康唐加雅珊瑚礁处于破坏状态,活珊瑚平均为18.91%,主要原因是破坏性捕捞。

PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN BUAH NAGA MERAH (Hylocereus polyrhizus) TERHADAP MUTU PERMEN KARAMEL SUSU

This study aims to determine the effect of adding red dragon fruit to the chemical and hedonic content of caramel milk. This study used a method of adding 20%, 30%, and 40% red dragon fruit pulp for caramel milk candy with a cooking time of 2 hours at 80˚C. This research is a quantitative study (experiment) using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments, each control, 20%, 30%, and 40% with 3 replications. The research data was obtained from the results of chemical testing (moisture content, ash content, fiber, reduction sugar, and antioxidants) and organoleptic (color, taste, aroma, and texture), data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with DRMT test (Duncan ) at a 95% confidence level. The results showed that the addition of red dragon fruit pulp had an effect on caramel milk candy, the best research on the manufacture of caramel milk was the addition of 40% red dragon fruit pulp with characteristics of 3.54% moisture content, 1.98% ash content, 1.48% fiber content, decreased sugar content 2.18%, antioxidant content 53.77%, favorite color value 4.10, favorite aroma value 3.52, flavor 3.83, and favorite texture value 3.23

Pengaruh Penambahan Pengawet Alami terhadap Kualitas Gula Aren (Arenga pinnata Merr.) yang Dihasilkan 对棕榈糖(Arenga pinnata Merr)天然防腐剂的影响

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan pengawet alami terhadap kualitas gula aren (Arenga pinnata Merr.) yang dihasilkan. Metode penelitian ini Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL)  dengan dua faktor dan data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam dan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Rate (DMRT) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 1 kontrol yang dilakukan  sebanyak 3 kali ulangan didapatkan 21 unit percobaan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi penambahan pengawet alami dengan konsentrasi 0 %, 8 % 10 % dan 12 % dan faktor kedua yaitu jenis pengawet alami terdiri dari Ddaun jambu biji dan batang kayu nangka, dengan parameter pengamatan; pH, Sachharomyces cerevisiae, Acetobacter aceti, kadar gula reduksi dan kadar air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi penamabahan 12 % dengan jenis pengawet alami batang kayu nangka merupakan perlakuan terbaik pada nilai pH, jumlah Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Acetobacter aceti, jumlah kadar gula reduksi dan jumlah kadar air.

Pelatihan Pengolahan “Kerupuk PA’KUPAS” pada Masyarakat Panti Asuhan Setia Karya 对传统孤儿院的层级训练

Kulit pisang merupakan limbah pertanian yang cukup mudah ditemukan dikota Makassar.  Hal ini disebabkan karena kota Makassar cukup terkenal dengan produk olahan pisang seperti pisang epe, pisang ijo, pallu butung, hingga sanggara balanda. Disepanjang jalan Mannuruki terdapat penjual gorengan pisang dan produk olahan pisang lainnya yang menimbukan kulit pisang tidak termanfaatkan sehingga menjadi limbah. Bertambahnya industri rumah tangga yang menghasilkan produk olahan pisang menyebabkan jumlah kulit pisang semakin banyak. Oleh karna itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meminimalisir limbah kulit pisang dengan cara memanfaatkannya menjadi sebuah produk yang bernilai sehingga muncullah inovasi dengan mengolah kulit pisang menjadi “Kerupuk Pa’KuPas” (Pangsit kulit pisang). Sehubungan dengan uraian berikut, dijalan Mannuruki terdapat sebuah panti asuhan yang masyarakatnya memiliki perilaku kurang produktif karena kebanyakan remaja panti seusai pulang sekolah tidak memiliki kegiatan, begitupun dengan para pembina panti yang telah menyelesaikan tugasnya memiliki waktu luang yang banyak, sehingga waktu istirahat masyarakat panti asuhan lebih panjang dan tidak produktif. Oleh karena itu, kami akan melaksanakan pelatihan pengolahan “Kerupuk Pa’KuPas” (Pangsit kulit pisang) pada masyarakat panti asuhan Setia Karya guna memberi bekal keterampilan sehingga nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuka peluang kerja baik usaha mandiri maupun  membuka lapangan pekerjaan untuk orang lain.

Pemberdayaan Anak Putus Sekolah Melalui Kakao Sambung Pucuk

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan anak putus sekolah di Desa Patampanua, Kecamatan Marioriwawo, Kabupaten Soppeng,  dalam  melaksanakan pembibitan kakao metode sambung pucuk (okulasi) persilangan dengan kakao unggul. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini yaitu adanya masalah dalam budidaya kakao yaitu serangan Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT) seperti hama Penggerek Buah Kakao (PBK) dan penyakit Vascular Streak Dieback (VSD) serta penyakit busuk buah. Sementara itu di Desa Patampanua sekitar 70% anak mengalami putus sekolah dan menjadi pengangguran. Pemberdayaan anak putus sekolah melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan merupakan alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah budidaya kakao dan pengangguran di Desa Patampanua. Hasil yang dicapai setalah pelaksanaan dinilai dari aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui pre tes dan post tes. Pada aspek pengentahuan nilai rata-rata peserta pada pre tes yaitu 1.5 dan pada post tes yaitu 8.65. Pada aspek keterampilan Pada pelatihan pertama dari 100 bibit yang disambung pucuk hanya 30 yang berhasil tumbuh, akan tetapi pada saat pelatiahan yang kedua yaitu dari 100 bibit yang disambung 70 bibit berhasil tumbuh. Potensi sambung pucuk kakao kedepannya dapat dikembangkan melalui penyediaan jasa pembibitan kakao dan pengembangan usaha pembibitan kakao. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini mampu mengatasi masalah dalam budidaya kakao melalui sambung pucuk serta mengurangi pengangguran pada anak putus sekolah di Desa Patampanua, Kecamatan Marioriwawo, Kabupaten Soppeng.

KRITERIA KELIMPAHAN BAMBU LAUT (Isis hippuris) DI PERAIRAN KONAWE SULAWESI TENGGARA

Sea Bamboo (Isis hippuris) is a fish species that is protected based on a certain period of time (moratorium). This research was conducted from September to October 2018. This research was conducted with the aim of Knowing the abundance criteria of sea bamboo (Isis hippuris) in the waters of Konawe, The results of this study indicate that: (1). The highest abundance of sea bamboo  located in Toronipa Village with overflow categories. Followed by Bokori Island with a lot categories, Wawohara Village medium category, Saponda Laut Island rare category is rare, and Saponda Island Land rare category.

This research is a classroom action research, to improve student learning outcomes on the tools and agricultural machinery subject in class X majoring agribusiness food crops and holticulture expertise SMKN 4 Jeneponto with the use of teaching media, Adobe Flash CS6. The subjects of this research were the students of class X agribusiness food crops and holticulture expertise SMK Negeri 4 Jeneponto in the first semester of academic year 2017/2018 that consist of 34 students. This study was conducted in two cycles consisting of four activities, namely: planning, implementation, monitoring/observation and reflection. Data collection and activities of student learning outcomes is done by using a test sheet end of study and observation sheet in the first cycle and the second cycle. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the results of this study concluded that the use of Adobe Flash CS6 can improve the learning outcomes of class X ATPH SMKN 4 Jeneponto. The first cycle test showed learning completeness 52.94% and the second cycle test showed that all students, 34 students, were declared 100% complete.

This study aims to design a time-based automatic control irrigation system that can minimize the use of water in plant cultivation, and can meet the needs (supply) of plants according to the water needed. This research uses research and development methods (R & D), the results are analyzed using quantitative data analysis and descriptive statistics, the The design of time-based drip irrigation equipment uses a microcontroller through several mechanisms including frame making  the installation of material components and the manufacture of microcontroller systems, the installation components and inputting language programs on microcontroller systems can be used effectively and efficiently if used by manual watering by humans.

PEMBUATAN TEH FUNGSIONAL BERBAHAN DASAR BUAH MAHKOTA DEWA (Phaleria macrocarpa) DENGAN PENAMBAHAN DAUN STEVIA

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of adding stevia leaves to the production of the crown god fruit tea produced and to find out the reception of the panelists on the produced crown god fruit tea. This study used a one-factor completely randomized design (CRD) method with 6 levels of treatment (Fruit crown god: Stevia leaves), namely 5: 1, 5: 2, 5: 3, 5: 4, 5: 5. The first stage is the red crown of the fruit which is sorted and then washed thoroughly. The second stage of the flesh of the god's crown is then thinly sliced and then dried. The third stage is added dry stevia leaves with various concentrations namely 1 g, 2 g, 3 g, 4 g, and 5 g. The last stage is the dried crown god fruit that has been added to the stevia leaf, brewed with 200 ml of hot water, then stirred evenly. The parameters observed were the antioxidant, polyphenol, and sugar levels. The data analysis technique used in this study was variance analysis which was then processed using SPSS version 22. The results showed that the treatment of adding stevia leaves to the antioxidant, polyphenol and total sugar levels in the treatment of the crown god fruit: Stevia leaves (5: 5) is the best treatment with an antioxidant value of 90.73%, polyphenols 0.6128 mg / ml, and total sugar content of 1.42%.

This study aimed to determine the effect of labor, capital, and mileage at sea the income of fishermen in the village of Pangali-Ali District of Banggae Majene. Data collected by direct observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the capital variables and mileage at sea have a significant impact on fishermen's income, which means that any capital increase and additional of mileage at sea, then there is an increase in the income of fishermen. which means that any capital increase and additional mileage at sea, then there is an increase in the income of fishermen. While the variable labor has no effect on the income of fishermen fishing in the Village Pangali-Ali District of Banggae Majene.
