The Problems of School Administrators Scale 学校管理者规模问题

In the research conducted with the survey design, data were collected from 709 school administrators to develop the problems of school administrators scale. In this study, a theoretical framework was created according to the findings of the relevant studies and the scale of determining the problems of school administrators was developed. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were done. According to the results, the problems of school administrators scale is a valid and reliable data collection tool that consists of 44 items and 8 dimensions. The scale can determine the problems of school administrators related to workload, personal rights, school administration, school climate, respect, education system, organizational commitment, and violence. With the Problems of School Administrators Scale, the level of problems can be determined and necessary measures can be taken. If the scale can be applied in different regions at the same time, comparisons between regions can be made and attempts can be made to ensure equal opportunity.

Constructivism Approach through Learning Cycle Model of Biology to Improve Student Learning Outcomes 建构主义方法在生物学习循环模式下提高学生学习效果

The purpose of this study was to increase student activity and improve student learning outcomes in learning Biology by using a constructivism approach through a learning cycle model. This research was a classroom action research which was conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of class VII SMPN 18 Bengkulu City. The research instrument used was the observation sheet and the test sheet. From the data analysis, it shows that in the first cycle, the classical learning completeness percentage is 70.58% for the potential for understanding the concept with incomplete criteria. In the second cycle it was obtained percentage of classical learning completeness 91.17% with complete criteria. On the teacher observation sheet cycle I obtained an average value of 34 with good criteria and cycle II obtained an average of 35 with good criteria. On the observation sheet, students in cycle I obtained an average value of 32.5 with good criteria and in cycle II an average value of 34.5 was obtained with good criteria. From the results of data analysis, it shows that learning biology by applying the constructivism approach through the learning cycle model can increase teacher and student activity and improve student learning outcomes of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City.
本研究的目的是透过建构主义的学习循环模型,以提高学生在生物学学习中的主动性和学习效果。本研究为课堂行动研究,分2个周期进行。本研究的对象为班库鲁市SMPN 18班七班的师生。研究工具为观察片和测试片。从数据分析中可以看出,在第一个周期中,对于理解标准不完整的概念的潜力,经典学习完成率为70.58%。在第二个周期中,标准完备的经典学习完成率为91.17%。在教师观察单周期中,我的平均得分为34分,标准良好,周期II的平均得分为35分,标准良好。在观察表上,第一周期学生的平均得分为32.5分,标准良好;第二周期学生的平均得分为34.5分,标准良好。从数据分析的结果来看,通过学习周期模型应用建构主义方法学习生物学可以增加教师和学生的积极性,提高学生的学习成果。

Teaching English Writing through Cubing Method to the Tenth Grade of High School Students 运用立方法对高一学生进行英语写作教学

The main objective of this study was to find out whether it is effective or not to teach English writing through cubing method to the tenth grade students of SMA Rahmaniyah Sekayu. This study used one group pre-test post-test design, where one group that becomes experimental group and used pre-test post-test result to compare the effectiveness in using cubing method. There were four classes or 82 students as the population, and one class or 22 students were taken as the sample. The data collected through test and analyzed by match t-test analysis. The result of test calculation shown that t-obtained was 10.198 it was higher than the critical value in the t-table was 2.0789 so that 10.198 > 2.0798. It means that the reseach hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It can be concluded that cubing method was significantly effective to teach English writing.
本研究的主要目的是为了了解用立方教学法对小学十年级学生进行英语写作教学是否有效。本研究采用一组前测后测设计,其中一组成为实验组,用前测后测结果比较使用立方法的有效性。总体为4个班级共82名学生,样本为1个班级共22名学生。通过检验收集的数据,采用匹配t检验分析。检验计算结果表明,所得t = 10.198,高于t表中的临界值2.0789,故10.198 > 2.0798。这意味着研究假设(Ha)被接受。由此可见,立方体教学法在英语写作教学中具有显著的效果。

The Effects of Climate and Work Motivation on Junior High School Teachers' Work Performance in the Losari Sub-District of Brebes Regency 气候和工作动机对布雷布市洛萨里街道初中教师工作绩效的影响

Teacher performance is a critical factor in obtaining the desired level of educational quality, meaning meeting national requirements. Various factors, such as the climate and job motivation, have an impact on teacher performance. As a result, the primary goal of this research is to identify and investigate the effects of climate and job motivation on teacher performance. The descriptive method with a quantitative approach was employed in this study. The research sample was determined proportionately random sampling of 155 respondents from a population of 262. Questionnaires, interview techniques, observation, and documentation are all used to collect data. The regression and correlation analysis approaches were used in the data analysis. The findings of this study show that: (1) Workplace atmosphere has a favorable and significant impact on teacher performance; (2) Work motivation has a favorable impact on teacher performance; (3) Both the work climate and job motivation have a good and considerable impact on teacher performance. Based on these circumstances, the authors propose that: (1) Work atmosphere and motivation have an impact on teacher performance, according to research findings. Meanwhile, teacher performance, particularly in terms of planning and implementing learning, remains a source of worry. As a result, the principle should assist teachers on how to create a proper learning implementation plan and conduct supervision so that learning is better implemented; (2) To improve teacher performance through improving the work environment, clear regulations and more support for a smooth learning process should be prioritized. Meanwhile, to improve teacher performance through work motivation, an emphasis on negative motivation should be implemented, with appropriate rewards and punishments.

Self-concepts of Adolescents who Experience Language Difficulties 经历语言困难的青少年的自我概念

Teens who experience language difficulties have difficulty communicating with their parents, peers and the community around them. In addition, language difficulties can affect adolescent self-concept, self-concept is an important thing in life, especially for adolescents, because adolescents' understanding of self-concept will determine and direct behavior in various situations. This study aims to determine the form of self-concept of adolescents who experience language difficulties and the impact of language difficulties on learning difficulties of adolescents in school. The objective of this study were three adolescents who were still in school and experiencing language difficulties with the classification according to DSM IV, namely, mixed receptive-expressive language disorders and the informants taken by the researcher were the biological mothers of each of the three respondents. The type of approach used is a qualitative phenomenological approach with a theoretical sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that respondents II and III form a positive self-concept in which both respondents accept their shortcomings and try to improve themselves. Meanwhile, respondent I formed a negative self-concept where respondent I did not accept his shortcomings and did not try to improve himself, respondent I was pessimistic about the competition and thought he was unable to fight. Respondents I, II and III experienced learning difficulties at school, however, respondents II and III had a solution to their learning difficulties by practicing before presenting the lesson, while respondent I preferred to be silent or angry because they could not express what they thought. So the study show that the three respondents form a self-concept and the impact on learning difficulties is different according to the influence of different aspects, factors and processes of self-concept formation.

Phenomenologizing the Leadership Practices of the Selected School Heads in the Philippines 菲律宾选定学校校长领导实践的现象分析

Educational leadership has been one of the interesting arguments of many academic researchers over the years.  School heads have significant tasks to fulfill as they are responsible for the entire operation of the school as instructional and organizational leaders. In Catholic institutions, school heads are also accountable for the integral formation of the students, as well as the spiritual well-being of faculty and staff, parents and the stakeholder.  Most often, they are challenged by various obligations and they need to have strong spirituality in their leadership practices. This qualitative study attempted to describe the leadership practices of a select group of heads of schools  run  by the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Hearts in the Philippines as basis for a proposed leadership formation framework. Thirty  (30)  heads of  schools participated in the study.  Among them,  six (6) were Principals, six (6) were assistant principals, twelve (12) were academic coordinators and six (6) were heads of different offices. They underwent semi-structured depth interviews.  The findings formed  “The Whirl of Christ-Centred Leadership Model for  Heads of Schools”describes the common practices  and the critical instances which make the onset experience, and the value engagements that are observed in the institutions. The findings of this study provides valuable inputs to help  school heads to become more inclined and spiritually empowered to influence people, work collaboratively that may result to a progressive and smooth working environment.

The Principal’s Leadership and its Effect on the Teacher’s Teaching Performance 校长领导力及其对教师教学绩效的影响

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the principal's leadership and the teaching performance of public high school teachers in Manna City district, Bengkulu. This research includes a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Research data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of Google Form and WhatsApp media. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was a simple linear correlation analysis and multiple correlation. Based on the research results, the better the leadership of the principal, the teaching performance of the teacher will also increase.
本研究旨在分析明库鲁市曼那城区公立高中校长领导与教师教学绩效的关系。本研究采用相关设计的定量方法。研究数据采用问卷形式收集,问卷形式为Google form和WhatsApp media。用于检验假设的数据分析技术是简单的线性相关分析和多元相关分析。根据研究结果,校长的领导越好,教师的教学绩效也会提高。

Since the 21st century, the use of data makes it possible to assist in making decision and business strategies. Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is an excellent example of utilizing savings in administrative costs and also taking strategies that can benefit companies or organizations by gathering information, processing and sharing. The purpose of this research was to understand the influence of HRIS effectiveness on employees’ performance at Brankas. The method used in this research was a quantitative method with data collection technique through the distribution of questionnaires. The type of analysis used is descriptive and causal with the data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that HRIS has significant influence on employees’ performance at Brankas. The results of this study should be used as input for Brankas through developing and improving the system of HRIS to help the company more efficient in terms of time management by the time set up.

The Correlation between The Principle Innovation and Work Motivation toward Mathematics Teacher Performance at Junior High School 原则创新与工作动机对初中数学教师绩效的影响

The research aims to analyze the correlation between principal innovation and motivation toward the performance of mathematics teachers at State Junior High School in Bengkulu City. This research was correlation research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was proportionate random sampling. The sample in this study was a mathematics teacher at Junior High School in Bengkulu city, totaling 53 people. Data collection instruments were used in the form of a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using the statistical correlation test. The results showed that: (1) There was a positive correlation between school principal innovation and teacher performance in mathematics learning, it was 0.590 (2) There was a positive relationship between motivation and teacher performance in mathematics learning, it was 0.606. it was a strong and positive criterion. (3) There was a joint correlation between school principal innovation and work motivation toward teacher performance at State Junior High School in Bengkulu City.
本研究旨在分析明库鲁市国立初中校长创新与动机对数学教师绩效的相关关系。本研究采用定量方法进行相关性研究。抽样方法为比例随机抽样。本研究的样本为明古鲁市一名初中数学教师,共53人。数据收集工具以问卷的形式使用,数据分析技术使用统计相关检验。结果表明:(1)校长创新与教师数学学习绩效之间存在正相关关系,为0.590;(2)教师数学学习动机与教师数学学习绩效之间存在正相关关系,为0.606。这是一个强有力的、积极的标准。(3)明古鲁市国立初中校长创新与工作动机对教师绩效存在联合相关。

The Implementation of Character Education In Elementary School 论小学品格教育的实施

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of character education at 006 State Elementary School. The type of research used was qualitative. The subjects in this study were principals. Data collection techniquesin this study used interview techniques and data documentation, besides the data analysis techniques through data collection and data reduction. The results of this study were: Implementation of character education in Public Elementary School 006 has been going well, this based on the results of interviews with principals that in the civilization process students pray before starting learning activities, taking pickets alternately with classmates, reviving greetings culture greet and smile, visit sick friends, donate to areas affected by natural disasters, conduct Dhuhr prayer at school, commemorate national and religious holidays and this is also supported by extracurricular activities that reflect character education such as scouts, art, dance, and sports.
本研究的目的是分析006州立小学品格教育的实施情况。使用的研究类型是定性的。本研究的研究对象为校长。本研究的数据收集技术除了采用数据收集和数据还原的数据分析技术外,还采用了访谈法和数据文献法。本研究的结果是:公立小学006品格教育的实施进展顺利,这是基于对校长的采访结果,在文明进程中,学生们在开始学习活动前祈祷,与同学轮流进行罢工,恢复问候文化问候和微笑,看望生病的朋友,向受自然灾害影响的地区捐款,在学校进行Dhuhr祈祷,为了纪念国家节日和宗教节日,还开展了童子军、艺术、舞蹈、体育等反映品格教育的课外活动。
