This work deals with basic theory of wavelet transform and multi-scale analysis of speech signals, briefly reviewed the main differences between wavelet transform and Fourier transform in the analysis of speech signals. The possibilities to use the method of wavelet analysis to speech recognition systems and its main advantages. In most existing systems of recognition and analysis of speech sound considered as a stream of vectors whose elements are some frequency response. Therefore, the speech processing in real time using sequential algorithms requires computing resources with high performance. Examples of how this method can be used when processing speech signals and build standards for systems of recognition.Key words: digital signal processing, Fourier transform, wavelet analysis, speech signal, wavelet transform

SELECTION OF CONTROLLABLE PARAMETERS OF THE BINARY DATA ARRAY DETECTION ALGORITHM IN THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 在综合管理系统中选择可控参数的二进制数据阵列检测算法

The article discusses the selection of parameters for the algorithm for determining binary data arrays included in the control system, developed by the authors using independent substitution methods. Based on the analysis of the algorithms of non-cryptographic hash functions, the hash function based on the linear matching method was selected as the basis for independent substitution methods. Simplified schemes of algorithms developed for creating and comparing identifiers using a set of basic hash functions are given. An array of binary data was selected and based on the appropriate values for the size of the divisible blocks and the number of basic hashfunctions used for independent substitutions. The selection of binary data arrays in information systems integrated into the management system was done for the purpose of intellectual processing of incoming data. The properties of the array of data entering integrated systems are studied. The authors conducted experimental tests in the selected direction and presented the results of similarity assessment measurements for various parameters of the identification algorithm. In addition, the article conductedexperiments on the object of study using the selected mathematical model, based on the analytical conclusions. Initiator elements are studied and analyzed using a set of hash functions. An algorithm for comparison of selected identifiers has been developed. A generation algorithm has been developed to demonstrate and test the proposed solution. Algorithms based on analysis and experiments, and methods for selecting binary data arrays using the ash function have been experimentally tested. Based on the results, the indicators are shown. Based on the results obtained, the analytical conclusions and problem solutions of the research work were recognized

Impact of microorganisms on mechanical properties changes of composite materials with organic filler 微生物对有机填料复合材料力学性能变化的影响

The beginning of the XXIst century is characterized by rapid development of polymer materials, including polymer composite materials, which consist of a natural organic filler (wood flour, sawdust, cellulose fiber, flax fiber, sisal fiber) and reinforcement carrier. In case of that kind of the fillers under the influence of weathering (humidity, temperature) they might be subject to biodegradation due to effect of microorganisms, including funguses, which are responsible for degradation of natural organic fillers. In case of the low melting temperature polymers (e.g. PE-LD) the processing temperature does not entirely eliminate some of the fungal spores. The paper has presented the research results of twelve months. The development of the microorganisms in the natural conditions was examined in a pure filler (sawdust) as well as in a composite. Simultaneously, change of one of the fundamental strength properties, which is the impact strength, was being tested. For the investigated composite the PE-LD as the matrix and a sawdust mixture of pine, larch and oak were used. The sawdust formed the composite in 30 %. The research results confirmed that in the natural conditions the microorganisms development depends on weathering which varies in the time of the year. The value of the V notch impact strength changed from 12.5 kJ/m2 for the composite in initial phase to the value of 6.7 kJ/m2 after twelve months operation, which is 50 %.

In this research paper, practical recommendations are given for conducting thermophysical experiments on the use of a low-temperature passive heating solar system "tromba wall" in residential buildings under construction according to a standard project in our republic. As a result of theoretical and experimental experiments carried out in this research paper, specificaspects of the temperature field in the parts of the canopy in terms of the thermal characteristics of its outer wall for improving energy efficiency in civil buildings are determined. Also, taking into account the fact that there is currently an increased demand for energy in buildings, it is advisable to use new innovative technologies. The article analyzes the state of cleaning of raw cotton. As a result of the experiments, the technological process of cleaning used in the ginning process and the effect of calcum drums on the quality of the fiber when cleaning raw cotton were studied. This article provides information and recommendations on the safety of hydraulic structures and the prevention of emergency situations.Constant monitoring of the technical condition of the structures and improving the necessary skills of the actors allowed us to anticipate possible emergencies. A great danger is the destruction of dams or dams of large reservoirs located within the borders of these settlements, in which there is a rapid flooding of nearby territories with great material and human losses. Methods for improving the area of regeneration of roller gin in the process of processing long-staple cotton have been studied. At present, in the process of processing long-staple cotton of the selection variety Surkhan-9 in the regeneration section of the DV-1M roller machine, the choice of cell sizes for removing exfoliated seeds from the fiber is being studied and substantiated by experimental methods.Keywords: long fiber, roll gin, regeneration, variety, pile drum, mesh, fixed blade, forging drum, grill

The article presents the test results of a cotton cleanerwith a vertical arrangement of sections for cleaning from fine litter.
