ANALYSIS STRUCTURE OF THE BOARDING HOUSE TEGAL PARANG AT SOUTH JAKARTA 雅加达南部合法公寓的结构分析

Jakarta City is a city that became the heart of the unitary State of the Republic of indonesia has potential as the city develops. Jakarta is already good enough if compared to its neighboring cities – city, seen from there is a lot of building skyscrapers. Therefore the population in this city is very solid plus the number of communities outside the city looking for work, education and so on, and many choose to find a place the residence then the role of the existence of an agency that handles problems a place to live and help with much needed to help the business community in order to be better, as there are Houses kost. Currently, the central building were built as high as five floors with one basement, exactly on JL. TegalParang Utara, South Jakarta. To meet the criteria of safety and service required the existence of a design careful planning. Therefore the imposition of planning process must comply with the SNI 1727-2013 as well as planning the structure of the building should be referred to with the SNI-2847-2013 reinforced concrete, which is the latest peratuaran which refers to the AISC and has adapted to the the latest materials technology development. In the calculation of earthquake engineering, this refers to the SNI 1726 – 2012. Based on data obtained from a Home Building project, tegalparangkost has an area of approximately 3224.86 m2. The author will meredesain a building material by using the concrete structure which consists of 5 (four) along with the basement 1 floor. Analysis of the structure of the used software SAP2000, a material used for reinforced concrete beams, columns, roof and floor plates are plates. The results obtained in the form of analysis and design drawings of the structure of the building House kosttegalparang. ANALYSIS THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF THE KARAWANG GOVERNMENT OFFICE 卡拉旺政府办公楼建设管理分析

The purpose of this thesis is to know volume of work on construction of Karawang Government Office Project, analyze method of implementation of work, to know the cost of implementation on construction of Karawang Government Office Project, and the comparison of time duration between scheduling prediction of owner with scheduling prediction of author. This type of the research is quantitative. That describes the condition of a particular project with existing data related to the construction of local government buildings. That existing data is processed in such a way as to produce the final conclusion. The result of the research is Based on Budget Cost calculations to complete Karawang government office construction until the final stage, more or less costly Rp.41.906.713.365,-. From the calculation of weight of work is estimated completion of Karawang government office construction work takes 75 weeks. With the CPM method can be known critical path occurs in the project are Excavation and Pile Up Work – Pile Foundation Work – River Stone Foundation Work – Reinforced Concrete Work – Wall, Brick, and Plastering Work – Door Frame, Leaf Door, and Window Work -  Ceiling Work – Sanitation Set Work -  Lighting Installation Work – Lift Work. TRAFFIC PLANNING IN KUNINGAN CITY CENTER 库宁安市中心交通规划

This research was conducted to improve the performance of service of Siliwangi Road which decreased. The data obtained from the Department of Transportation brass form LHR data brass city, road length, and the average speed of the vehicle, Then in if the degree of saturation of the Road in order to know the success of the New Planning. To facilitate the research and also because it has different problems Siliwangi road for 2 parts cut off by crossing, Siliwangi Street 1 which starts from Cijoho roundabout Until the intersection near Smpn 1 Kuningan has LHR 2563 smp with degree of saturation 0,97 at level Service E and Jalan Siliwangi 2 starting from intersection of Smpn 1 Kuningan Until the junction of Jalan Veteran has LHR 1761 smp with degree of saturation 0,67 level of service C. After in doing traffic engineering level of road service go up, Siliwangi Street 1 become C with degree of saturation 0.57 also Jalan Siliwangi 2 level service C with degree of saturation 0,51.

MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT CIPAGER CHECK DAM OF KUNINGAN REGENCY 库宁安县建设工程密码坝管理分析

Project management is one important aspect in the application of knowledge, expertise and skills to achieve the goals or objectives that have been determined in order to obtain optimum results in terms of performance, time, quality and safety. This study was conducted to analyze the Check Dam Project Construction Management Cipager River Kuningan start of calculating volume,implementation works, supplies (tools, labor, materials)budget plan, method, barchart, s curve, analysis critical path method and cash flow. The results showed that the budget plan costs incurred to complete the CipagerCheck Dam RiverOf Kuningan RegencyRp. 6.140.922.000,00(Six billion one hundred forty million Nine hundred twenty two thousand rupiah) including 10% VAT. Then by using analysis critical path method, completion takes as long as 25 weeks, or 175 calendar days.

Planning structure can be defined as a mix betweenart and science combined with intuition expert structure of the behavior of the structure with the basic knowledge in statics, dynamics, mechanics of material, and analysis, to produce a structure economical and safe, during services. (Agus Setiawan , 2008). Over time and the times in Indonesia humans can innovate to design buildings with some more modern building style. In addition in designing a building structure, we need a few materials that can be used as an ingredient implementation.Structural material that can be used includes wood, bamboo, concrete, steel, or any other supporting material. As well as on building construction projects K.H. Muhammad Machdor Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon Campus 2 by using concrete construction. Planning the contruction of its own building structure refers to the regulation SNI 1727-2013 and Pedoman Perencanaan Pembebanan Untuk Rumah dan Gedung 1987 regarding the imposition  and use of seismic regulations stipulated in SNI 1726-2012. The preparation and the planning itself is assisted using modeling Extended Three Dimension Analisys of Building System ETABS v.9.5.0.
