El Capital Cultural como Predictor del Rendimiento Escolar en España 文化资本作为西班牙学校表现的预测因素

Para Bourdieu el capital cultural y, por tanto, las posesiones culturales en el hogar eran las variables mas importantes para prever el desempeno academico, pues eran las que mas peso poseian en el campo educativo. Sin embargo, en las ultimas investigaciones sobre origen familiar y rendimiento escolar ambas estan desapareciendo de forma progresiva, incluida el numero de libros en el hogar. Tanto es asi, que la OCDE posee un indice especifico para las posesiones culturales en el hogar, pero no lo incluye ni una sola vez en el Informe PISA 2015. En este articulo comprobamos si el capital cultural sigue prediciendo el desempeno escolar. Y si es asi, que peso poseen las posesiones culturales y los libros en el hogar. Para ello realizaremos un analisis comparativo entre estas variables y aquellos indices que PISA utiliza para medir el entorno economico, social y cultural en general y las posesiones culturales en particular.

New Institutionalism in Everyday Life 日常生活中的新制度主义

In this paper, I examine how new institutionalism is similar to, and may expand upon Goffman’s dramaturgical analysis of human action and social life. I argue that while Goffman’s dramaturgical lens is useful for examining micro-social interactions among individuals, the ‘audience,’ and the organization, integrating new institutionalism as a theoretical framework into Goffman’s framework of dramaturgical analysis may provide the tools for combined micro-/macro-social analysis that incorporates the overarching influence of the institution (the ‘theater’) on micro-social interactions. I examine the potential of combining new institutionalism with dramaturgical analysis and I provide a brief example using ‘education’ as the institution to demonstrate how new institutional theory may be used in conjunction with Goffman’s dramaturgical theory.

This research defines, through an extensive literature review, the roles played by the victim, bully, peer group, school, family and society in the dynamics of bullying. Finally, we conclude that the complexity and diversity of the actors should lead us to rethink the traditional definitions of school bullying, to stake out the focus of research projects and to reconstruct prevention and action policies.

Family practices in the construction of creative professionals. A biographical perspective 家庭实践中的创造性专业人才建设。传记视角

The aim of this paper is to analyse the relationships between family configurations and creative occupations. For this purpose, a biographical perspective was taken through the reconstruction of the life histories of sixteen creative professionals in Spain. We have followed two lines of approach, namely Florida’s classification of occupations (2002), which distinguishes between a creative class and a super-creative core, and Lahire’s conception of family configuration (1995). The main results reveal the importance of practices that are carried out on a daily basis by the family network (both internally and externally): reading and writing, cultural consumption (theatre, music, exhibitions, etc.), types of leisure (travelling) and forms of authority that lead the way to self-control and domestic family order. We have shown with this study the importance of the transmission of family culture in the construction of people who have creative occupations and the relationship that exists between the family educational capital and the educational level attained by the offspring.

La formacion continua sanitaria es una estrategia organizativa que pretende la mejora de las competencias profesionales y la calidad asistencial. Sin embargo, la evaluacion del impacto formativo es una practica poco extendida que dificulta la futura toma de decisiones. Con el fin de analizar las posibilidades metodologicas que tiene la evaluacion del impacto, este articulo expone el proceso de diseno y aplicacion de un modelo de evaluabilidad en un programa formativo sanitario. El indice de evaluabilidad propuesto proporciona a la organizacion la informacion precisa sobre los efectos de la intervencion formativa y permite mejorar el diseno de programas formativos.

Comparison of the effect of social background on the wages of Spanish graduates before and during a crisis context 危机前后社会背景对西班牙毕业生工资影响的比较

The economic context may have modified the relationship between higher education and the labour market. The rise in university fees, the labour market situation and the behaviour of employers, families and students could activate social background as a differentiating factor in post-higher education occupational status. The objective of the present study is to analyze if the social origin affects the labor insertion of the graduates, measured through their income. The labor insertion of graduates is analyzed in 2011 (crisis period) and compared with 2005 (period of economic expansion).Two Spanish databases are used in this analysis: the 2005 and 2011 Living Conditions Survey. The results presented show no income inequality related to social class of graduates. Between 2005 and 2011 most unskilled occupations suffered job destruction, thus homogenizing to some extent the graduates who were working in 2011 and reducing the internal differences.
